The TSA check in took 1.5 hours to get through in Austin and I missed my flights back to DC

AA did not allow to board a flight because my connecting flight from DFW had been canceled. I got on another flight to another city. No service on the plane and I did not use their entertainment system.

Loved the crew . Absolutely no complaints. Except for luggage lost

After we landed we sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours waiting to get to our gate. Ridiculous.

American almost always Delays flights from Austin to Dallas and back. I cannot believe they have such poor service on this route. I was about to switch to American from Delta, but they gave me enough reasons not to.

Loved the staff, boarding and drink options! Wish the comfort of the seat could have been better nevertheless

Domestic airlines have really fallen from what they used to be.

Overall good. Tight connection in DFW because of gate unavailability upon landing.

We were an hour delayed. When we arrived at LAX we La fed I. The international terminal which was about a twenty minute walk to the baggage claim. I was walking with a few passengers and we couldn’t believe what we had to go through to retrieve our bags. With the delay and the long walk to baggage claim I ended up being late for work.
