Ground staff at Manchester very helpful

Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros.

Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?

My flights were so behind I missed my connection for Toronto to Tel Aviv and was rerouted to London and then Frankfurt but the plane was late getting there as well. Air canada had no crew on the ground and over and hour wait for customer service on the phone so i had no way to find out what my reticketing status was. I was passed off to numerous other airlines and sent through the airport to the incorrect terminals in heathrow causing another missed flight. Air canada did not accept the responsibility to maintain my reservation and get me to my destination efficiently. Even when I spoke with a phone representative the person was rude and never sent confirmation of my flights so I had no reference point for flight numbers or air lines. All of his added up to more than 13 hours of delays on what was already a 24 hour trip. Worst travel experience of my life.

Everything went very smoothly with this flight. It boarded on time. The crew were all very friendly. I enjoyed the entertainment selections and found a tv show that I had been wanting to see. I managed to watch 2 episodes and look forward to watching more of the same show on my flight back. I ended up having the 2 seats to myself which was great. Extra legroom. I have no complaints at all.

It took you 4 days for you to get back to me with the confirmation number after I had requested it via e-mail. Also, you should note Lufthansa-issued documents never commence with "220-" and then the subsequent numbers. Lufthansa tickets are always issued with "2220-" at the beginning and then the subsequent numbers. You need to update your computers otherwise with the original Lufthansa-issued ticket number you provide at time of booking, the booking will not show up in Lufthansa systems.

We did get to our destination.

Flight was late, as always. I couldn’t sit with my spouse. Rows are so tight, one can barely get in/out and we are smaller than normal size. Baggage fees make overhead compartment loading a real nightmare. I wonder what they will think of next to make flying an even more terrible experience.

Nothing, absolutely nothing.

The flight attendants were pretty much what I've come to expect on U.S. airlines--overweight, older, and sloppy in appearance. One of them looked like she had rolled out of bed ten minutes before arriving at the gate. It was the complete antithesis to the flight attendants on Hong Kong Airlines. Ah, for the good old days of air travel. Before the plane ever took off it was announced the the entertainment system on the seat back ahead of those in comfort seats was not working and wouldn't be for the duration of the flight. Having paid an additional $239 for the comfort seat in the hopes of making a 16-hour flight go by a bit faster, this was unconscionable. The food was far inferior to Hong Kong Airlines. In short, it was the trip from hell.

The overhead bin did not stay down low enough so that I could place my bag in. It would lower then before I could place my bag raise slightly by a few inches. For someone of my height (5’5”) that was problematic. Fortunately another passenger saw my dilemma and held the bin lower to its full opening capacity. This also momentarily slowed down the boarding process.

The movie and television options were fairly good.

I usually enjoy the BA flight from London to Austin, but this flight was extremely uncomfortable. The seats were cramped, and when the woman in front of me leaned her seat back, I didn't have enough space on my tray table to even keep a laptop fully open. The food (chicken casserole) was also terrible, and the airline ran out of other lunch options by the time they got to the back row where I was seated.

The drinks were great, however the food specifically the salmon meal (Great Britain breakfast) seemed to be missing something. The stewardess mentioned my partner to have the chicken as there was only a portion of the meal. But, I paid £24 for the meal. Although, the vegan and veggie meals were great!

Next time I will pay more attention to the two row seating and pay for seats in that area of the plane. Other than that, good service.

The luggage fee was a surprise and very expensive. I didn’t realize luggage wasn’t included, and I may not have purchased these tickets had I know how much extra it would have cost. It out my trip way out of budget.

Boarded an hour late then sat on tarmac for an hour. Crew told us they would phone ahead to let connecting flights know we were delayed. Arrived 2 hours late but mad it to my gate only 2 minutes late but they had closed boarding. We’re never informed by flybe that they were behind. Waited at flybe desk for 3 hours on bags and rebooking. Never could get an honest hour about why we had to wait there. Refused to let us go to hotel and send our bags there once found. Totally miserable and will never fly with them again. Worst customer service ever.

First the online check-in wasn't working on their website for days, because it kept saying error! Basically their website wasn't working! It slowed me down to have to check in at the airport when I should have been able to check in online. Upon boarding the plane, they made us wait in the shuttle bus for almost 30 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with the plane. Finally, they told us the aircraft was broken and they would take us back to the terminal. They made us wait in the shuttle bus (most of us standing) another 20 minutes before actually taking us back to the terminal. They didn't communicate with us what was going on. At the terminal, they still wouldn't tell us how long for our flight. Finally (2 hours past when we were supposed to depart), we were informed that our flight would depart in another 3 hours. They gave us 11 euros worth of food/drink vouchers but that's honestly not much. Just 1 sandwich/drink isn't filling at all considering we didn't end up departing until 6 hours later than our initial scheduled flight! Then the plane we got was incredibly cramped and small. The cabin storage bins were smaller than the plane we should have had. The crew gave us all 1 free snack (like chips/candy bar) and tea/water and were nice enough. But totally unacceptable experience overall!! Broken website, broken aircraft, and poor communication! And how do you not realize the plane is broken until right before it's supposed to depart??

No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen.

I left New Jersey during snow storm. Flights had been cancelled on the previous days but our flight was not. It did not leave on time, had to switch planes before we actually took off. My luggage was lost. I did not make my connecting flight. Had sty over in Panama. Got to my destination a day late without my carry on ( checked at the gate...lost). Still have not located my other 2 bags. Very stressful expirence. Will not fly united again. Staff at my lay over was poorly trained at handling the situation and my luggage issue is taking a very long time to correct.

Friendly, attentive staff. Good service. My toddler, husband and I boarded first because of our child, so we had plenty of time to get comfy on the plane. The flight attendants served sufficient drinks and snacks for the 1 hour flight.

Flight was delayed two hours so my toddler and I had significantly longer to wait, which is not too fun. However, I understand this is unavoidable sometimes.

My husband and I paid a combined $100 to reserve seats on our flight from LAX to London. When we got to check-in at LAX airport we did not get our reserved seats. Everything had been changed around. We did not even have seats next to each other. Upon complaining at arrival in London (there was no time at LAX to deal with this, as usual that airport was one chaotic mess) we were given a British Airways business card with a phone number that did not work/had been disconnected. I would like to get the $100 reservation fee back. Thank you.

The outbound crew was terrific. The flight itself was fine. We even arrived early.

Upon deplaning in Cancun, ALL passengers are put on a bus and driven far away from the terminals to an arrivals area. Those of us with connecting flights are royally f*cked at that point, especially if your connection is short, as mine was. The so-called shuttle to the departure terminals, which are entire kilometers away, was to arrive in like half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Who has this time to spare?? The alternative to the shuttle is paying a taxi that charges a hefty fare--and God help you if you don't have cash. The departures terminal was swamped and only thru begging assistance and line cuts did I make my connection...and then only by the skin of my teeth. It was a complete nightmare.

The overhead bin did not stay down low enough so that I could place my bag in. It would lower then before I could place my bag raise slightly by a few inches. For someone of my height (5’5”) that was problematic. Fortunately another passenger saw my dilemma and held the bin lower to its full opening capacity. This also momentarily slowed down the boarding process.

We did get to our destination.

Flight was late, as always. I couldn’t sit with my spouse. Rows are so tight, one can barely get in/out and we are smaller than normal size. Baggage fees make overhead compartment loading a real nightmare. I wonder what they will think of next to make flying an even more terrible experience.

I left New Jersey during snow storm. Flights had been cancelled on the previous days but our flight was not. It did not leave on time, had to switch planes before we actually took off. My luggage was lost. I did not make my connecting flight. Had sty over in Panama. Got to my destination a day late without my carry on ( checked at the gate...lost). Still have not located my other 2 bags. Very stressful expirence. Will not fly united again. Staff at my lay over was poorly trained at handling the situation and my luggage issue is taking a very long time to correct.

Layover in Frankfurt too long; Unable to sleep on flight, nearby windows were open creating too much light, seating a bit too close to relax.

Airline accommodated the delay with free room and meal voucher.

Flight was delayed 24 hours. Text message was sent on route that the flight was on time. Mechanical problems.

The drinks were great, however the food specifically the salmon meal (Great Britain breakfast) seemed to be missing something. The stewardess mentioned my partner to have the chicken as there was only a portion of the meal. But, I paid £24 for the meal. Although, the vegan and veggie meals were great!

Next time I will pay more attention to the two row seating and pay for seats in that area of the plane. Other than that, good service.

The crew made your needs a top priority which was nice. This trip was my first time flying British Airways, I normally fly United, but the price was too good to pass up. I will definitely be using BA in the future from now on. Overall a great experience!

Friendly, attentive staff. Good service. My toddler, husband and I boarded first because of our child, so we had plenty of time to get comfy on the plane. The flight attendants served sufficient drinks and snacks for the 1 hour flight.

Flight was delayed two hours so my toddler and I had significantly longer to wait, which is not too fun. However, I understand this is unavoidable sometimes.

I hadn’t been on a plane in almost 10 years. People were very helpful at the airports. The plane ride was comfortable. The crew was nice both ways. I would. The price was excellent!

There was a horrid family in the row in frony of me that absolutley refused to control their child at all, even when airline staff stepped in , so a really long flight was made to seem even longer and sleeping was out of the question.
