The first class cabin crew on our side of the plane was inattentive, though it appeared on the other half of the plane the crew was very attentive. This is one of the poorer first class seats in the industry. The "lie flat" seat is just that, a lie. It is pitched at an angle, though not as steep as some. Foot cubby is narrow and constrictive, bordering on claustrophobic.

Cons: The lack of overhead storage was not noted at the gate so about half the passengers had to have their hand luggage tagged on the plane itself, involving wheeling to the back to be tagged. Then once everyone was seated, the attendant wheeled them by and passengers had to call out when they saw their bag go by so that they could be issued the corresponding luggage claim ticket. The seat width and pitch was sad compared to 'low cost' airlines like JetBlue.

The attendants gave us little information on flight alternatives and when the flight was finally allowed to board again, they did not announce it and so had I not been waiting close by, I would have missed my flight. It was extremely disappointing but not shocking with all the scandals that have occurred this year with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying with them.

Cons: The aisles are too narrow. As passengers are boarding and you sit in the aisles you are constantly struck. FAA should investigate with the decreased aisle width and distance between the seats, can the evacuation be completed within required time, in an actual emergency. American Airlines is endangering the lives of passengers. And the cramped conditions are contributing to the hostile actions of some passengers. What does it take to do what is right?

Pros: 787 is a nice plane. I also like getting miles since I accumulate most miles with United. Not much else to boast about.
Cons: The outbound plane from Newark to Frankfurt was late by 1.5 hr because United could not figure out how to bring the plane (that was sitting in the middle of the airfield to the gate and then they realized that they need get catering supplies to feed the passengers and we were waiting for that too. The inbound flight from Frankfurt to Newark was late by 1.45 hours since they were fixing a computer problem on board. The flight was totally over air-conditioned and when I asked to bring an extra blanket for me the flight attendant started lecturing me that I was wearing shorts and a polo shirt (in the 86F heat at FRA and EWR it was ok!) and that she had no blankets. The second flight attendant who for some reason came 2 miins after the first one apologized for the attitude of his female colleague and immediately brought me an extra blanket.

Cons: My connecting flight was delayed by 4 hours due tknsmong in India. I called United ahead of time to tell them I was not able to make my flight and if there was anyway I could get a new ticket. The representative was confident that 40 minutes between my flights at Delhi was enough time to make it despite me reminding her about the time it took to get off the plane, pick up my luggage, get through immigrations and travel to my terminal. She was very wrong. She insisted I call them when I land and that I go to the ticket booth. Little did she know that once I miss my flight my ticket is no longer valid and I was no longer able to enter the airport in India. Once I reached the entrance I was directed to a Untied booth all the way at the end of the terminal and was told to buy a new ticket. There was no United representative at this booth. I waited 3 hours and even called the number posted at the booth. No one picked up and no one came. I had wasted several hours. I ultimately decided to buy a ticket online spending another thousand dollars to get back home when I was told that I would be given a new ticket at the booth by United. But I had to wait another 24 hours outside the airport because I was not allowed in so early prior to my flight. Very unprofessional and unhelpful when I needed it the most.

Cons: On checking in we had to use a machine to print our boarding passes and take our bags to a bag drop in Newark. The man proceeded to put a large tray on the conveyor belt, swing our bags in the air then smash them down into the tray. This was done to both bags as if we weren't there. Had there been something expensive in there it would have been totally destroyed. He really couldn't have cared less about our bags and their contents. We were talking to a woman on the plane who was telling us that a woman a few rows behind who had a new born baby as was told she would be given a seat with extra legroom had this taken away from her to United could sell the seat to someone paying for it. The chicken and orzo dinner was absolutely revolting. The orzo was so over cooked that it just turned to mush and the chicken really didn't taste like it had ever seen a chicken. All this combined with the issues we had on our flight out show that United are scum and just see you as ££. Sorry I cant be more complementary than that, its just the truth.

They told us to go to the website to request a refund and wouldn't offer us any flight upgrades. We got on the flight and people were told not to sit in the unoccupied enconomy plus seats unless they paid for them. Pretty poor that considering there were at least 2 rows of seats available they are so tight they can't even be bothered to compensate us in a way that won't effect their bottom line. We completed the return request only to be told that refunds are not offered on schedule changes. Again pretty shoddy customer service and shows that all they are about is your money. The breakfast we had was disgusting. The melted cheese looked like someone had vomited onto my tray. On waiting for our connecting flight there was an old lady who was dumped at a gate on a wheel chair. They person then left without telling them what was happening. We could see she was anxious about not knowing what was happening. My wife went to the United help desk to ask for information for the lady's flight and was told she should just check the information board and dismissed. Not sure how an old lady who can't walk is meant to do this (this was explained to them). If United had bothered to make some kind of effort to be at least helpful in any stage with refunding / upgrading us and being helpful to an old lady maybe this review would be different. Ultimately all they care about is your money and will deliver a shockingly bad customer service wherever they can get away with it. I WONT be flying United again. I will pay more for another airline.

When I asked the flight attendants for food they told me they had none, and it was my fault I didn't bring anything to eat. then I saw them handing out food to business class. Additionally, when I was flying form you were not allowed t bring water onto the plane. The flight attendants only provided me one small water bottle an two small cups of water. Cons: Let's first start off with the fact that my luggage was a few pounds over and it cost me $200. Yes read that again $200! My extra 5 pounds of luggage was $200... but if I wanted to bring a second bag up to 50lbs it would of been $100. This clearly is the stupidest thing ever. Then my flight was delayed by 45 mins. The staff were super rude... I asked if some of the food options were vegetarian and the workers like hysterically laughed in my face... well cheese omlets can be veggie or have meat. So I didn't understand why that was funny. Overall terrible experience, I will reconsider flying on United. It's not worth it.

Cons: The flight was full to capacity

Pros: The flight was on time. Nothing else was acceptable about the travel on this plane.
Cons: I was made to check in my carry on bag because United made this Economy Basic ticket where they fly the over head bins empty. They charge 25 for the checked bag and only allow a personal item on board. This idiotic arrangement wasn't even clear to me during booking. And i don't understand what sense it makes to create an entire class of passengers stripped of their luggage. It's definitely not customer-centric approach. The wifi was dead. It is ALWAYS dead. No entertainment was provided. I'd prefer the flights from the 90s where i could watch a film on a shared screen with headphones.

Pros: Food was good. Staff were great. Headphones not the best.

Cons: Original flight booked was for 1:30. Week before changes to 5:30. Then 6:30. Arrive at the airport and flights delayed to 7. Then 730. 8. 830 etc etc etc til 11. No explanation. No food tickets. Rude responses like this gem: pointed out how long I was waiting with no word --> told by a united employee that he's been there since 7am. I point out he's bad to be there. He says he's not. I guess a united volunteer then? Then only handed out water since 'it's a short flight'. Useless.

Pros: Staff was super friendly, nice airplane size for the amount of passengers, smooth landing from the pilot
Cons: Airplane was delayed one hour, kept switching boarding Gate from 63 to 56 to 60 and passengers were confused, nothing free inside the airplane not even water or snacks in more than 4 hours flight

Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: Delays, amount of people during a pandemic.

Pros: Crew was amazing, arrival time much earlier, easy boarding
Cons: Complimentary water on the plane

Pros: The price.
Cons: The flights were full. Middle seat was not left empty for covid. Yet you would not provide a snack because of covid.I did not feel valued as a customer.

Cons: It was a packed flight. No empty middle seats for social distancing, only half empty rows that you could pay $50 to "upgrade" into. Just having a backpack will cost an extra $40. No complaints of the crew. I've had better experiences with Spirit.

Cons: We waited 7 hours to leave Orlando

Pros: I was in one of the stretched seats, loved it! The extra room was very noticeable and learned they recline a bit too!
Cons: Free soft drinks.

Pros: Seat very small and uncomfortable

Cons: Los precios son muy populares por lo que la incomodidad de los asientos se te olvida. En general todo es bueno. Aparentaba estar limpio y el servicio fue excelente.

Cons: The crew let everyone off the plane even though I told them my phone was missing and asked them to make an announcement. They didn’t thinking we’d find it after everyone deplaned. We didn’t ! Someone stole my phone and your flight stewards let it happen!!!! I’m considering Fronteir personally responsible

Cons: Three frontier flights in a row had issues with attaching the jet bridge to the plane. Why aren’t their crews trained on this? 20 minutes on every flight to attach the jet bridge.

Pros: I slept

Pros: Inexpensive fare. CLEAR and TSA-PreCheck for security screening a big help at very busy Denver airport.
Cons: Bag check is expensive at $40/per. Nickel and dime passengers for everything. Fare was cheap so I guess it was worth it. Online check-in was a big pain, since Frontier had incorrect/missing information (name-was that Kayak's fault or Frontier? I don't know.). When I attempted to correct it, they changed my fare to full price. Allowed check-in to timeout and eventually successfully completed without corrections so that fare was unchanged.

Pros: Saved me on price even when I called n checked on united website. Found a better deal with u for the situation I was in.
Cons: I wish I didn't have to u use you do I had a flight but Internet did not work n 6 of us couldn't get on our orginal flights. So thanks for the plan B !!

Pros: Check in was a breeze. Staff at counter were very friendly.
Cons: I gave food and entertainment a1 only because we did not purchase food and there was no entertainment on this flight. Seating was good because we were upgraded to Emergency Exit isle so we hD extra leg room. They did not take off on time due to still loading luggage but made it up in the air.

Pros: Fairly friendly staff. Could be better
Cons: 1.5 hrs late each way in departure. 4 or 5 diferrent reasons given. That seems pretty consistent except for 1 one way of three flights with frontier this year. And mostly disgusted with the baggage/stroller crew next to us as we boarded and waited an hour to leave denver. A big white guy with brown hair was literally tossing chairs and strollers down his ramp. They were bouncing n I seen a wheel fly 20 feet in air, which he broke off of a stroller.

Pros: This was an economy ticket and everything about the flight was fine but not wonderful. It made me think about what I value when I fly. The next time the 'cheap' ticket price draws me in - I will just add another $30-70 for a carry-on and/or checked bag which will make the price comparison more aligned.
Cons: Have your credit card ready - nothing is included.

Pros: Boarding the plane from the ground using both the front and rear doors of the plane made loading carryon luggage much better than airports that use an enclosed extended arm for only the front door. The extra leg room for sitting in an exit row with reclining capability is huge! I would be willing to pay to get an exit row all the time since the first flight was spent in a "normal" seat and the leg room is pretty bad with how many rows of non-reclining seats have been crammed into their planes.
Cons: The open access to the planes required extra security personal constantly checking passports and boarding passes because there's the possibility of wandering over and boarding an incorrect plane.

Cons: They cancelled my flight outright less than 12 hours before it was scheduled to take off and informed me the earliest I could get to my destination was a flight 48 hours later. I had a job interview the next day and grad school starting the day afterward, so I had to spend $500 to book a flight on a different airline in order to get back in time. Worst travel experience ever. I will never fly Frontier again and will encourage all of my contacts to never use them.

Pros: 3 hours delayed, turning a late night flight into a red eye. Everything else was great.

Cons: I was not happy with the fact that my carry on cost me 45.00 going to Pa. On my return flight, it again cost me $45.00. First time to be on a flight for four hours and the only complimentary beverage you could get without paying extra for it was water.

Pros: Nice attendants, good looking food, good seating options, fair price.
Cons: I was really happy. My bags arrived on time and I had everything I needed. Some people will miss the lack of inflight movies/televisions.

Cons: Poor communication about luggage and fees when I asked questions, given wrong info which ended up to be an extra $100 I had to pay with traveling with an infant. Took over 20 mins to add infant at arms at luggage area with the supervisor, etc.

Pros: Flight attendants were friendly, greeted us with a smile.
Cons: Boarding process was a pain waiting for luggage again. Having to pay for drinks and carry-ons, even though there was plenty of overhead space, still having to pay and extra fee making it more expensive than most other airlines.

Pros: Missed the flight
Cons: How I couldn't change my flight for a good rate.

Cons: they changed my girlfriends flight twice. we could not even fly together and they were like 7 hours apart. HORRIBLE customer service any they charged me for carry on. WTF after all the charged I could have spent that money on a decent airline. I work in the tourism industry and I can tell you I will be spreading a huge negative work of mouth campaign not to fly frontier.

Pros: LOVED the TSA pre-screen... didn't know we had that... went through security fast!

Cons: They didn't do a very good job about letting me know carry on bags were charged.

Cons: The fact that you have to pay for a bag that you are carrying on the plane and putting in the overhead bin. They charged $40.00 for my overhead compartment bag. I had one personal bag and one bag that went in the overhead compartment and they still charged $40.00!!! You also have to pay for any 'snacks' or 'drinks' on the flight. Needless to say, I will not be flying with Frontier again.

Pros: Nonstop flight, nice seats and attendants. Easy to book
Cons: Pay for carry on. Everything is s fee so the awesome fare is severely impacted by the fees. Do your math before buying. You might find that buying with a bigger carrier might actually be cheaper after all the fees added.

Cons: The small cramped plane on the way from Denver to Bismarck.

Cons: Why should anyone want to book a flight only to find out that the ticket price doesnt include a seat................. for a seat there's an additional charge. And then a charge for a carry on bag of $40. Your airline is ridiculous!
