Avianca has a culture of rude and “take advantage of people” culture. I went through hell on my last flight. Left us on our connection flight in Cali, Colombia made us (15 passengers) wait for our bus we all had to pickup and carry our luggage’s out to the streets rcause they don’t have enough money to pay for a cart when we were actually in that situation because for them. Next day we were transported (they show up 2 hours later from the promised time) we were transported to the airport to actually catch a flight to another different city to then arrive wait 4 more hours to catch a plane to our final destination... a 3 hours and 45 minutes flight from Miami turned into a 4 different city, hotel and nightmare, luggage’s were broke and everybody turned out to be rude rude rude rude!!!!!!... I am still waiting for my $200 promised Boucher. This is my last time flying with AVIANCA. I am a frequent flyer and have made the decision to fly AA from now On... Actually just purchased a ticket which was actually $100 more than Avianca... nothing like great service and respect towards your clients... I’m also making sure NOBODY flys with AVIANCA."

Its original plan was accomodate all passenger in the first three flight to Cali. We felt that they fail to indemnify correctly if it considered the high price of the flight tickets."

I saw right across from me there was an open window seat, which the lady sitting next to was using for her bags. I explained to the flight attendant that I had booked a window seat and wasn’t sure why I ended up in a different seat then I had booked. I asked him if he could ask the lady to move her bags so I could sit there, or if there were any other window seats available. He said no, that if I wanted I could ask the lady myself. Completely unacceptable. Of course she has no I treat in giving up this free extra space she has to me, and I’m sure she would have been happy to if a crew member had asked/explained the situation to her."

Due to your incomparable incompetence my arrival was inexcusably delayed almost 12 hours. An account follows: For a company who's customer service is already hanging by a very thin thread you would think that you would be doing everything to make your flights as smooth and pleasant as possible. Shall I elaborate on the utter frustration and boredom of being trapped in the San Francisco airport facing not one, not two, but what became SEVEN delays? Delays that have been caused by runway maintenance- a condition which someone in your company would have known about well before I got to the airport and that you simply did not plan for. A almost FOUR HOUR delay that could have been easily avoided if you just had things together and scheduled your planes around the affected runways. And let's not forget the additional delay caused when your flight crew simply couldn't be found to come to the gate so we could start getting underway! But no, I think the absolutely outstanding quintessential experience that defines flying with United airlines is this: After the above delays myself and my fellow passengers were finally able to board our flight- only to be told by the captain that there would be another brief delay while we waited for ANOTHER crew member because one of the pilots was near the end of their union hours. We sit on the plane stuck for another 20 minuets or so, only to be told they can't find anyone, and can we please get off the plane because our WHOLE FLIGHT is CANCELED. The kiosk I get to try and fix this is uncrowded but understaffed and run by clearly undertrained employees. The ones I'm dealing with keep having to ask each other for help, and give advice/plans that contradict one another. One of theme even takes what seems to be a personal call while 'assisting' me. When I finally get ahold of a supervisor I have to plead to get the next flight out of this godforsaken place, which I am reluctantly given as its with one of your competitors. Talking with other customer and airport staff is sounds very much like you are delaying/canceling flights for your own personal gain or at least not correcting flights around the situation to squeeze more money from the situation) it becomes quite clear that you are not only still incapable of accepting any real measure of accountability but entirely disgracefully unorganized. Almost 12 hours later I do finally make it home- thanks to American Airlines. Only to have the utter displeasure of one last interaction with United wherein when I pick up my bag your employees insist that I was delayed due to the weather and it wasn't your fault. It was entirely absolutely your fault."

Meal voucher was denied by 2 different United customer service people..i don't consider construction out of human control ,like weather. Also ,I found it annoying that because a woman in front of me started crying over her missed I connection for an international trip, she was given a meal voucher.Agents were unfriendly and not sympathetic.Long line of customers with only 3 agents , but of course, they had to still use one for elite customers."

After another 1.5 hours without reaching a representative we had to rush back to the gate to board. In Frankfurt had to stay in standby for the next alternative flight. I don't like feeling obligated to tip somebody because I am disabled and have a bullet in my head."

Pros: "I missed my flight and the front counter was very, very cheerful at 8pm and helpful. I was able to get on the last flight. There was no food or entertainment, but it's a short flight. I didn't really mind. Just happy to go home in comfort with my upgraded exit aisle seat and no one next to me."

No assistance to get us on another airline, just no customer service. We found another flight which cost double our fare and waited 12 hours in the airport— they didn’t even offer to buy us breakfast."

Cons: "Prices competitive BUT once you start adding baggage fees (and realize limit is 40 pounds versus 50 like most other carriers and have to pay extra), seat selection charges, pay for water or soft drinks, maybe not so much cheaper after all . Long flight and no movies, seats do not recline, so not so comfortable. Flight delayed and took forever to be able to exit plane for some reason."

Cons: "When we flew in from Montego Bay to Fort Lauderdale and we had to go through customs; no flight member told us that we had to get our bags from baggage to take through customs with us and then if you had a connecting flight, that you would need to re-check your baggage and go through TSA again. Also, we were not informed that if we had duty-free liquids to put them in your baggage that you would have to re-check. Needless to say, I had to find a box to put my duty-free liquids in to have checked at the ticket counter before I was able to go through TSA. It was a terrible flying experience and I will not be flying with Spirit airlines again."

No wi-fi not even a paid option. Food choice were expensive for what it was. They didn't even have blankets or pillows. Way too budget for me. Worth it to pay a little more & at least get a free soda & a chair that reclines. Lol"

Cons: "For purchase they have cup o noodles, m&ms and chips! Beer was bud and bud light, just awful choices. Take off took 40 minutes and crew wouldn't let anyone use restrooms for another hour after take off. Seats are uncomfortable, thin, hard and don't re line, landing was very bumpy. Not a good flight experience, may seem inexpensive but after you buy ticket you have to buy seat, carry on and checked bags and they even charge for water on board. Safe to say I won't ever fly spirit again."

Cons: "The woman who scanned our tickets wasn't welcoming at all. The seats had very little leg room, we're uncomfortable, and didn't recline at all during the 4 and a half hour flight. Not only is the bag fee for a carry-on $55-100 each way, but it's more expensive than checking a bag, meaning that this flight is over $100 more expensive than anticipated. No included beverages or snacks on the flight."
