Flight attendants were friendly, but they only had limited resources to work with.

Worst aircraft I have been on in years. No wifi or entertainment, no power outlets, only bad wine/beer for a 3+ hour flight is mediocre at best...

The service in Lester b Pearson airport was unprofessional and sub standard by your employee Manija Anwarzada and her shift workers. They did not help me when I missed my flight to Pittsburgh because of our late arrival from Frankfurt. She and the others were not there to assist and help stranded passengers. In fact a couple of the staff were on cell phones and not helping passengers. She finally told us we had to go downstairs to the hall since her counter was closing. After traveling from Algiers to Frankfurt then on to Canada it was a terrible way to end the day. These emoyess made a very long day even longer. I will never fly Air Canada again. I will say once I got through customs there were more professional people who did at least get me a hotel room. Your employee has left a very bad taste in my mouth for Air Canada!

Not much

We paid cash for business class seats on this flight and they were terrible seats. They were NOT business class, they did not recline and there was no leg room. Nothing offered to drink upon boarding. All they did was take economy class seats, three wide, and put a thing on the middle seat to hold drinks. It was terrible and we will avoid Lufthansa in the future, and we travel a lot.

The breakfast served in the route Abuja to Heathrow was very hot and tasty. The hostesses were great. Good service overall

Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

The seats did not recline. It was impossible to get comfortable enough to sleep any at all, even though it was an overnight flight. It was also the first intercontinental flight I have ever taken which offered no entertainment whatsoever. I really don't understand why TAP used a plane with non-reclining seats for a five-hour overnight flight.

Absoulty nothing

Your lack of verification of someone at your gate compelling my wife to pay in cash instead of accepting the reservation. Uouj could snd should. Have call security And your gate and investigated my claim. You had 3 hours to do so.

Never got on this flight. We were never given an email to self check in, and we're unable to board 45 mins before at the gate coming frim anotthe flight. They overbooked this flight & sold our tickets, and then told us we couldn't get on flight. Now we are out $2500 buying new tix!

All the above. A simple check in email would have averted this problem. All the other airlines do this. We were under the presumption that we had to check in at airport when we didn't get check-in notice. Furthermore, they sold our tickets, so we're down $2500 and they doubled their profit. It would be hard for me to say I will use Air Canada or kayak in the future.

The crew is very friendly and accommodating. Food was decent.

Delayed three hours in Amsterdam then caused me to miss my connecting flight to Seattle. Then they only gave me the option of being late a day. On top of all that they lost my luggage. Time to retire that 767.

The crew at the gate as well as the crew on the plane were excellent and very helpful. The gate crew made rerouting very easy.

The 3 hour delay made for an exceptionally long trip. Delays are so very common on United; especially when connecting through O'Hare.

AC was broken. They could at least give you a second cup of water. Tired of being treated like an animal

we were stranded in aberdeen due to flooding and were to miss our connection to vietnam. we were expecting the worst when we called BA but the service representative could not have been more helpful or efficient. she had us booked in the next couple of days all the way to our door. she was positive and we could tell she really cared about our plight.

I flew with multiple international airlines this summer and KLM was by far the best. The crew of KLM were exceptionally attentive, polite, and helpful. The meals were by far the most enjoyable of my airplane travel meals; and I learned that KLM does not charge for it's drinks on international flights, unlike most other international airlines that I traveled with this summer. In a sentence, flying with KLM was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this airlines to others.

If I were going to list any negatives, I would say that the little travel pillow that was given to the passengers was so thin that it was practically useless, but I brought my own with me, so I was none the less comfortable.

The gate agent helped half a dozen people (not including those described below) understand they were boarding with the wrong group.

Fully one-quarter of the passengers boarded as disability or premium. This included a party of eight that boarded with one person in a wheelchair because "We're all together."

Flight delayed due to weather. Rebooking was a zoo, had to pay for hotel room and worst of all waited over an hour at baggage claim to get our bags back. It's taking us 2 days to get from Albuquerque to Austin.

Very friendly and the food and drinks never stopped and no additional charges, a very nice experience over the bargain airlines, free in-flight movies, and entertainment, no cost.

Nothing really

The Amsterdam airport is super disorganized, with rude employees great at making excuses for their incompetence. The boarding crew really struggled to organized the boarding and wouldn't really care about people's status. We had to take a bus to the airplane, and even though both plane's entrances were open, they sent everybody to the front entrance. The comfort of the plane was horrendous, with seats over 20 years old and their business class was the same as the coach, but with no one sitting in the middle (can you get any lower than this?) The flight attendant woke me up to shove a food tray that I didn't want. We had to wait over 45 minutes after the plane landing to start seeing some luggage show up on the conveyor bell. The overall flight experience make southwest look like a luxury airline. This was my first and last time flying on KLM.

Flight was delayed for 2 hours!

Absolutely no free snacks other than tap water (!) Food supplies for purchase ran out of sandwiches and sparkling water by the time they reached my row.

This was a very pleasant flight. The attendants were excellent. The plane was clean. The food was good for airline fare. The entertainment system made the flight go by better. Over all an excellent experience

The usual the leg room is not great nor is the space between passengers. But nothing horrible.

Well worth the upgrade price to purchase Business Class.
