Cons: "There was a flight delay in LAX due to a maintenance issue. The captain and crew informed us before we boarded the plane which was excellent. However, they could not figure out what was wrong with the planed and delayed the boarding for another 3 hours, putting our 1900 departure time to 2100."

The gate crew booked us in another flight but did not issue a ticket, so after transferring to another terminal, we were sent back to the Delta terminal to be issued a ticket to a third airline since we already missed the second flight. Then, they lost our luggage"

Cons: "What is the purpose of checking in Early? I was at the furthest rear position of the Plane, and it was a very long flight. I checked in 24 hrs prior to flight and stayed up until we were able to check in through mobile app. I was very disappointed that my seat was next to restroom traffic."

Pros: "The flight barely had a bump and was on time. Service was terrific and, for a regular economy seat, I didn't feel too squished. The entire experience was highly positive."

Cons: "The boarding was very chaotic. Very few institutions or announcements made by ground crew. Passengers weren’t sure where to queue being that there were multiple gates for the A380-800 and were left asking each other and comparing boarding passes. Little to no air circulation in economy."
Cons: "THey denied me and I lost all tickets including back trips as well. Nobody helped me to change tickets, they just care about money and reselling my tickets to other passengers."

Cons: "This was an emergency trip to see my mother who was in the hospital. The flight was delayed so I had no option but to board the next day since I wouldn't be able to make it to the connecting flight in Frankfurt. They couldn't give me another connecting flight since it was all full. Because I booked my ticket only hours before my flight, they said it might not be possible to fulfil my meal request since there's a 24 hours cut off. However, now I had to cone back to the airport and take the next days flight which gave the airline more than 24 hours from my original meal request. I still did not get the meal I requested, the crew didn't know about it and didn't have any to spare. This was my first time flying Lufthansa, I probably won't try it again."
Pros: "The hospitality crew that was at SFO gave us the location of a lounge to go to which closed at 8 pm. The time they gave the location was at 8.25 pm. She was uninformed and not very highly trained. Lounge was disgusting. Messy, crowded - seemed like a 2nd class waiting room in an Indian railway station. The boarding was very poorly managed by the same lady!"

Cons: "Call for stewards was not working and the temperature of the flight was miserable. Kept asking to reduce the cold and nothing. I had a window seat and there was no way to avoid the air/ac on my face the entire flight. MISERABLE!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed by 4 1/2 hours and it was handled horribly. First, I had to wait at check-in for 1 hour despite having checked in online. Next, we were told hourly-wise to check-in at the gate to find out when our flight would leave. This was a hassle and caused me a lot of stress since I had to make new plans with a new itinerary for my arrival in Chile where I was supposed to meet my elderly parents. The staff kept telling me they didn't know when we'd leave asking me to check back four times before they were able to give me a definite time. Aweful experience that caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience."

Cons: "Check in process is a disaster. The passenger is asked to even weight the luggage to be said by the machine to gonto a counter without good reason: the only thing missing with LATAM is to pilote the plane. Awful."
Cons: "Latam Airlines has the worst service for the fare paid. We were charged for two carry on bags while other passengers with same bags didn’t have to pay. Crew gave us stupid explanations to justify charging us like you are in the boarding group 7 which we never asked to be placed. It’s the airline business to choose some passengers to charge $100000 Colombian pesos for getting bags, and then after being forced to pay for the bags crew doesn’t give a receipt so we wouldn’t have proof of the fraude. Charging for bags is at discretion of crew. When buying the tickets for me and my family I checked the policy about luggage and the website doesn’t state about being charged for getting regular size bags like ours."

Cons: "they overbooked the flights and the way they communicated it to passengers was a complete disaster. I was able to board and travel but I had to sneak out of the actual line and show my visa appointment receipt to a latam staff person. It was very hard to talk to the staff most of them were just screaming "go to the line" and were not really keen to listening to what passengers had to say. I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment. It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason."
