Was not able to buy wifi on the plane given, not available for economy tickets. Was not clear when buying the ticket that this was the case.

Great airline. Kind staff, before m, during, and after the flight. They Directed you the whole way. Even when I arrived at my transfer destination, flight attendants guided passengers on which direction to go. I would definitely fly STARLUX again.
Majority of the movie entertainment loaded in the aircraft were quite old.
Preboarding food selection is an excellent idea. On the other end I did know the choice. People in my area know the choice. It ends with I got my meal till most of them are half way to finish their meal.
Aircraft is new and toilets are spacious, but toilets are quite filthy. They should clean more often. They have a long list of drink offer but are actually not available during meal. They said they’ll come back with them and you don’t get them until after dinner which means you eat your meals without any drinks if you were to get something that they don’t have on the cart. They are strict about removing headphones during take off and landing which is new to us since the movies did not get turned off. Instead, we we’re forced to watch their commercials during that time. We probably would fly with them again but not with the cost we spent. For the record, I work in tourism and travel a lot for inspections.
This Airline is really good! Better than Eva air for sure and more luxury. I really liked all the small details and amenities plus it really is free alcohol!
Efficient boarding, on time departure. Cabin crew all nice looking and well dressed, helpful. Plane interior looked modern and new, fresh condition.
My husband and I like this airlines , lt looks new ,clean & good service. Then we will fly with STARLUX again. And I love their time , it is perfect for my family. See you soon.

Very bad. They don’t allow group people to sit together by blocking most of seats and opening only single seat during online checking in. . By doing so, they can rip off customers at the check-in counter by collecting extra money if we want to sit together in the same row.
I absolutely loved my flight from Taipei to LAX. I was originally assigned to a different seat, however one of the stewardess noticed I was uncomfortable in my seat. She offered to move me to a more comfortable setting. Although she didn’t have to do what she did, I am more than grateful and thankful for her doing so. My longer flight felt much more comfortable, just by her taking notice. I really appreciate her.
Been flying with China Airline over years many times. Good experience with them, no issues.

The plane was an older model and the entertainment was hard to enjoy on those small screens. I struggled to see clear anything I wanted to watch. The seats where a bit uncomfortable but for a 3 hours flight it was pretty ok. The rest of services were excellent. Highly recommend China Airlines to others.
this is a great airline to fly on. I have not ever had a bad experiance with China Air.
