when we arrived crew told us our luggage was at a certain location , waited for nearly an hour after landing and no luggage was there. turned out the luggage was somewhere else far away and no one told us. very incompetent.
From Las Vegas to Boise all went well. However, our flight was delayed in Boise and I missed my connecting flight from Seattle to Pasco. Moreover, the last flight to Pasco was full and I was booked on the 11:30 flight Sunday and given a hotel accommodation. However, I was scheduled to deliver the Sunday morning service at my church and needed to arrive no later than 10:00. Therefore, I booked a Delta flight scheduled to arrive in Pasco at 23:09. My piece of luggage checked in Las Vegas arrived in Pasco earlier today. I waited at the airport for over an hour last night to speak with an Alaska agent to no avail. I went back after church this morning in search of my piece of luggage and it could not be located. After waiting for 40 minutes to speak to the agent authorized to take my claim, he announced that he was closing the counter to assist on the flight line but not before providing me with a telephone number that would help me with filing my claim. Before I was able to make the call (due to other factors) I received a call from Alaska agent informing me that my luggage had just arrived and I am now waiting for it to be delivered. I deliberately took the more complicated route home to ensure that I would be home in plenty of time to prepare for myself for the Sunday service and accommodate my relatives’ needs. I believe the airport is undermanned given the number of flights coming in and going out. It was fiasco last night with three flights waiting for luggage and another flight landing within minutes. Today’s problems stemmed from a lack of cross training and a serious amount of cargo/baggage going out and too few people scheduled to cover.

Seats hurt and can't recline far enough no screens in the back of the seats food or snacks not good
Flight was delayed about 45 min and they never offered an explanation. Peruse, staff were friendly and competent and the flight was safe.
You guys are always have delays and then leaving us on the tarmac for 15-20 min. FIGURE IT OUT!

Just don't understand why they don't load first class and premium first and then start at the back of the plane- just makes more sense.

Was my first flight realizing Alaska doesn’t let all ticket options choose their seat anymore. When boarding, our last boarding group was on pause while a mechanic repaired a seat. It wasn’t a full flight and staff asked if anyone would like to move up. Was able to sit with my partner, so that was excellent. Good timing on food and drink offers. Good media selection to watch on your device. Free online browsing and texting with T-Mobile and convenient outlets for charging devices. Overall a good experience.

flight was delayed 4+ hours. there was really no understanding of why? weather? the last hour of delay was post boarding. pilot seat was broken. was that the real reason? nonetheless, long day of inconveniences.

Everything was good until we were boarding our connection flight in Atlanta, we were told to gate check our carry-on, but when we got inside the plane, there was plenty of room in the overhead.
The check in and bag drop off for Sky Priority members is slow. The Clear security was also slow - a TSA issue.

Delay getting into gate in ATL caused delay in bags when getting to BWI, disrupting evening plans with family.
6 hour delay including one after we were boarded. Horrible experience.
Flight was delayed. Had to get rebooked. Diamond medallion but stuck in a crappy seat. Rebooked flight then got delayed again. Then when we finally boarded, we waited another hour for a new crew. Then landed in JFK and sat for another 40 minutes waiting for a crew to come to the gate to be able to deplane. Hot mess all around, which unfortunately is becoming the norm for Delta
Our flight to Zurich was delayed by almost 3 hours, so we missed our next flight. There was no indication it would be delayed this much. We were told the gate had changed and then it apparently took over 2 hours to load the "catering" on the plane. We were not compensated in any way for the trouble.
