The crew from the gate/customer service desks to the flight crew were very nice, Norwegian is very lucky.
My flight was delayed by almost 6 hours. For days I received alerts about it being my last chance to upgrade my flights. Many hours before my flight they knew the flights were delayed yet I did not receive one text or e-mail to let me know. I was at the airport for 9 hours. 9. Worst part is that I'm not even the only one.
There was one particularly pretty crew member with a great laugh and she was very friendly
I flew out with the same luggage that I flew in with. They charged me $56 for it. It seemed as if they made a new rule out of the blue and included my personal bag my carry on. It wasn't that they had to be concerned about the FAA weight requirements because the flight was only about 80% full. The in-flight entertainment was limited and there was no audio... so in other words, you could not simply turn on music to go to sleep by. This is a very bare-bones airline. Also, one flight attendant was perhaps the rudest person I've ever come across. "Go talk to someone else - I'm busy." All I asked for was a fork. She was simply opening a bin at the moment.
That I had space in the overhead compartment for my carry-on despite the fact that the flight was completely full with seats all filled up. That the flight crew did not bother me as I slept.
That the flight kept getting delayed. My friends and I could not go to our gate until closer to midnight because they had not announced the gate number until around that time. Then, when we boarded, it was packed full of people and we did not leave until after 1:00am, when it was scheduled to leave at 12:30am.

The price of the tickets was very good Aircraft looks new and fresh Movies on the plain was great
*Norwegian air charged 15 dollars per kilo extra for my bag that was heavy in my case it was 5 kilos so the total was 75 dollars. *The staff at the airport was not friendly at all, my daughter and I got the feeling that they (Check in staff) were looking to find ways to apply extra charges. *NYC Airports have some of the ugliest airports in the world, since I travel a lot I wish money would be invested on the airport to make a great first impression on travelers to NYC and the USA.

Was charged 65 pounds for checking one bag. This was a big news to me. BA claims it was because I booked through Kayak. Would not have booked the flight. Luggage cost is almost superior to flight cost. Forced me to check my overhead luggage. Flight was delayed one hour because we had to go back to gate to rebLANCE WEIGHT

The crew and the plan and the service were all top notch. However, their new policy as of 1/1/2018 in which they even charge for coffee and water seems very misplaced and excessive.
Their new policy as of 1/1/2018 in which they even charge for coffee and water on short flights (Madrid to London in this case) seems excessive, even in this day of ala carte flying. :-(
