My wife forgot her colt in the airplane and went back half hour later and the airline could not find it.

In flight entertainment system and food was good. I appreciated that they had a vegetarian option available.
We had booked through SAA but then they codeshared with LATAM. Our e-tickets included an online booking code, but then this is not accepted on the LATAM website where one has to go for early check-in, or to check-in using the machines at the airport. Latam had very few agents at the check-in so there were long lines of people waiting. Then, even though this was our return flight with them, LATAM's system wouldn't recognize the names of our two children. So we spent more than an hour at the check-in desk. By the time they cleared us they had then lost all of our seat reservations, so we had tickets for all over the plane and had to then work with the attendants on board to at least get one child with each parent. There was a 6 hour delay in leaving. LATAM said they had to ensure that their emergency landing options on the route where accessible and apparently there was bad weather in Abijan. SAA though left on the same route just before we were scheduled to leave and presumably arrived on time. I don't know why they were ok to go but LATAM was not. We had to wait two hours before they gave food vouchers. The food was good but could only come from one restaurant. It had limited choices and very long lines after an entire planeload of people descended on it. Apparently also little was done to rebook us on our connecting flights, though the SA agent in J'burg scrambles and got us on the next flight.
Eventually able to get to my final destination
They cancelled my flight with absolutely no information to provide. No update at all. There were no agents to direct the flow of passengers stranded in the airport. Usually Airlines would rebook you on the next flight out. Apparently, this is too much for this airline to handle. Very amateur!
Everything was good
One Stu artist who was a older women she was very grumpy, there was little to no turbulence the whole flight and if you got up to go to the washroom and we’re waiting and seatbelt light came on she would make u sit down immediately even if it wasn’t that rough, she made a girl wait for the washroom for 45. Minutes was kinda pathetic, when she was on her shift break not one person had a issue with any of the other flight attendants only her
End of a long ordeal... I slept the entire flight
The movies and entertainment offered in the screen were alright.
We were delayed over an hour because flight got in late from Halifax, I get it, stuff happens. Then once boarded we sat there for another 45 minutes. The pilot comes on over the speaker and explains we aren't leaving because the crew didn't have the proper paper work in the cabin...
There is nothing to like about Air Canada anymore.. unless you happen to like the abuse and indifferent service. Employees seem disengaged.
AC used to be mindful or customers with connections. This is the reason I booked all segments with air canada. Found out the hard way it is no longer the case. Lesson learned. Missed connection and ended up on stand by for the next flight ( no more protected seats folks). Was not even refunded the money paid for seat assignment on the missed connection.
Canceled flight , delayone day , I should rebook by myself by calling the air canada call center I will considre next time when reseving with Air Canada , and Kayak because you didn't even know what happen with me , I took flight to London next day since my flight was canceled
