Pros: "Beverages and WiFi worked"
Cons: "Boarding was confusing for all, first calling by row number and the changed to group at end. We find one of the flight attendants was extremely rude, the passenger sitting beside us had a small dog, and she force that passenger to push their dog firmly underneath the seat which I felt was hurting the dog and completely unnecessary. Later the same flight attendant outright refused to allow me to go to the bathroom at the front of the plane, I was sitting in row 11 and she sent me to the back of the plane where there was at least 4 people coming towards me. It was highly unprofessional and left me with a bad taste in my mouth."
Pros: "Seat was great. Nice they kept the Virgin size seating"
Pros: "The crew was very attentive and caring. While I worried I wasn’t going to get a seat, the staff reassured me if you paid for a ticket, you’ll have a seat."
Cons: "Alaska airlines did it well as they always do. My only complaints are ones that cross the entire industry where they are in a constant nickel-and-dime the passenger to death mode. This is no reflection Alaska alone all American airlines do it."
Pros: "Smooth, comfortable flight that was a bit ahead of schedule!"
Cons: "14 hour delay with the worst communication I’ve ever seen. Completely incompetent and almost absurd. Useless."
Cons: "There was no closed caption for the movies or at least myself and the stewardesses couldn’t figure it out!"
Cons: "Boarding via bus to plane. Delays due to mechanical issues at both departure and arrival. Staying on the plane while maintenance is performed. No complimentary snacks or drinks after losing value on ticket price."
Pros: "Upgraded to first class. Ample legroom would be an understatement. Great staff, great service and very good food. Almost needed an operating manual for my “Lazy Boy recliner”!"
Pros: "We really liked our trip with Alaska Airlines, they offered free WiFi on board and free entertainment, flight attendants were super nice"
Cons: "Food is not so great as in most of airlines but at least they had vegan box"

Cons: "We were seated near the back of the airplane. The heater came on midway of the flight, by the time we landed, it was difficult to breathe because it was so hot. The flight attendant all relocated from the back of aircraft to the front aircraft where it was cooler, I assume. I was worried for my son."

Cons: "No headsets distributed so I couldn't listen to film program. Crew rather impersonal. I'm dreaming of an airline that uses functioni g loudspeakers during boarding. Nobody understands acoustically which zone is being boarded ( not only a Delta issue)."

Cons: "That Delta was not more accommodating when I missed my flight.. Got totally lost in Austin. Have never driven there before and highways were difficult at times. $503 to get on another flight home. Ended up getting better deal at Southwest. Will most likely stick with them next time I am forced to fly."

Cons: "I chose to fly Southwest on the way back and for less money I received better service. If you find a reasonably priced flight you don't have to worry about paying extra for baggage or stomach during the flight. On the flight home, I realized that they have bigger seats, your bags ( 1 personal, 1 carry-on, and 2 checked bags) are "free" and they give you a little snack to hold you for maybe and hour. Overall I prefer Southwest because of all the benefits you get while flying with them but it doesn't mean I will never fly United again."

Cons: "We did not like the video on the United flight that used the app. We were not told about this until it was too late and the instructions were not good for how to get the app--they were misleading. I had to go to the app store, not the United website. Also, our seats were changed without our knowledge and the flight description for the flight from Austin to Washington, DC, specified complimentary lunch and there was no lunch unless you wanted to buy it. This should be more clear, so that I can bring my own lunch if there will be none provided."

Cons: "My plans for travel were ruined because when I arrived at the airport for my flight I was told it was too late to check my bags, therefore I had to be placed on a later flight which then set off a chain reaction where I lost my rental car and missed various meetings at the event I was supposed to be at my final destination. The main issue was that when I purchased my ticket throughout Kayak YOU NEVER SPECIFIED THAT I SHOULD CHECK MY BAGS 45 MINUTES EARLY OR I WOULD LOOSE MY FLIGHT. YOUR LACK OF CLEAR INSTRUCTION SCREWED UP MY TRIP"
Cons: "Being wedged in the middle seat after two overseas flights and seeing stand-by passengers in isle and window seats in rows ahead of mine... no, I did not appreciate that. In other words, UA is accomodating stand-by passengers before accomodating customers who have purchased tickets. Try sitting in a middle seat after two overseas flights... especially as a tall person with no knee space and a super-uncomfortable seat with the headcushion area reaching only your neck. Those seats were clearly made for folks under 5'8"-5'9"."

Cons: "Far too little space between me and the seat in front of me, and that's before the person in front of me reclines their seat."

Cons: "Not enough leg room!!! The new planes cram us in even tighter. Unless you pay more, you suffer. Why should we have to pay more just because we are tall??!! Pocket for book etc is way too small."
Pros: "When they couldn't do their job they turned us over to American Airlines."
Cons: "Cancelled our scheduled 1:30 pm flight from Austin to Chicago for "scheduled" maintainence. We drove 3 hours and spent almost $300 for a rental car to get to Dallas for the flight they put us on, which we couldn't make. We told the check in counter and they gave us boarding passes for an American flight that wouldn't leave until 10:00 pm but that we could try to get on stand by for an earlier flight. At this point we were already missing a concert we were trying to make in Chicago. Another $150 gone. We were lucky enough to make the 8:30 pm Dallas to Chicago with American and arrived at Ohare by 11:00 pm. All in all United wasted $300 on a rental car, $150 of concert tickets and 5 hours of paid time off I can't get back. Very disappointed. PS: they gave us food vouchers at the airport to apologize and they were already expired. They couldn't do one thing right."

Pros: "Initial flight delayed twice which forced me to buy a new fare on spirit to New Orleans... I think I should be refunded on that fare."

Cons: "No frills which was expected for the price. Crew was pleasant."
Cons: "They have their own random process of checking in, boarding etc. If you try to interact with a person in any way they charge you for it. That's not how it works for other airlines, and their communications isn't particularly clear about this so charges are surprising"

Pros: "Spirit is a nickle and dime operation, with very uncomfortable seating"
Pros: "I’m medium build, average weight and the seat is too small. We arrive 15 minutes ahead of time, but sat on tarmac for 35 minutes. After exiting plane, no one mention or seemed to know where our luggage carousel was located."
Cons: "Being held up on tarmac for over 1/2 hour and NO ONE concerned that passengers didn’t know where to find luggage."
