Cons: "My daughter was booked on this itinerary and was finishing her last leg of journey. Complete ticket was booked thru Delta Airlines. Her flight from Amsterdam to New York today operated by KLM, was delayed by few minutes. And Delta flight from JFK to Cleveland DL4084 was preponed by airlines. Result was my daughter was not allowed to board the aircraft. Worst was yet to come. Your staff at the gate offered her a flight to Cleveland for next day at 3:30 pm??? Means around 24 hours later. Is this how you behave with a girl of 19 years, asking her to stay at the airport. She was refused Hotel and Lounge stay by your team!!! Is this what you call customer services??? Obscene services is what I would like to term it as!!! My daughter asked them to give this is writing, which was refused to her. Why are your people scared to put it in writing if everything that you are doing is right by the Law??? I was left with no other option but to book her on American Airlines flight today departing at 9 pm to ensure that little girl doesn’t have to spend close to 24 hours at airport by paying $423. Who is going to bear the loss of money and mental torture that your team has given to me and my daughter???? Cons: "LaGuardia Airport was the worst airport I have ever been in. It was so crowded that people were sitting on the floor! The gates are squished together with totally inadequate seating. It was extremely noisy."

Pros: "The crew went out of their way to make sure they got the plane ready as quickly as possible and get us to Jacksonville as quickly as possible."
Cons: "Delta lost the plane for over an hour. After already spending 10 hours in ATL because of an earlier delay due to human error I was extremely disappointed in Delta that my flight out of Atlanta was delayed by an hour because they LOST the plane and couldn’t find it or the truck to bring it to the gate. This kind of error on Xmas eve is embarrassing. Delta didn’t do anything for the passengers affected by this. I was dumbstruck by the apathy of the Delta employees at the gate (the exception was the flight crew, who tried to get the aircraft there earlier). Because Delta did nothing but make error after error I arrived at home 11 hours later than my original flight was booked for on Christmas Eve, missing Christmas Eve Services and family traditions. When I need to get somewhere on time I’ll never rely on Delta after this experience."

Cons: "The boarding process seems to have some hiccups...like everyone crowding the gate and the wrong people boarding at the different boarding times. This all began when airlines charged for baggage and carry on became the only way to travel without excess fees. There is not enough overhead storage for everyone to carry-on so let's go back to no fees for baggage. The boarding process will become smooth again."

Cons: "Took 8 hours to get from Oakland to Los Angeles. Flight delayed then cancelled at Oakland. Driven from there to San Francisco. That flight delayed by 45 minutes. Got on board and then they neede 4 people to get off the plane since it was overweight. That took another hour. Bad day of travel."

Pros: "Lots of seat space even in economy, I felt very comfortable and not cramped on my flight. Food was decent and flight attendants were very attentive. My flight was kind of an outlier experience as someone on my flight fell very ill and needed immediate medical attention. The KLM employees on board did a very good job of taking care of the situation and making sure everyone else on board still had a calm flight experience."

Pros: "Both flights were on-time, no gate changes. Staff was friendly enough, and seat back entertainment was appreciated. Everything went as you always hope it does for flights!"
