Alaska has been my favorite airline for years, so this last trip came as a shock and disappointment. The seats on the plane were so uncomfortable and seemingly cheap. The person sitting next to me said the same thing. I used to love the in cabin lighting, the purple was so relaxing, it's now gone. The little touches that made Alaska great are gone. I purchased the wifi and it wasn't working during much of the flight, the flight attendants kept rebooting it. I wouldn't have spent my money that way had I known it would be unusable for 50% of the flight. I am bummed because I always chose Alaska over price shopping. I have an upcoming flight back to DC and decided to go with American Airlines. It was a better price and I don't feel like Alaska gives me anything special.
The flight was delayed out of BIL so many times that I was not able to make my connection. I was rebooked for the next day, losing a full day of my trip. I still have not been compensated as promised.
Easy check-in. Good customer service. Had to check carry-on due to lack of overhead space. Wish the airplane was configured with more overhead area so this doesn't usually happen.
I liked that the crew was friendly, we left and arrived at near scheduled times, plenty of on-board crew to handle the cabin service for the flight and I found the price of my airline ticket to be excellent!
Had no way to see what gate came in on or what gate connecting flight would take off.
Planes were on time. Pilot kept everyone updated. Crew was friendly and helpful
I have mobility problems and requested wheelchair assistance in Seattle and Anchorage and none was provided at all. Very disappointed. Only one gate agent in Seattle asked if I needed assistance boarding my flight in Seattle.... and only after three gate changes.... requiring even more extremely painful walking without assistance.
One of the best roundtrip flights I’ve ever been on. We needed assistance for my elderly mother and without fail, each and every Alaska team member was helpful, kind, and patient. Will fly Alaska again and again.
My original flight time was changed 6 times. Several flights were obviously cancelled as we ended up being the last flight of the day. We specifically went with this flight as it met our timeline for what we needed to do once we got to San Francisco. Not leaving Bozeman until 10:30PM sure changed our plans
My travels went as smooth as they probably could have, I expected delays upon delays but to my surprise even with the small delays I had I was still able to make all my flights. Thanks -Josh
Delta is always late. Ruined our first day of a short vacation. Timing is important. We pay to stay on an itinerary
We never made it on this flight because we missed our connection due to o delayed flight from Jackson.
We got stuck on the tarmac taxiing after landing early so we didn’t get off the plane until an hour later than we thought we would
It was okay. We were delayed for weather reasons, but the pilots and the flight control staff figured a way around the storm and were able to get us to Los Angeles safely. Not all the staff members were polite, but the entertainment on the flight was good.
Crew was real good, flight was smooth and came in early.
Love me some Delta. One of the few airlines to recognize and support veterans. Easy boarding, flight was on time and arrived early and the flight attendants were excellent on this flight.
We sat on the runway for over an hour before departure. That was unwelcome.
Flight delayed four separate times. I’m now one hour hours late to landing.

Didn’t make the flight. My connecting flight was an hour late and I missed the flight. You rerouted me thru Atlanta and I arrived in Rome over 10 hour after my original Rome arrival time. You also left my luggage in Atlanta and it took you three day to get my bag to meI spent 4 days in the same cloths, I had packed my prescriptions in the lost bag and went 3 days withoutMy heart meds.
The SFO lounge closes at 12 midnight. My flight took off at 2AM
Delayed 2 hours while stuck on the aircraft. If the luggage was properly loaded the first time we probably wouldn’t have been delayed at all
Flight be on time would be a good start. Then train your flight attendants to be attentive and friendly. This time they completely forgot my row for the measly snack! United, do better!
It was a short, comfortable flight. It did leave an hour late due to the pilot having to be replaced (family emergency) but that didn’t inconvenience myself & my friend. The situation was explained, eventually.
There was a piece of plastic baked into my buttermilk biscuit! I have a pictures. The flight attendants in first class were really apologetic, and tried to rectify the situation. I I am very appreciative that they were able to give me some packets of pretzels and gummy bears. I understand they don't personally handle the food until warming it up so I know it wasn't their fault. I don't know whether it was a newer aircraft, or different food packaging, but I was happy that when the food was being warmed up - it didn't smell like plastic. Jokes on me with finding plastic in my food.
The seats were uncomfortable, as if the cushions haven't been switched out in many years. I felt like I was on an old bus. The food was delicious. thank you. Onboard entertainment, very limited. Unless you like violent movies. Why in the world would you have such severely violent movies on a plane? if you don't want to see such things, you don't have a choice. Have you considered that when choosing entertainment? Good god. Why would you have the Godfather? Or black women being brutally beaten with a club? Why in the hell would you put that kind of material on a plane? As for Kayak: Why when I ordered Qantas, was the plane on United?
UA594 was delayed multiple times. I ended up getting picked up so I can make it in time for work 6AM on Monday, 7/6/2026
Excellent flight. On time. Great staff. Clean and crisp cabin.
Know that the movies that you are going to be offered are the oldest be rated movies they could possibly get. They may have one or two new movies that they keep advertising but when you’re flying 15 hours, there is nothing to see past the first new movie.
No complaints other than luggage carousel was incorrectly guiding passengers to the wrong carousel on the screen.
