Pros: "On a quick 40 minute flight they still managed to serve coffee, water and snacks."

Pros: "On a quick 40 minute flight they still managed to serve coffee, water and snacks."
Cons: "Seats are terrible - need replacing-worn out; say like Queen Latina, setting on top of one another; absolutely no leg room!"
Pros: "We actually did not fly this route. We bought a car and drove home!"
Pros: "Got to Houston on time"
Cons: "WiFi that I paid for on Delta didn't work, flight was delayed at take off due to waiting for restroom supplies; lead flight attendant had a major accent and was difficult to understand. She also stated to keep my mother's walker outside the plane when entering the plane"
Pros: "The short duration of the flight and punctual arrival. Better seating with more leg space in Airbus than in the horrible Boeing 467- 400."
Cons: "No headsets distributed so I couldn't listen to film program. Crew rather impersonal. I'm dreaming of an airline that uses functioni g loudspeakers during boarding. Nobody understands acoustically which zone is being boarded ( not only a Delta issue)."
Pros: "Got me there Safely"
Cons: "Couldn’t understand announcements... at all! By flight attendant or pilot"
Cons: "There was no food or entertainment. There was a problem with the seat of the person in front of me. He couldn't keep his seat straight and his head was in my lap throughout the flight."
Pros: "Great crew"
Cons: "Wi-Fi not working or hard to get to work. Flight was delayed by an hour and service was very rushed."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 75 min because the plane wouldnt start. A differernt aircraft was needed to resume ops."
Cons: "No food, just snacks and no place close to the gate to eat."
Cons: "Take off could have been better. It was delayed, but pilot helped resolve the problem; so, it was fine."
Pros: "Gateway clean. Wheelchair assistance was helpful, and friendly Flight attendants were courteous"
Cons: "- Tiny bag of pretzels seems cheap for a $600+ ticket. - HATE, HATE, HATE the charges for the first and second checked baggages!! I stopped using UA over 7 years ago because of these charges that came when gas prices were high and never went away. Always use Southwest whenever possible. Cheaper!"
Pros: "The Rio de Janeiro international airport is very difficult to traverse. However, the airport staff was very helpful in directing me several times to the correct location."
Cons: "United needs a check-in kiosk located between the domestic arrivals section and the international connection hallway just before security. I had to walk to the complete length of the airport and back again, just to check-in. Other airlines, such as Delta, have a kiosk located just before the security entrance. The cabin temperature was absolutely freezing during the flight, and I am usually hot."
Pros: "Professionalism. Didn't like the layover but the second part ofthe flight went smoothlythe pilot made us feel safe and relaxed pointed out the light show on the left. Which was a lightning storm it was beautiful. And we got to little rock safely"
Cons: "Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!"
Pros: "The marvel of flying. Hurling through the air in a metal tubeZ amazing. We got there safe and on time. That’s what I liked about United. Oh and there was a CSR that was helpful in changing to an earlier flight."
Cons: "Plane was dirty. Bathroom disgusting. Crew just trying to get through the work day. Seats too close and REAL uncomfortable. Like sitting on a plastic frame with a piece of fake leather over it. Entertainment was awful. Oh wait, non existent since it was an “out of country” flight so there was no access to movies (that you had to PAY for). Otherwise you got to watch Matthew Perry in some taxi game show over and over and over and over on a monitor in your face that couldn’t be shut off. United is my last choice in airlines. But we did get to the destination safe and on time."
Pros: "Able to reschedule flights I guess."
Cons: "We had to take a flights all resulting in arriving later than plan. This causes us to spend more money than anticipated and hindering the trip overall."
Pros: "Flight was short so I I did not get too involved with crew, men had smiles and hellos not so with females. Maybe they get too much stuff from other passengers but I was a little surprised by it. I haven't flown in quite a while but I don't remember that bad attitude. Drink service was good with snacks."
Cons: "There was no food, entertainment and seats are not that comfortable for a person with back problems. Female flight attendants are not so much in the friendly skies"
Pros: "Food, knowledge of employees, signage great just overall a great experience"
Cons: "???"
Cons: "No beverage offered during the entire flight. Plane was on the runway for about 40 min prior to take-off. What a waste of time!"
Pros: "The Crew"
Cons: "It was a passenger on the plane acting real suspicious. I didn’t like that. Also the seats was uncomfortable."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Extremely high charge for carry-on baggage, extremely high charge for changing flight times, no beverage service, seats are very small with no iPhone charger available."
Pros: "Price on the flight to ket"
Cons: "Sits are really uncomfortable, staff wasn't courteous and boarding process was a mess"
Pros: "on this leg of the flight, after changing planes, there was one little flight attendant who actually engaged guests and smiled a genuine smile."
Pros: "Fast boarding"
Cons: "Pilot didn't show and he airline gave poor reasons why."
Cons: "There were no snacks, not one drink was free, and the seats did not even recline. I will not be purchasing any further trips with Frontier no matter the price."
Pros: "Price of flight"
Cons: "Freezing cold, food selections, price of food for quantity you get, no blankets, leg space horrible, charging for upgraded leg room seats when seats were open, only giving ppl 30 seconds to move to a an empty free seat at no chrg, plane was not clean at all in bathrooms-disgusting: walls filthy, counters dirty and grimy, door & floors filthy, soap dispenser unsanitary, crew comments|conversations about travelers, should start boarding from the bk of the plane forward"
Pros: "The price of the ticket was really good. The cabin was clean. The seats are a little bigger than Spirit but I'm only 5'2" so that's not much of an issue for me. Flight to Atlanta arrived and left without a hitch. It was very organized and lifted off on time. Return flight was delayed due to weather at my destination in Houston but we were updated every 15 mins on the status of the departure/arrival time. Wasn't much confusion. Again the plane on my return was very clean. Crew was very nice and informative. Not sure what confusion is about bags from other reviews. Baggage prices are clearly stated on their website that's why the flights are so cheap. Snacks and drinks are not free ob the plane but you can buy those at kiosks after the security check point and bring it with you on the plane. If comfort is not you're number one priority than this airline works for you."
Cons: "No free drinks and snacks. No free carry on."
Cons: "EVERYTHING is an add on!!! Ticket price might be cheaper when you price check ....but by time you add on all the add ons your ticket price is NOT the best price. Won't fly Frontier again."
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "Plane was delayed two hours, then we sat on the plane for another hour all for a one hour flight. There were maintenance issues and things done wrong on the plane. There was no incentive or even snack to help the customers get through the three hours."
Pros: "Everything was great!"
Cons: "I didn’t like that we had to pay for our snacks. I also had to pay for my carry on even though it was small."
Pros: "The plane had a little more room than usual."
Cons: "The expensive cost of baggage, but it is what it is."
Cons: "I did not like paying $55.00 for a carry on item."
Pros: "Seat backs are so thin that something pokes, making it impossible to sit. Seats are so close it causes altercations."
Cons: "Never fly with Spirit"
Pros: "I liked the military discount on baggage fees."
Cons: "The seats are extremely uncomfortable. They do no recline and are very stiff."
Pros: "No problems, funny flight attendants, and overall comfortable experience."
Cons: "There seems to always be a delay of at least an hour whenever I take Spirit Airlines."
Pros: "This was the worst customer service I have ever had with any airline. Arrived 56 minutes before departure time but due to too many customers and attempts to let one of the reps know, that I was almost running late, by the time I retrieved my coupon, it was 4 min past their stupid 45 min check in time. And I was told there is nothing they could do but rebook for the next day. Never again will I travel on spirit. I would rather pay more than take the so call poor spirit"
Cons: "Everything"
Pros: "The cleanliness and courtesy of the attendants and all on board."
Cons: "Turbulence and thus a little bit of uneasy or bumpy ride"
Cons: "I was not checked in online apparently, and could not print my boarding pass at the kiosk. It was 30 mins until my flight so I could have made it, but the Spirit employee working the line was completely unhelpful and apathetic, just directing me to wait in line and telling me "everyone else missed their flights too." Customer service had me on hold for 30 minutes, still with no answer. I ended up not getting a flight and missing a wedding scheduled for this afternoon."
Pros: "I missed my flight"
Cons: "I can't get home till I get another ticket I missed my flight"
