So I did, and I was told when I walked back up the ramp to that kiosk that the ticked agent had just Closed The Flight. So, the other lady who was standing right there said that she had to escort a minor on to the flight and that she would accompany me back to the airplane and see if she could help. She did, and when we got back to hand off the minor to the flight crew she then inquired about that seat. It was agreed that the seat was going to be vacant, and since I am a 6' 1", 250 pound man, they all thought it would be a nice thing to allow me to sit in that first class seat at no extra charge! Wow!! What a difference that made on the 4 hour flight! Thank You Alaska Airlines for helping me out and hooking me up! I will remember that when I am booking my next trip!!"

Cons: "My direct flight ended up a one drip in Albuquerque, instead of arriving in JFK at 6 am I arrived 7.30 am and it took another 20 minutes to get out of the plain. I told them I am 73 years old and two knee surgeries I needed an isle seat instead they gave me the seat at the end of the plain and a middle seat too. It was the worst flight I had with jet Blue."

A passenger got up to use the bathroom right before we were going to take off - we had to wait for her. Another passenger pressed the flight attendant call button right after lift-off. All of the food for purchase was sold out by the time it got to the back of the plane. And I could be wrong, but I don't remember going through safety instructions because we were waiting for a while and then had to hurry when we got clearance from air traffic control."

I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. I took a bicycle which is free and i pay $100 to packed it as Aerolineas wanted. When I arrived it was a Delta flight and they told they don't allow bicycles and that i had to play $150. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it. He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information."

We saw people with two big bags get on board at the start, and then staff made everyone at the back of the line check their bags. But there was plenty of bin space before take off. And we were seated in the last row which can't recline."
