Cons: "When boarding was delayed due to extra security (drug sniffing dogs) it would have been appropriate to make announcements for passengers needing to board immediately, allowed to identify and moved to the head of the line. We were there an hour and a half early with no luggage to check and we missed our flight by minutes. We actually saw our plane with the doors closed. Frustrating!"

Alaska air out me in standby for a 4 on flight that was already overbooked and had 10 people in front of me. They game me a secure seat on an 8 pm flight giving me over 7 hours of waiting time in the airport. I opted to take a shuttle bus the three hours drive over the hill to Redmond Oregon. No bueno :("

I called the flight attendent over to ask if it would stop and she told me it would not stop, it happens to any window seat because of the vent... I’ve flown a lot and NEVER had ice fall out of the vents repeatedly. Her response to my question was rude and she made me feel stupid for asking about the problem in the first place. The people around be we’re even shocked by her stern and rude response."

First time we traveled by southwest together. Boarding is very different than we are used to doing but found it went pretty good, I need to make sure and check in early. All in all we were pretty happy but especially cause we could fly out of Long Beach airport.
The flight was 20 minutes late. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working. We requested they restart the Wi-Fi, which was ignored.
I slept thru most of it so did not use any food or drink service. Entertainment is needed.
The flight was delayed by over an hour and a half. I was supposed to report to work at 11 a.m but was unable to get there until 3 due to flight delay.
Wireless connection kept dropping.
On time departure and arrival. Very happy!

They did hold the connecting flights (we didn't know that at the time) for us. My A-15 boarding spot turned out to one of the last ones on. It would have been nice to have some of the electric shuttles there to get those going from the end of the airport's B section to A and C sections. A long walk/run on a bad knee."

Why they would think we would want to fly on that plane after the pilot refused the "fix" and left because he and his crew "timed out" because we waited so long. Flight was scheduled to depart at 8:26pm, we didn't depart until well after 1am. I got home at 6am! The ladies at the gate were awesome, however the "supervisor, Armondo Gonzalez Figueroa, only came to restate what had already been said by the gate agents, did not have ANY answers, did not offer any solutions, barely answered any questions, and stopped the gate agents from removing blankets of the plane to provide to the many many passengers who were waiting there freezing. The compensation offered was a joke. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!"

Cons: "The plane was delayed for 40 minutes for no stated reason. The plane was antiquated with broken screen controls on the arm rest and tiny, low-quality screens. My buttons didn't work so I couldn't even turn the screen off for the duration of the flight let alone gain access to entertainment. I had to use my night mask so that I atleast didn't have to stare at Amazon advertisements for 5 hours straight on a broken screen. This was not a good introduction to JetBlue, and I would likely not fly them again. Not competitive to the quality or amenities of a major carrier. I wish I had read reviews of this company because delays and non-working equipment seem the norm for JetBlue."

The boarding process was uneventful and normal. The plane was on the smaller side and a tight fit. Most people had to plane side check their luggage. The pilots seemed pleasant. We waited about an hour from leaving the gate to actually taking off with no information from the crew as to what was taking longer than normal. The flight attendants were informative but aggressive about the mask policy and spoke on the PA system often and for long periods of time. The attitude of the flight crew about several issues made the passengers tense. We arrived about 30 minutes behind schedule but safely.

YOUR price for what not much more then a premium class seat AND ALL YOU OFFER IS a can of coke and a pkg of Fig Cookies ? Seriously. All 4 of my flights were first class, Joke of an offering, and each one sucked, I am American and I have flown over 800,000 miles and over 650 flights in 4 years, out of all these flights I've only flown US Carriers 12 times and I know that is a factual number. Jet Blue I will fly again, they act are a good and ran and they know how to take care of their guests AMERICAN AIRLINES JUST SUCKS Cathay pacific, Eva Air, Air Asia, Asiana, Korean Air, ANA, Thai Air ways and many more, I fly business class and every one of these airlines blows away these Sad Poorly ran US CARRIER'S, ,

Pros: "Great comfortable seats"

Pros: "Flight attends are very friendly."
Cons: "Wheel got stuck during takeoff. Had to fly standby to get home. Originally told I would not get home that day. It was 8 am"
Pros: "Easy boarding process, friendly crew member and smooth flight"
Cons: "The flight was delayed which impacted our connecting flight."
Cons: "Original flight came in 1.5 hrs late. Missed connection, then sat on the tarmac for 2 hrs before taking off because the pilot was late."
Cons: "Staff friendliness. Not forever late. Not losing kids stroller"
Pros: "Staff was friendly"
Cons: "It was crowded"
Pros: "Old aircraft. No media at the seats. Why are old aircraft still being used?"
Cons: "Basically everything. For the price, the flight on AA across the sea was horrible."
Cons: "The female staff at the desk where the luggage is dropped and boarding passes are issued was very rude. A little smile makes a difference vs being rude to customers. Apparently she needed to know that she is getting paid because customers like us choose to fly AA or BA"
Pros: "Plane was late missed all connecting flights"
Cons: "food and entertainment (5+ hours!)"
Pros: "Crew really helpful and efficient super fast boarding"
Pros: "Robbie and Carlos were exceptional. The gate agents were exceedingly rude and I will be filing a formal complaint."
Cons: "Gate agents"
Pros: "I like to staff and flight."
Cons: "My legs are too long for the seats"
Cons: "The flight was booked. A lot of families were separated. It included family with the small children. Passengers were running around asking to change the seats. The entertainment system was very slow. The sound made cracking noises. The flight was over two hours late. In addition, we had to wait for our luggage over 40'. The luggage was wet."
Cons: "Mobile boarding passes did not work and required us to go back to the service counter and print the tickets. Luckily we had time but this was a hassle given we were traveling with our 3 year old. The woman at the service desk quickly helped us print the passes but stated the mobile boarding passes tended to not scan. They should have told us to print the passes the first time we were at the counter if they knew the mobile passes tend to not work."
Pros: "Crew is helpful, seats comfortable, flight and baggage on time. Food was good for the airline."
Cons: "International connection experience is awful. I understand that AmericanAirlines is not responsible but no help or explanation was provided either."
Cons: "Having to pay AGAIN for a seat choice. AND IBWAS MADE TO CHECK MY XARRY-ON BAG ALL THE WAY THRU TO ROME! WHY. WHY couldn't it only be checked to Philadelphia.?. That has taken place on other flights. Should not require checking a carry-on all the way thru on an international flight."
Pros: "This was an American Airlines plane. The crew was disgruntled, but the seats were fantastic compared to British Airways."
Cons: "Crusty crew. Never heard flight attendants complain so much, so openly in front of customers."
Pros: "USB port at seat. Smooth ride and landing. Complimentary wine."
Cons: "Some of the typical unfriendly flight attendants. No way to get comfortable on the 10-hour flight. Horrible movie and other "entertainment" selections. Had to wait about 45 minutes on the tarmac after landing because they couldn't get an available gate for our scheduled flight. Beats the 5 HOUR delay on the flight out to Athens though. I have to say that's all the usual American Airlines incompetence. The cockpit crew always seem great though. I don't fly American unless I have to."
Cons: "The flight was two hours late leaving which caused me to miss my flight to Prague. The notifications about the delay and next steps for rescheduling the second flight were delayed and sent to the wrong email address."
Cons: "Lost the flight because of TSA who didn’t care I was missing the flight and gate personnel who didn’t allow me to get on board while the jet was still there. A nightmare and my luggages are still somewhere..."
Pros: "Not much here. The seats were ok, but the rest of the flight the airline was just poor."
Cons: "The airline is so outdated and behind the times of their competitors, their in that they don't have in flight entertainment unless you download their app and give them your email address. On top of that when I originally booked my flights, I had made sure to have 1.5 hr for a layover between my connecting flights. Well, they decided to move up my connector such that I had 25 minutes to run across 2 terminals. They only give you pretzels on the plane, and a single soda drink. They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make."
Pros: "On time arrival"
Cons: "No movie screens, no video screens, no charging options, no blankets, no pillows, no fun."
Pros: "None of the experience was pleasant"
Cons: "First flight was delayed causing us to miss the 2nd flight and we ended sleeping on a chair at the airport waiting for a morning flight. AMERICAN AIRLINES didn't even have the decency to put us in a hotel for the night due to their delay. Then they added a 2nd lay over which was delayed for hours also. Traveling was to visit my mother who had cancer and I was sick so this made the trip even more distasteful."
Pros: "Loved all the meals. Tasty, well-coordinated."
Cons: "Attendant took too long to hand out drinks, then ran out of water for the back of the plane. By the time we got water it was almost time to land."
Pros: "On time, non stop"
Cons: "New higher prices for less service."

Cons: "One of the flight attendants did not like her job at all - like a robot - no smiles, frustrated and bored"
Cons: "No food or entertainment offered at all - for a 5-1/2 hour flight. Seats uncomfortable. I don't like how it feels like you're nickle and diming us - charging for every little thing, including what seat you sit in."
Pros: "Lots of food and drinks, nice crew and pretty good experience"
Cons: "Tv screen too slow..... doesn't work that good,the plane was a little noisier at take off than usually, nothing mayor...."
Pros: "Comfy/roomy seats, friendly staff, female pilot!!"
Cons: "It was freezing and blankets were not available. It is typically cold on flights but this felt like sitting in a freezer. That is the o not reason I gave 4 stars and a 3 star for comfort"
Pros: "Crew was fine and meal service was decent"
Cons: "Stood on the jetway for 30 minutes due to some issue with boarding. Aircraft was tiny, not enough bathrooms for such a long flight. Dirty bathrooms and long lines."
Pros: "an extraordinarily long and stressful journey that sgould have taken 15 hours but took 27.. I may stop using American Airlines"
Cons: "Entertainment screen did not work which affected 6 passengers, rows 34 and 35. Flight attendants kept saying there was nothing they could do. They didn't return to give us an update. We had to ask three times to different attendants."
Pros: "My flight had a really tight connection at London Heathrow. Then my flight from Vienna arrived 10 minutes late which made it even worse. A very nice BA agent met me as I deplaned at London Heathrow and ran with me thru Terminal 3. Helped me clear security with a priority card and ran to my gate with 2 minutes to spare. The women was really nice and if it was not for her I am sure I would not have made my connection. I don't know if there is anyway to track her down and thank her but I would like to do so. The flight attendants were OK but not excessively helpful."
Cons: "Having to reclear security. I understand the necessity though. The touch screens for the inflight entertainment did not work well. Food was Mediocre at best."

Cons: "Carry on luggage does not fit for the whole plane. We had to check and wait for it to be unloaded in the jetway."

Pros: "extra legroom, recline angle and depth, good crew"
Cons: "NO WiFI?? No Outlets ?? crew did not catch women sneaking into the exit aisle row even though she did not pay for it"
Pros: "The flight service was consistently adequate and the attendants made sure to provide many opportunities to stay well hydrated"
Cons: "There was a screaming child that made the trip almost intolerable. No fault of American, however, perhaps the attendants could have made some additional suggestions to the parent to help him quiet his child."
Pros: "Red eye was great, home in no time. Great flight crew"
Cons: "Getting there, flight was rescheduled by AA, left not enough time to catch 2nd flight. Ran to that terminal, staff was curt. Rescheduled 2nd flight, had to check in my carry on, which made the people picking me up wait."
Pros: "The airplane had screens that tracked the flight progress, which was nice once we finally left."
Cons: "The delay leaving Boston caused me major ground transportation problems in Philadelphia. Also boarding agents did a lousy job getting people to check their carry on bags, knowing with a full flight they wouldn't have room. This further delayed take off."
Pros: "We had a good flight home everything was good going was a terrible flight a lot of turbulence and attendance weren't very friendly"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The flight was cancelled. this is the third flight that has been cancelled to this destination. I waited for 7 hours in the airport and caught a flight on stand by. Because this has happended to me before I knew how to get a stand by ticket right away even though I was scheduled on a flight for later that day. Much later."
