They did not have vegetarian options, but the staff did their best to accommodate me and hand wrote an apology and the number to call 24 hours before I get on the flight next time.

Crew went out of their way for me, not often

Lots of legroom for a small flight. There was in flight entertainment even though it is a short duration. We waited on one passenger to board for a long time after everyone else was on.

Domestic flight, 1hr 20mins from SFO to LAX, which takes about probably 40-30mins on air.

Easy if you are a United States Citizen, when you go to US Border & Customs, bring your Passport if you arrive Internationally. Remember to pick up your check baggage before moving into domestic flights, as they will check the tag for the plane you are boarding in. (They will check your baggage again). Bring your ID/DL (Real-ID COMPLIANT) with you to pass security/TSA, passport works too. SFO is pretty strict as well as LAX. Domestic flight, 1hr 20mins from SFO to LAX, which takes about probably 40-30mins on air.

The seats are too small for international flights. I felt like cattle.

At Fukuoka, check in counter stuff was no experience , took long time and took out our preserved sheets to change to emergency exit seats without asking. The flight was late and we missed the flight to go back to SF. My luggage was broken. I had a terrible experience.

Boarding was quick and efficient. The food was very good and they had pictures showing you what options there were to avoid misunderstandings.

As my first experience in business class it was a great trip considering how long the flight is and how hard it usually is to sleep in economy

The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

Excellent- a lot of food Disappointed with the premium economy pouch- did not have toothbrush and tooth paste or socks. Other airlines provide them

My daughter and I had a pleasant trip to Singapore. Reliable and on time.

A 16 hour flight from Singapore to Los Angeles had only 2 meals. Please make it 3 meals.

Good airlines, travelled 🧳 n Singapore multiple times and experience is consistent

The flight was very late, sitting on the plane for over an hour and missed our connecting flight from Singapore to LA. As senior citizens, we were rerouted to Copenhagen and then to LA. They should not do this to senior citizens. They should have given us a hotel voucher for a night, then catch a flight to LA the next day. Singapore Airlines should grant us some kind of credit for the next trip, if they want us to fly with them. I doubt if we will ever hear from them.

I loved the comfort of the flight and the hospitality of the flight attendants!

I was traveling with my 3 minor children, one leg I was seated two aisles behind them. On the longest leg I would have preferred sitting across the aisle from them, not behind. My youngest is 4yos. I understand airplane seating configurations are not the airlines problem but seating the one adult with a reservation apart from the minors was very difficult.

Awesome! Was impressed with the hospitality and the thoughtful services. The cabin attendants were superb.

Ground and flight crew very courteous and professional. Seats are just ok. Entertainment could be upgraded with newer movies. Food was not good at all.

First and foremost it was a Philippine Airlines.my experiences ,number one non- stop flight no lay over not other airlines,number two ,boarding they calling by ground letter.number 3 stay on time no delay flight

Worst airline. They had 3 security checks just to get onboard and no notification prior. Had to throw away any liquid bought at duty free because one of the security checks was prior to boarding the plane. My onboard media console was not working, the flight attendant said they will check on it but did nothing. Pretended we did not ask for it to be rectified for a 17hr plane ride. Horrible experience. My first and last time taking Philippines Airlines.

first time flying PAL/WAMOS, ang got to say, i’ve had much worst… the good: - front sitting is not too bad. legroom is pretty good considering economy standards. - staff is friendly and pleasant, starting with checkin, boarding and flight. not unforgettable, but pretty good. the bad: - boarding: stick with rules. besides priority sitting, when you say board from certain range of numbers (starting from back), make sure you let everyone know to stick with this… not with everyone letting in all at once! - food: had fish ad family members had beef. both are quite bad (saying this nicely). the fish is dry, whilest beef is rough as leather. both tasteless. - washrooms arr dirty! - seats, though good legroom, not much padding, hard on the backside! - entertainment: feature movie is the bachelor (circa 1999). no music offerings.

Bad experience... Flight schedule should be on time, ours was 2 hours delayed both ways ,Mla-Panglao-Mla. Priority lane for Seniors & PWD should be practice but our Panglao-Manila flight, both priority & regular lanes boarded the at the same time, the only difference is that we were coming on 2 different lanes. It depletes the purpose of priority lanes.

Poor check in attitude , terrible food , movies selection poor, food came out cold , service terrible , entertainment system also broke so we had to use a iPad , worst biz class I have ever been on

When I checked in, there was no option available for selecting a gluten-free meal. The lounge offerings were inadequate for someone with a gluten-free diet, and the staff in the lounge were not helpful at all.

Check-in was tedious. They could just have used the electronic boarding passes and counter checked the passengers’ names in their manifest. What’s the use of the early checkin if we still have to queue at the only 1 functioning checkin counter!

I’m 6’2” and the seats were too close together for my knees, very uncomfortable.
