Cons: "I was placed on an earlier flight as soon as I arrived at the Portland airport. The flight was full, there was no room for my bag in the overhead bins. The bag was checked, not to just Seattle but all the way to Venice. Well, surprise, surprise, the bag was lost on the way to Venice. KLM does not allow enough time in Amsterdam for luggage to make a connecting flight."
Pros: "Boardin process was Ok"
Cons: "Due to several issues we were delayed in 3,5 hours"
Pros: "Although our flight was fully booked. The crewmembers on this flight was professional, friendly and efficient. We boarded quickly and took off on time. We even arrived ahead of schedule. Each passenger was given free headphones and complimentary beverages and snacks. I love Delta they are a cut above the rest. They are constantly striving to put the customers needs and wants top priority"

Pros: "They let us preboard because of my handicap. And we slep through boarding til we landed."
Pros: "No issues boarding as a group of 6, including one child. We all had at least a personal item and/or a carry-on to stow. The flight was easy, comfortable, and the free movies were current and definitely helped pass the time."
Cons: "We were seated right behind the delta comfort+ and saw the special snacks they got. Being teased by that is not a huge deal, just a little disappointed by the regular snack selection, the snack mix was definitely subpar."
Pros: "Great movies...."
Pros: "Uneventful flight - boarding was great and there were no hassles."
Cons: "No food. No onboard entertainment."
Cons: "By mistake I booked my ticket for the wrong date Called to change it, wait time was over 2hrs went to the delta app and it cost me $200 to do it. Get to airport and ask for an up grade not possible but if I paid $200 when rebooking the flight I could have gotten one. Snacks were horrible and I have a delta card and was charged $29 to get in plus a charge for my extra suitcase. It’s ridiculous given the amount of money I spend on m card on the monthly basis. Very disappointing"
Pros: "Generally everything went smoothly on this leg of my trip."
Pros: "I liked the cabin interior and the inflight entertainment system."
Cons: "The complimentary fruit slices and cheese gave me servere food poisoning (strong symptoms for 36h+). The flight change (added fuel stop an hour before takeoff) showed in the app as canceled flight and disabled the boarding pass. And the several times at the gate verbally advertised on board WiFi didn’t work at all. Not a good expierence."

Cons: "Flight delayed. Had to hurry to get to my train."
Cons: "No power to charge"
Pros: "The airline crew seems to be getting better, although I can't say that they are super helpful"
Cons: "The seats, just water offered, the bathroom, no Wifi, extremely crowded and small plane. Seriously, I don't understand what is all the money payed used for since I just heard that the crew members might be actually underpaid"
Pros: "Had to go through an extra random security check before boarding along with several other passengers. Looong flight, but expected when traveling that distance. Slept and watched movies. Best part: the pilot pointed out that Greenland was visible outside our windows as we flew over."

Pros: "The organization and speediness shown during boarding the aircraft and the perfect timing on departure"

Pros: "Leg room was great compared to discount airlines. The built in entertainment for individualized interests was welcome. Crew was great."
Cons: "Delays and ground chaos nearly caused us to miss our international connection. Gate staff unable to provide assistance with booking on connecting partner airline.
