None of the experience was pleasant
First flight was delayed causing us to miss the 2nd flight and we ended sleeping on a chair at the airport waiting for a morning flight. AMERICAN AIRLINES didn't even have the decency to put us in a hotel for the night due to their delay. Then they added a 2nd lay over which was delayed for hours also. Traveling was to visit my mother who had cancer and I was sick so this made the trip even more distasteful.
Tight connection! The airlines need to Realize that a 2 hour layover is NOT enough when you have to go through immigration, customs, and security before making your next flight!

Smooth takeoff and landing. The seats were comfortable for a 3 hour flight.
Nothing to complain about. I was satisfied with this flight.
As expected everything was not overly done nor less of comfort and services. The food was Excellent quality and prepared with care. The airplane was new types and flew fast and smooth.
The Kansai airport was huge and super fancy. Shere number of people were like the Zoo and its designed to move people through all the retail shops to get to my gate.
I enjoyed everything! My first flight was a little over 10 hours, but it didn't feel that way. I was very comfortable and the crew took very good care of all of the passengers. Japan Airlines is Ichi Ban!!!
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is superb. It doesn't seem like we had a long flight because of the great service.

The website was pretty bad functionality wise. It took me 2 hours and a couple phone calls to be able to online check in for my flight in advance. Then during my trip I was trying to look at what costs and fees would be associated with changing my flight and extending the trip. The website was hard to navigate and offered very little information
