Cons: "Usually military members and family get to board first with first class and people with children but this time, we boarded with everyone else. Not a bad thing but I choose to fly with Alaska because they take care of military members and the perks they have for us."

But Alaska had me pay 25$ handling for each checked bag ( I had two) which amounted to 200,oo for all the flights I took, 2 hotels I reserved thru them, and travel insurance I took thru. Them flight times were not the most convienient, but I expected that due to costs. Except for BWI wheelchair service was excellent and timely. I let Alaska know, they have not responded. On my last flight I was not charged handling for bags since I had printed out tags before coming to the airport. If I had known, I would have done that for all flights but since we needed to go to service desk for wheelchair arrangements, I did not."

Cons: "My seat wasn't preassigned coming or going. On the return flight I was placed in a window seat over the wing. The seats don't recline and it was freezing cold. Thus a 5 hour flight freezing and not being able to sleep. I'm 5,7", I don't need extra leg room, I did however need sleep to function upon arrival. Needless to say it made for an extremely long day. I tried using the internet on my phone but it didn't work and the gogo service charged me for a download that I spent 45 minutes trying to get work but to no avail. This wasn't the worst flight ever but it came close. I'm scoring it as average and not poor because the price was unbeatable and the flight was direct."

Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

Cons: "Unexplained delays, lack of transfer services (there was no separate connections security screening; passengers were required, after a redeye flight and customs, to switch floors and stand in long lines with general security. Also, no beverages of any kind were offered."

The flight attendant,while serving us drinks, started saying what great passengers we were but her flight from Dallas the day before was definitely a feeling the effects of the full moon. This was our first interaction with a flight attendant. She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

Had to run to our connection since our layover time was taken up in Boise. If we had missed the flight, we would have been re-routed to another airport over 1 1/2 hrs away since ours closes. Next flight was not much better, oh and wifi did I t work on it also - last 3-4 delta flights I've taken have been late and didn't have working wifi - starting to think their system doesn't work at all - seriously going to take any other carrier but Delta going forward"

Cons: "My flight from ATL to BWI was horrible. It was not a Delta plane. Possibly borrowed from SpiritAirlines, which is an airline I will never fly again even if offered a free flight. That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

THANKS american for starting a war in my family and ruining my trip. unfortunate the crew is so awesome but the customer service is mortifying, rude, inconsiderate and completely mechanical. i dont ever intend on flying with them again unless necessary."

Cons: "They did not get my liggage to the connecting flight And here i am in Ukraine with no winter clothes at 7 below 3 days later"

Pros: "Great flight friendly person sitting beside me, would like seat towards front but my husband likes sitting in back , we had seats in row 27 & window seat for him he likes looking out. It was very enjoyable. Thank you"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "That a bunch of travelers including myself missed our connecting flight in Chicago after united chamged our arrival gate but didn't have any crew to man the jet way. We sat for 20 mins right in front of our gate. From 1 pm to 10 on my flight to Asheville from Chicago was delayed many many times waiting for our airplane to arrive. Upsetting that we missed our connection due to United's poor planning, they didn't hold our connecting flight for us but we had to wait all night for other flights."

Pros: "Very smooth and easy. Thank you"

Cons: "They have lost my bags. I won't receive them till Friday."

Cons: "The flight attendants were disrespectful to not only me but to other passengers. They were not attentive! The plane was dirty."

Cons: "San Fran to BWI unable to view end. Hubby watched Olympics I refused to pay for two devices."

Pros: "I like that you guys offer the free wifi and entertainment. You guys should offer headphones as well. I had no idea that was offered until I got on the plane."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled after waiting 16 hrs at airport. Service lines were all the way out of terminal. When I was next in line to speak with someone the employee told me he was closing his counter because he had been there all day . Very disappointed in the way United handled it. Still have not received anything from them other than a refund."

Cons: "Missed connecting flight because flight delayed takeoff from home due to SFO problems. Sat on tarmac for an hour or more, finally took off but missed connecting flight mid afternoon and no other acceptable flights until 11 pm getting into Fort Lauderdale at 730 am. (originally was supposed to be getting to Fort Lauderdale at 10 pm). Also, the aisle seats on the plane had a narrower underseat space that my little boxy carryon wouldn't fit into--and it usually fits under any underseat storage...Luckily the passenger in the middle was willing to swap places."

Cons: "My seat was moved futher back in the plan 34D, seats were smaller, knee space tight, the air back here was unpleasant (b.o.). Very noisy. The stewardess did not know how to operate the entertainment screen, finally she said I needed headphones, once I was hooked up volume up High I still couldn't hear the movie, to much outside noise, I thought the guy behind me was shaving. The Asian snack was dreadful no beverage available for awhile."

Cons: "Horrible costumers services I never Ever flight here"

Pros: "Boarding and.crew awesome. Crew helpful, friendly, and efficient."
Cons: "Didn't like to have a fee for my bag. Have to pay for wifi"

Pros: "Flight to Austin was just fine."
Cons: "My flight back to bosie from San Francisco they changed the gate I didn't hear the change and missed my flight. I didn't get back to bosie until the next day."

Cons: "I called three times before going to the airport to ask about impending storm and ask if United could put me on a later flight that day. NO HELP PROVIDED. Then my flight from Newark to PVD was cancelled as I suspected it would and I had to take a bus all the way to PVD. So now I plan on NEVER giving United business again."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "United are the most rudest phone people on the phone to deal with and if it's there fault they never want to comp u last time I fly with united"

Cons: "That u load the plane assistance backard,loading goes much faster if you start @the back of the plane,& myself I carry only a shoulder bag only ,all the time. U put me @ the back of the plane 90% of the time which means I have to wait for the people that are moving their whole house,making me miss my schedule, I have to spend night @ airport for next schedule."

Cons: "no inflight entertainment."

Pros: "I arrived on time."
Cons: "Flight was ok. I was disturbed by the rudeness of flight attendant toward a service dog. This dog was the owners eyes and she seemed disgusted it was there. We had to let her know in front of other passengers so she would be put on the spot and change her attitude."

Pros: "we didn't crash"
Cons: "1 flight attendant was sarcastic (sir, you need to make sure your foot isn't in the aisle, i don't want to break my hip today). there is no free television so commercials are blared at you from a foot away for the entire flight. I couldn't even shut it off. no leg room. all in all, united sucks united charged me extra to get on this flight, then told me they didn't have room for me. they finally got someone to agree to be bumped. I was the last one on the plane, watching everyone else get on. Meanwhile, my alternate flight was leaving at the same time."

Pros: "Pilot was great about keeping the passengers updated in the airport."
Cons: "Long delays due to aircraft freezing, understaffing, lack of fuel. Airport was especially cold and very uncomfortable for an 8 hour delay."

Pros: "Luckily the crew on this flight was friendly and courteous, unlike United flights I had 2 months ago, because everything else was pretty horrible."
Cons: "First, we were delayed over 2 hours for maintenance problems. Second the plane was cramped and the seats were hard as park benches. Third, this flight had zero entertainment options although they advertised for it in the seat back propaganda. Fourth, the cabin noise from the engines, once they got them started, was so loud that even my noise canceling headphones could not prevent me from getting a headache. At least we got there safely, eventually."

Pros: "Not only do I get the best price. The fact that you told me what carousel to get my bag from was new to me. I alway check kyak first but now I love u guys. I know my travel site and its kayak"

Pros: "Not a single thing!"
Cons: "I almost missed my flight, because at check in they were only helping Premier passengers. Forced to wait for 45 minutes. All I wanted to do was check a bag! When I finally got to the counter, the customer service agent was extremely rude, slow and frustrated. I had to run from check in to security and only made it to the plane with seconds to go."

Pros: "Free entertainment on mobile devices"
Cons: "TSA pre check did not register from website, had to use standard security line. No boarding or seating preference for military."

Pros: "Newer plane so seats were cushioned better, crew was attentive. Great landing on icy runway."

Pros: "The service was pretty good on time and clean i liked the whole trip!!!"

Pros: "The seats were very comfortable and staff was friendly."
Cons: "We were delayed an hour due to high winds in San Fransisco. That wasn't there fault but the electronic boards weren't changed"
