Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews

Pros: "Premium class has great legroom on 737-800. Crew was friendly. Seats were comfortable."
Cons: "The restrooms on the 737-800 are tiny and cramped. The landing in Boston was quite a jolt."
Cons: "9:30 am flight was cancelled and I was given a 1:30 pm flight instead. Coming home the flight was delayed because while the plane and flight crew were there the Captain was not. It sounded like he was flying in from somewhere else."
Cons: "The flight was oversold and my husband did not have a seat assignment. The desk agent was helpful and was able to put us together"
Pros: "The person who worked in ther terminal at the podium was awesome. And the flight attendants were nice I heard a flight attendant say she was new to her coworker which sort of shocked me because she didn’t seem new. I think her name was Su."
Cons: "No coffee ... on the way to Seattle?!?"
Pros: "Onboard crew were ok but the gate staff were a bit sassy and rude."
Cons: "Customers service training for gate agents."
Cons: "first class service"
Pros: "Food was excellent. Staff was friendly."
Cons: "My luggage is missing. Did not arrive with me to Budapest. Many many important things are missing and cannot be replaced. Please help!!"
Pros: "They made good time getting us home to Seattle before the estimated landing time."
Cons: "The plane didn’t have device charging ports like some do."
Pros: "Excellent flight!"
Pros: "Boarding was quick, the flight attendants were as comforting as they could be. The screens for the in flight entertainment were great but stopped working in my row the last 30 minutes of the actual flight."
Cons: "The pilot didn’t seem to know why maintenance reports were taking so long, which he was very vocal about. By the time we finally go to take off - there was too much incoming traffic to LAX so we had to sit in the plane for another 50 minutes. I am very disappointed in my experience and will likely not fly with Alaska in the future."
Pros: "I always enjoy flying with Alaska. The crews are generally nice and the leather seats are comfortable, even in cattle class. I like that they often give out the Biscoff biscuits, yum. I had lots of room on several of my flights, on one of them I had an entire row to myself, which was awesome."
Cons: "The fact that even on 5+ hour-long flights they still charge for the food is a little silly to me. But maybe that's how they all do these days. Still, it's unfortunate, or, it might have been nice to have more than one snack served up on such a long flight. The wifi is a little hard to maneuver, even with an instruction card. The Go-go inflight thing is cool, but they don't really advertise that you need to download the app while you're still on the ground...which they should advertise in their concourses or something."
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "What flight only offers water? Where is my goddammed refund?"
Pros: "white wine"
Cons: "Late leaving Bend. Sat on tarmac 30 minutes after arriving in Seattle. Missed my ferry."
Cons: "wished the seats leaned back a bit more, especially on a red eye"
Pros: "On time, friendly and comfortable..."
Pros: "All was well"
Pros: "It got me from redmond to Portland in one piece."
Cons: "Crew was straight up rude. Flight attendant refused to talk except to say goodbye to people leaving the plane...."
Pros: "Fast boarding"
Cons: "Why are Redmond flights always late!?!?"
Cons: "It was very difficult to hear the boarding calls."
Pros: "Very efficient; in-time"
Cons: "No food, but none expected."
Pros: "A short flight is always a great flight -- and the flight attendants were fabulous per usual."
Pros: "how short it was"
Cons: "The landing was a bit nerve rattling."
Pros: "I was in first class so that's the better experience. I would have been even unhappier in coach."
Cons: "Seat, despite being first class, was not comfortable I asked for a blanket before takeoff and was told there aren't any on board. No blankets for an 8 hr red eye??? No pillow either. Flight attendants never asked if I wanted another beverage after initial service. It was an 8 hr flight. The first class meal was a tiny cheese plate. I was starving. For a $900 1 way ticket, I expect more of this airline Flight attendants seemed like they didn't want to be there. Wasn't feeling the love. it was a 12:30am flight. We are all tired, but c'mon. Smile a little."
Pros: "Friendly staff, smooth flight! No drama in airport or on flight"
Cons: "Seats are tight but ok for 50 minute flight"
Pros: "Very nice attendant"
Pros: "Willingness to help 90 year old who can't hear or see your flight information at the airport. Appreciate the assist to board and unboard"
Cons: "Cramped seating"
Pros: "Friendly service."
Cons: "Flight didn't last longer."
Pros: "Really liked the new app to watch movies and more on your own personal device. Made the time fly by."
Cons: "Too bad it was not available on the smaller aircraft."
Pros: "Early flight, and short. I think I slept through it. Woke up sore, but eh I'm not surprised by that. I'm a giant and no one woke me up for anything so I was satisfied."
Cons: "Slept in the airport because you guys form have connections"
Pros: "Crews on board amazing. They are friendly, yet professional."
Cons: "Got no seat assigned at check in. She told us to get seat assigned at gate. Weird. We got boarding passes after other people already boarded. I thought I flew South West. Flight 30 mins delayed. Hot food sold out."
Cons: "departed 1.5 hours late, arrived in Seattle, waited 30 minute for jetway which was never aligned properly, so we had to deplane in the rainy dark via a stairway out the rear of the plane, then go back up another stairway into the jetway. This was all at !1 AM. Nothing was offered by way of compensation."
Cons: "It was all good"
Pros: "People are people what should it be. They (Alaska Airlines) hired pretty cool people. That's the key."
Pros: "quick and easy"
Cons: "no free bag fees"
Pros: "Nice seats and new decor, very comfortable"
Cons: "$7 for a cheap glass of wine? What a rip-off."
Pros: "Pilot seemed quite competent. On time as well. Crew found and returned a lost wallet before we got out of airport!! Ama zing!!!"
Cons: "Cramped and crowded ride. Entertainment not easy to get on my own iPad. Stewardess said , " if I can figure it out, you can" and walked off."
Pros: "When the customs process was too slow for our connection time, the Alaska rep met us and moved us to a later flight without us even having to ask!!!!"
