I informed jet airways about one missing bag. They have acknowledged it and the missing bag was to arrive at Ahmedabad in the next flight. I am still waiting for the missing bag."

Cons: "Due to a family illness i was not able to make the 1st leg of my roundtrip flight to Santa Ana. Not only was i forced to buy a brand new flight to get out to Orange County, i was charged $150 JUST to be able to keep the 2nd leg of my trip, which i'd already paid for. It's the 2nd Time Delta has done this to me in the space of 2 weeks and it's absolute Idiocy. Gouging you loyal customers like this is NOT how you do business."

Pros: "The gate agent and cabin crew handled passenger's misery with friendly grace and professionalism. Also, it was an old plane and so the seats, even in coach, were comfortable."
Cons: "Plane was around 45 minutes late in arriving at our Minneapolis gate. Flight was further delayed by something (unspecified) being "frozen." WORST part was that the temperature in the seating area at the gate was horribly cold. Departing passengers at a neighboring gate were bound for Fargo and sat with their parkas on and with parka hoods up. We Houston-bound had packed our coats & boots and were shivering. Then when we finally boarded the crew announced that the plane's water system was broken and so we would have no hot coffee or hot tea or hot anything. No water, also and obviously, in the restroom sink. But sani-wipes were provided in the sink basin."

Cons: "Agents at the ticketing countet were the rudest i have ever encountered in my years of flying. Had a problem and when i asked for their assistance was given the Delta 800 number and told to call and they walked off. When i called it was a 2 hour wait for an agent. Thank goodness for their app as i was able to.change my flight with the My Delta app. Also they had overbooked the flight and rather than giving assurance to people just told us to wait and "line up orderly"."

Then the people were rude and told me to come back, so I did about 45 min later and asked again, they were rude again and said come back later. The third time I got s seat assigned but again, they were very rude. Won't fly delta again."

I used to prefer Jet Blue or any other airline, just taking AA for the price. Now, if all the airplanes are updated, they are on par with any airline."

Cons: "In their rush to leave, they didn't communicate with the on board crew about overhead bins and I was forced to check a priceless item that I purposely wanted with me in the cabin. The overheads were empty above my own seat. I wasn't allowed to go back and reclaim my bag because they had already taken it. And they were completely indifferent to my situation, which isn't surprising given they didn't understand the value of my item. Thus, I had a full blown panic attack for my entire 2 hour flight, my medicine being one of the items also in my now checked bag. It was too late, my bag was taken and thrown under the plane by the time it struck. And the flight attendants also had on perfume that brought on a tension headache due to my sensitivity to scents. Considering they work in a recycled air tube, this seems like a vast oversight on their part and should consider that not everyone can handle even the faintest of perfumes. It may not seem like a big deal to them, because mental illness is still seen as a made up thing, but it was enough of a trigger that I will not fly American Airlines again."

Cons: "Since we have an AAdvantage CitiCard and are AAdvantage members, it is disconcerting to have to claim your privilege of 1 free bag and priority boarding each time. This is embarrassing at the gate especially since it looks like we are cutting the line. What good is this "privilege" if you have to assert it every time or hold a credit card in hand with your carryon and boarding pass. This should be included in our ticketing at the time of purchase and upgraded on our boarding pass if we use the damn card for the purchase. It is now not a "privilege" but an inconvenience."

Cons: "In Rome they told us our bags were checked thru to our final destination which was Ontario Ca. In fact they were offloaded at JFK and had we not noticed a sign indicating that we had to reclaim our bags and walk them through security they would probably still be in New York. It was a long flight and everyone was edgy, but it didn't help that the crew was too. We had assigned seats next to one another but that somehow got changed and we had to get them back at check in."

Pros: "I booked a codeshare ticket through Alaska Airlines reward program. I was worried I'd be shafted when it came to seats. Not so. I had the row to myself on both flights and just 2 rows shy of first class! Very impressed."

Cons: "We bought 3 seats on Business class. My seat did not have the TV working. After flying for 2 hours the flight attendant gave me a portable TV, after asking multiple times. The food was totally horrible. The catering company that American Airlines uses needs to be replaced immediately. Flying TAP, Emirates, Latam, British Airlines , their catering company is very good. Flight attendants were sarcastic and rude. The service was equivalent if you fly coach class."

Our flight was delayed and we only have 4 minutes to get from gate a to gate. We got to the gate collected our boarding passes found out we were seated at the very very very back of the plane right next to the restrooms.........NICE"

I felt it I would ask where my suitcase was I would have been detained and held against my will I reported the incident to a representative of the security or what I assumed was security on the phone. The person I asked if I could make a complaint just shoved a card and said go online and report it. He never asked what happened. I am appalled that as much investigations that are going on that still treat people the way they do. Still was the worst experience of my entire life and I am not exaggerating. The sad part is I have another flight scheduled."

It sounded as if the plane was going to fall apart. While I understand the need to charge for bags, I can not imagine why my purse and laptop are counted separately. Having people pay for a boarding pass is utterly ridiculous. The website is terrible. The system would not allow me to pay the $80 for my 2 bags when I logged on from home. When I got to the airport, I was charged $100 for my 2 bags. The staff was not very friendly. You could tell they were used to people complaining. They were indifferent to any complaints. For all the aggravation and additional fees, I really wish I had paid the extra to be on a different airline. It would have been cheaper and less aggravating."

Cons: "I got to the airport with 45 mins to boarding time and the kiosk rejected to print my boarding pass. I had no bags to check in and not even a carrying on bag. I was flying to Boston with just a purse. I immediately went to the agent and the manager was standing next to her so she asked me to wait a min. Once she looked up my flight she and the manager said I couldn't get on because I was 43 mins late and they are allowed to cancel your flight if you are later than 45 mins from the boarding time. I was TWO minutes later and the security line was not long so I know I would have made my flight but they refused to give me a boarding pass. It was the worst service I EVER received and I bet they just wanted to give up my seat so they could resell it. I will NEVER fly spirit again."

I understand the idea of 'low ticket prices' and 'less accommodations' but your company put us on an unbelievably small airplane treated us like herded animals. You are a business and are supposed to treat your clients like such. Completely unsatisfactory."

Cons: "I bought these tickets through Kayak, which then directed me to priceline. I had no idea during booking that this airline charges an exorbitant fee for every single courtesy. To carry on a bag is minimum $55 and maximum $100. To check a bag is $50. Please tell me, who flies internationally from Guatemala to Boston WITH NO BAGS?! Additionally, soft drinks, which should be complementary are priced at $3. Their motto is don't pay hidden fees for things you don't use, but tell me, who doesn't want a drink on a 2.5 hour flight? The seats were the skinniest, thinnest, most uncomfortable seats I have ever had the displeasure in sitting in and there were advertisements on the overhead compartments, as if I were riding on the NYC subway. Although when I purchased the seats I selected to have my husband and myself sit next to each other, during check in, they tried to charge an additional $10 to rearrange our incorrectly-ticketed seats, so we could sit together as I had originally hoped. We then had the worst layover experience I've had to date, and I've traveled extensively domestically and to 14 countries, some multiple times. We had a 40-minute layover in Myrtle Beach, where 130 people remained on the plane to continue on to Boston. However, nearly all those passengers had different tickets for the second flight and although we did not deplane, we were expected to move ourselves and our baggage to our secondarily assigned seats. For some reason, for our flight to Boston, my husband and I were separated. I would never have voluntarily chosen to be separated from my husband, and I have no idea how we had seats next to each other for our two previous flights, but then were asked to separate for our third 2-hour flight. How is it possible with modern-day computer technology that we could not just remain in our same seats, when we were remaining on the same plane? This was the worst travel experience I have ever had the displeasure of enduring and I will NEVER give my money to this airline again. This airline is a complete scam with all of its hidden costs, lack of customer service and completely inhumane treatment of its passengers. I strongly warn everyone to stay far away from Spirit Airlines."

Cons: "It takes 40 minutes to get a hold of the customer representative and that is if you trick the system and make them believe you were trying to buy a ticket instead of complaining about their services . The phone number is hidden so well I called five different numbers to finally get a hold of the right person . They try their hardest to not accommodate nobody they try their hardest to hide their customer services . When I finally got a hold of the customer service . The Gentlemen even egg knowledge that there's a lot of people that complain about the same thing and he is heard it many times when I was suggesting that they make the website a little bit more accommodating to get a hold of the customer representative . Will never fly with them again . They're cheap because they are for you nothing and will not accommodate anything to take care of you whenever they make you miss your flight because the connecting flight was delayed over an hour . Had to pay $200 for a hotel plus an additional $250 for a connecting flight the next day Not happy"

Pros: "the price and the speed. the rumor was if you buy spirit air they will overbook you and kick you to the curb, - buy a seat. even the 15 or 20 dollar upgrade. can't help if your flight is cancelled but you get the idea. also they got us there fast... early arrivals on both flights"
Cons: "If you want amenities they will cost you as much as another airline and you will ride more comfortably, flight attendants need a little cheering up - very morose and brooding. the chart has a list of beers - I wanted a beer - but when I ordered a beer - all they had was bud an bud light - meh! so i said i would just drink water and he walked away. Yay great customer service! - glad the flight arrived early so I could buy a water when I landed!"

Cons: "My disappointment with Spirit started the moment they charged me $50 for my checked bag and $55 for my carry on. That's a whole lot of money in my opinion just for you to handle my bags!!!!! Not to mention the big airlines don't charge for a carry on and they only charge $25 for a checked bag. It's such a scam that they offer low flight prices only to jack up the price on luggage!!! Roundtrip, we spent $210 on luggage in addition to our ticket price!!!! I could have flown with one the big airlines and saved money after all that! Then...my return flight home was cancelled by Spirit due to weather, which I can totally appreciate happens. The issue was that the next available flight wasn't until 3 days LATER!!! Yes, you read that correctly. They offered no hotel accommodations, no sympathy, no other options and were completely unaccomodating outside of refunding me the price of a one-way ticket. Don't fly spirit unless you like being frustrated!! I will never ever fly them again."

Pros: "The airport didn't have us go out of the building and re go thru customs. ( as we have had to do) Same general area for catching the other leg of flight. Just a small delay to check a switch problem. Smooth flight."
Cons: "Charging for drinks. The directions given on the planes are done to fast and to rehearsed. No one seemed to catch the directions. Very loud and very fast spoken. No sure which segment had the worst issue with this. The loudness was way too much for ones ears."

Pros: "Friendly service and atmosphere Clean plane"

Cons: "The extra fees for carry on and having to pay extra to pick your seat. Ends up being the same price as any other airline. Wasn't impressed and most likely will continue with my other airline."

Cons: "We had a family emergency occur on October 22. I tried both online and on the phone to contact someone about changing my flight. I realize it was a non-transferable purchase. However, my father's cancer (the reason for my initial ticket purchase) took a drastic turn for the worse and I needed to get to him asap. Ultimately, he perished on October 24. Thankfully, another airline was able to get me to my destination in time. Since his passing, we tried several times again to speak with a human being at your airline with no luck. My first experience with your airline in 2014 was great and i told numerous people about it. Unfortunately, due to what has occurred recently, I recant my high praises and will no longer look for your direct flights to MYR. I will choose another airline to travel with my young special needs child, even if it must include a stopover. Extremely disappointed in a serious time of need and compassion."
