toilets could be cleaned more frequently, everything else was pretty good.

The flight crew was phenominal! We couldn't have asked for any better. They were experienced professionals.

The crew was very courteous and professional. the flight is relatively clean and comfortable.

Pleasant business class flight experience with good onboarding experience. Flight service team was excellent with usual book-the-chef menu available

Wish the seat don’t have restrictions, can’t fully insert backpack all the way inside.

Plane are getting old, almost an hour delay due to technical reson , after all passenger aboard. Took 4 flight on business class this trip and all the planes had an issues. PAL need to improve their planes.

It’s sad how legacy airlines feel like budget airlines now. Cramped space Non reclining seats No inflight entertainment (need to connect via your own device) Saving grace is the crew. Truly nice and sincere service.

Short flight with limited entertainment wasn't that bad. Staff was friendly and plane was clean. Meal was good.
