Totally understand that mechanical issues come up and am glad we were safe, but would have been much appreciated if we didn't have to board, deplane, and then board again."

This should be more clear, so that I can bring my own lunch if there will be none provided."

We drove 3 hours and spent almost $300 for a rental car to get to Dallas for the flight they put us on, which we couldn't make. We told the check in counter and they gave us boarding passes for an American flight that wouldn't leave until 10:00 pm but that we could try to get on stand by for an earlier flight. At this point we were already missing a concert we were trying to make in Chicago. Another $150 gone. We were lucky enough to make the 8:30 pm Dallas to Chicago with American and arrived at Ohare by 11:00 pm. All in all United wasted $300 on a rental car, $150 of concert tickets and 5 hours of paid time off I can't get back. Very disappointed. PS: they gave us food vouchers at the airport to apologize and they were already expired. They couldn't do one thing right."

But I have done math wrong and I realized I have to be on Portland by Sunday not Monday. So I go ahead and try to do manage booking and just change the date! I did but their portal just made me pay for 250 or something I don’t remember for the flight from Charlotte to Portland and I thought they will reimburse me part of original flight price after deducting any fees. But No it’s like nothing really happened and the most ridiculous and unprofessional thing they do is someone can’t reach out to any representative for this company. At all. It’s like they know, they are messed up so they avoid being on calls! How bad this is. Even when I get a number for them it’s not even free call it’s an international number. And after all of these, I get notifications from kayak, I don’t even know why. If kayak is stating that it’s nit responsible for any issues that could happen between a customer and any page he/she got redirected to, so why am I even getting notifications now? Cons: "Either Frontier or the third party I purchased my ticket through on Kayak (Kiwi.com) sold me a ticket as if it were a complete flight from point A to B with a layover in between. In reality however, it was two totally separate flights which required me to go to the Frontier ticketing counter upon my arrival at my layover destination, get a ticket printed for my second flight, pay to recheck my bag a second time ($45 x2 = $90 which was total BS), go through security again (also BS) only to walk back clear to the other side of the airport where I just was. To top it all off, our flight took off late and upon arrival we didn't even have a jet bridge available. So, all of the passengers had to get off on the tarmac and wait to be bussed from wherever we were all the way to the main terminal. Then they switched the baggage claim caracul on us. What a mess. This will probably be the last time I buy a ticket on Kayak, Kiwi and possibly even Frontier."

Cons: "Honestly, I’ve traveled a lot. And this was the worst experience I’ve ever had on an airplane. Aside from being charged $45 to carry on my small backpack, upon boarding the plane I was immediately uncomfortable with the service. The flight attendants were rude and made every request seem like the most inconvenient thing they’ve ever been asked. I got multiple eye rolls and sighs when requesting service from a particular crew member. The seat belt sign stayed on 45 minutes into the flight and I eventually needed to get up to use the restroom and actually got the response “use your eyes and see that the seatbelt sign is still on. You can’t be out of your seat”. There was also a drunk and belligerent man sitting in front of me, harassing the woman next to him and when she addressed the flight attendant about it, they responded “what do you expect us to say to him that you can’t say yourself?” I was absolutely astonished by this crew member and I don’t think she should be working in the service industry at all. The plane itself was nice and clean, though I was disappointed to have not been offered any water throughout the whole flight, and it was absolutely freezing. Will not be flying with Frontier again."

There was one single gate agent responsible for dealing with every angry passenger. I had to rebook on a different airline for the next day, and it cost me $250 more. Announced a maintenance problem, due to bird strike, which itself is understandable and I certainly wouldn't want to have that rushed, but at one point they said it would only be another 10 min. Offered food vouchers eventually, but many of the few places we could use it were closed by then. Stranded in the airport."

Frontier has absolutely no idea where my bag is, it is not in the place that I took off from and definitely not at my destination. This has been an absolute nightmare in which they offer you pathetic $50 to make up for the over $3500 I have in missing belongings."

Also, the inconsistency of fees was VERY frustrating. Plus, $60 for a bag is absurd, what a completely ridiculous number. The seats were incredibly uncomfortable. This is the most economy airline I've ever flown, and it was horrendous. I'm surprised these even passed code, the tops felt like metal bars and barely any padding. I felt unsafe in the case there were to be an emergency. I will never fly Frontier again, and I will always warn people about flying this carrier. Nothing good to say."

I was so stunned by her sharp attitude that even the girl sitting at the row across from me felt bad and asked for a menu from someone in her row just to give it to me. At that point I didn't even want to look at the menu and I didn't order anything. I probably would have otherwise. I don't know why this particular stewardess acted like that towards me as I had not interacted with her previously nor was I rude at all. All I said was "can I please see a menu? I don't have one." This was my first time flying with Frontier and I will probably not fly with them again. I will stick with United and Delta. I have never been treated like that on an airline before."
Pros: "Never friendly, always backed up, even if just 3 ppl in line. Seems person(always seems to only be 1) does not like her job! Just the Austin tx hub. Denver always smiling and flight attendants always happy. Love the price definitely!"
