Sorry the review I just posted was for this flight which was the long haul flight. The planes were nice and that’s about it. No 2 full service meals, only a little tiny vegetable wrap an hour into the flight. Nothing else until the last 2 hours which was the only meal served. Terrible at that. Also no amenity kits were given. Not even a toothbrush. No snacks or nuts in between. Just an awful experience with a mediocre crew. Very disappointed in this supposed 5 star airline according to Skytrax.

Thankfully they were helpful but they mentioned the ANA SHOULD have helped me find the next available flight but the representative kept repeating it was not her job. Finally she looked and said there were no available flights and tried to push me to buy another ticket through another company. My ticketing agent helped after she heard what happened and rebooked my flight for the next day. Hopefully everything goes smoothly but ANA staff at Gimpo were a bit of a nightmare to deal with"

The food n crew were excellent, but my TV monitor had problems n they had to move my seat. This is the second time my TV has problems, shame on the engineering crew.

We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Cons: "The Manchester stopover was just a lot of standing in lines. From Manchester to Singapore, the plane was full and my seat mates didn't get up when we needed out. So, we escaped to the back for a while where we were "hushed" by a stewardess. The stewards didn't seem to like it when we were out of our seats, but 12 hours is too long to be stuck in a middle seat."

I rarely, if at all, leave any reviews myself but my flights (from SFO - Singapore and vice versa) were AMAZING! I was sitting in economy and the level of attentiveness that we received, I could only imagine how great first class could be. if i could fly Singapore on all my trips overseas I would."

Good was excellent, I enjoyed juices well, only draw back is I felt travel was too long, I was in flight for 22 plus hours where as with other airlines max hours were 18. Not sure if that was weekend, quasar, Emirates, ethihad flights are at same time, checking, immigration and boarding took another 2 to 3 hours with all these inconvenience I felt my travel was too long, otherwise I enjoyed food and hospitality excellent

There were crazy delays, flight cancellations and no communication whatsoever.
The flight was rescheduled by 6 hrs delay and no accommodation provided. also the connecting flight from India to Doha was minimum basic comfort level.

Check in crew was very unreasonable and charged me for excessive baggage when I was only 2 kgs over They wasted a lot of time and flight was not on time. They charged extra a a cup of coffee.

It’s difficult to understand whether it is quatar airlines or Indigo Airlines
Food should be supplied as per request. One meal option they are giving as per passenger request either vegetarian or non vegetarian. When real vegetarian people get to choose by that time all vegetarian meals are finished. Entertainment telugu movie collection is very poor. When 90% passengers are Telugu speaking there are only 2 Telugu movies whereas other language selection is more. Movies number should be based on passenger destinations
Did not get bassinet seat for my infant. Qatar airways sold the bassinet seat to adults and we travelled with our infant on our lap

That was a wonderful trip. Staff are courteous, Doha airport is awesome and flight is very clean. Asian vegetarian food stated okay but could be improved.

Initially charged $1000 for 3 tickets for modification of return trip - confirmed the same and tickets issued (i'm fine with this). But, after i made arrangements for new date, I got a call saying calculation error and asked to pay another $500 leaving me no choices. How can such a reputed airline have no tools to calculate the pay? Other airlines offered one-way for half of the price i paid. On top of it, online helpdek promised front line seat to satisfy me but nothing was offered even if i ask explicitly. Simply declined saying i am not in priority list. Why do they make false promises? Friends, Just don't fly for food ....."
Was crowded but other than that no issues
I have never flew Hawaiian and never will again.
It was a very long walk from TSA to the gate
It’s was a nice easy flight. The seats are a little tight, but that seems to be the case in coach on every airline.
Bought tickets 2 1/2 months before flight and could not chose seats. Tried to check in 24 hours prior but got "error, see gate agent". Tried again and showed only one passenger had a seat assignment, other passenger had to see a gate agent for seat assignment. Went to assigned gate and agent said he is not assigned to my flight, wait for next flight's agents. While waiting, I walked around and saw a customer service kiosk. Customer Service Agent, Yoko was very attentive and helpful. She said we had seats assigned to us. Seats were in the last row next to flight attendants. Apparently on flight attendant was not working, flying "dead head". The two flight attendants were talking, and reminiscing throughout the whole flight. Every Hawaiian Airlines worker, except to Yoko, could have been more helpful, thoughtful, and more attentive to senior citizens.

I feel I got first class service (which I cannot afford) for a coach rate! Stepping onto the plane you get a sense of the islands. I’d recommend this airline to anyone!!"

My wife and I were 20 rows apart and we were moved from aisle seats to window seats. Flight was fully booked so no way to change. The aircraft did not change, so I am unsure why seat assignments changed."

Pros: "All the crew members are incredibly kind and helpful. They clearly havea plan and execute it well. The small amenitites likes breakfast, snacks and rum punch male the start of a vacation fun. Even the regular economy seats have plenty of riom compared to other domestic airlines. I'm usually a Virgin Airlines person but Inwas pleasantly surprised that 5 hours went by to fast and flawlessly."
Cons: "There was no entertainment that you didn't have to purchase. Even the games cost. I always bring my own entertainment so it didn't bother me much but it's not the best."

Cons: "It's a 10-11 hours flight but I have to purchase the movies to watch. When I was checking in, I paid extra to upgrade my seat but when boarding, I was told I lost my seat! I was assigned to sit at the last row which was very uncomfortable. Food was not great either."

Cons: "i spent money to upgrade our seating. The upgrade was supposed to include an entertainment package, that never materialized. We entertained ourselves but it was disappointing."

Cons: "Traveling partner did not have a seat assigned at check in, and even though we got to the gate an hour before boarding and asked to be able to sit together, either they forgot or were unable to make it happen. Seats assigned at checkin seem standard now, so not having one is unsettling."

Cons: "I didn’t have a seat when I got to the gate. I tried to do a web check in early but got an error sayin could not Confirm my seat. I got a window seat when I bought the tickets and for some reason those were lost and I got a middle seat. No explanation from the front desk nor the gate. Just told I have to wait until they call you. Again no explanation why our seats got moved. Loud noises the whole plane ride while fligh attendants works in galley. No way to sleep on the 7.5 hr flight."

Cons: "The aircraft this time was pretty outdated. Out of the 5 seats we had most were somewhat broken (my bottom seats was literally sliding out as I moved around once in a while. It was coming apart! My tray table had a broken cup holder, and rest of the tray tables were very wobbly). I was disappointed with the no WiFi or complementary inflight entertainment/movies for the 4.5 hour flight."

Pros: "Love the fact that they served complimentary lunch on the plane. It's a perk you don't get anymore on flights. It was a great surprise. Also, there were 4 of us traveling but one person bought her ticket later so her seat was away from us. Without our asking, by the time we got to the gate, they had moved her to sit on the same row with us. The crew was attentive and friendly."
Cons: "It would be nice if they offered some of the tv shows for free. I understand paying for movies but tv should be complimentary. And as with most planes, it felt cramped once the person in front of me let his seat back."

We will never fly Hawaii again because of this. Seems like this airline has gotten carried away with cost cutting. Sorry to say, I will be sharing this disappointment with friends. We have never flown with this carrier before, but we expected better."

Cons: "Flight was delayed almost 5 hrs at end and touchdown at around 2 am Christmas day. The problem was no one from the airline seem to know or not willing to tell what was going on. It was Christmas Eve, so people naturally was upset not knowing the outcome."

Cons: "not a big deal but 2 things: 1) plane was a bit dirty in between the seats. 2) we also were in the terminal but getting food when we heard our names on the overhead pager saying they were going to close the gate in 5 minutes and if we didn't get on we'd be left behind. That was 30 minutes before take off that they were going to close the gate. We rushed over and ended up boarding and then waiting on the plane forever. not sure whey they need to get everyone on so early. I guess i'm used to flying southwest airlines where they let people run up 5 minutes before they close the gates."
