Cons: Spirit is and will always be a last ditch choice if no others exist. No hospitality, no food, no comfort and you pay for EVERYTHING including picking seats, which kills me every time. WHY

Pros: The crew offered water couple of times during the whole flight. There was no choice of food, only chicken, and I don’t eat chicken, so for dinner the crewmen offered extra salads, so I would have something to eating and advice to ask for special dietary for my flight back.

Cons: There was not much entertainment. And just like the food, no choices of programs.

Cons: the plane was packed. the audio on the entertainment system did not work. the flight attendant gave me water and a juice, but handed them both at the same time and I spilled some juice to avoide the person next to me on this packed flight.

Cons: Could have used a plug-point for my computer and devices. No plug points available. Would have been nice to know there was free “working” WiFi at the start of the flight instead of half way though.

Cons: There was a 40 minute delay texted to us 8 hours prior to the flight, but we were told to arrive at the normal time. Then, on arrival, two of the flight attendants announced they weren't feeling well, and we waited another hour, with few announcements which were audible only at the gate.

Cons: I have a JetBlue credit card and I’m very disappointed that membership to the credit card does not offer priority boarding or zone A or zone B boarding. I was in seat 6C and had boarding zone E! Every other airline sponsored credit card I own offers some form of priority zone seating; even Spirit!

Cons: I could not access the games the lady next to me, and others were playing. When I decided to watch movies the earphones were so small they kept falling out of my ears, and I am a small woman. It was a long flight from Tokyo to Dallas, and the lack of diversion became a major irritant.

Pros: Crew was nice. However the spirit airline attendant at the desk told me to gate check my bag. I stood there waiting for someone to grab my bag for sometime. So I asked the stewardess and she told me just to bring the bag in and put my carry on in the over head compartment.

Cons: However the desk attendant came on the aircraft took my bag out of the overhead compartment. And then left it outside or the plane. I waited at the airport for until 1:30am before I got a confirmation that the back was in fact at Newark still. I had a nursing convention to go to and I had no clothing. So I had to Uber to Walmart than Uber back to my hotel. So I didn’t get any sleep. I didn’t check into my hotel til 4am due to a negligent spirit employee. I paid for the checked bag and there was plenty of space in the over head compartment. She caused me unnecessary stress and an embarrassing morning with my administrators due to my lack of sleep.

Pros: The seats were not very comfortable. My seat was very mobile. When the person behind me would get up they would grab my seat. The flight attendants didn’t seem to care about anyone other then the customers in the front row and by the exit row. It was very cold in my area as well not just by the emergency exit.

Cons: The flight attendants should show that they care about ALL the passengers, not just the ones that they know or ones who are paying more for a seat.

Pros: The crew was great. They seemed to show that they cared. A passenger next to me was not feeling well, so one of the crews kept checking on her, offering her water and ginger ale.

Cons: The Wi-Fi connection was spotty throughout the flight. Maybe because it was an older plane (A320). I flew in A321 BOS-LAX and the Wi-Fi was much more reliable.
