The flight attendants as well as the gate agent were out to lunch. Nothing extraordinary about their service. American just keeps getting worse every year.
Mediocre would be best description. Food bland. Seat biz class uncomfortable to sleep. Crew never dimmed lights completely in an overnight flight to Europe. Would avoid AA if possible.
Massimo, flight attendant was very authentic, attentive - wonderful. Food/wrap was just okay.
I am an AA flyer for a very long time... AA has yet to disappoint.
Arriving plane went to wrong gate. Flight Attendant was late. Was in no Hurry when he arrived. Flight was fine. Plane had to wait 20 minutes to get assigned a gate due to designated gate tied up. barely connected.. Boarded extremely late on final leg of trip.
See prior comment about how Kayak mishandled my reservation and delayed my arrival by 6 hours.
The gates should be ready when we land. Waiting on the runway for a hour is ridiculous.
Food was bad, sandwiche with cold cut meat was not labeled and and none of the flight attendants could tell what kind of meat it was (beef, pork or turkey). People have dietary and religious restrictions and "I dont know" is simply unacceptable. One flight attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. Filed an formal complaint withAA regarding his behavior
Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.
I am very appreciative of the help provided to me by Dennis and Whitney. I had lost my phone at EWR airport and they were very kind in assisting me. This included advice on how to file a report and also helping me connect with family. The pilot was also great about keeping passengers updated on the flight progress with regular communications over the system.
Excellent service. The crew goes above their way to make the customer comfortable.

I hated the FRA Airport. Confusing signage, including the path to Immigration and Security It seems that the airport grew haphazardly over the years. I have been through multiple WW Hubs with much better experiences.
Wonderful staff. The boarding process can be improved a little better by adequate prior communication but all in all they did fine. However the boarding gate was quite unfreindly to elderly and who needs help with sevral stairs.

Bulkhead seats should not be an extra charge. They are extremely uncomfortable. And we missed our connecting flight due to slow luggage retreaval.
Not great - seats were very narrow and food was terrible.
Some of the crew was sassy and not super helpful. The food was okay, but it seems like they were all unprepared compared to my flight I did from JFK to Frankfurt
We were in premium economy seats that appeared to be locked in plae, No reclining. My aching back.
I don’t understand how they charge as much as they do for such a poor experience
