Good flight, loved the snacks (Biscoff cookies). For boarding, they forgot to change the sign showing our group was boarding. Apparently, they had announced it, but the announcements overlapped with another gate announcements and no one could actually hear what they were saying. So a group of us were waiting....and finally asked and were told we could board.

overall no call for accessible while boarding. The crew member was little rude not bothering about the condition. Seat assigned was very uncomfortable.

Fine. But given how empty the flight was, I do not understand why my dog, in its carrier, could not be placed on the seat next to me (which was empty) rather than on the floor under seat. This seemed like overkill on the rule following by the flight staff.

The vibe and energy of the Alaska staff on ground in Redmond is some of the best we’ve seen!

generally good. No snacks or drinks on the flight 3379 from Portland to San Jose, CA. Sad.

Wifi in particular was terrible. I paid to use and could never connect. Unacceptable and put a drain on my plans.

The plane was very late in part because they wasted so much time trying to be funny in begging people to volunteer to check their bags. We FINALLY got home 2 hours lager than expected.

I love Alaska. Every subsequent issue was mine. You're a great airline.

There was no entertainment, but it was a short flight. The only food was a tiny package of pretzels. Maybe offer alternatives? And the seats are pretty small. I’m 5’4” and am slender, and it’s cramped for me. I can’t imagine how it would be for a tall or large person. But all airlines are that way.

Love the Redmond/Bend terminal! And the terminal staff and flight crew were welcoming.
