Pros: Pillows, blankets and earphones waiting on the seat and it was a lovely crew. Hurricane Dorian made us late for our connecting flight but we were impressed with the efficiency of a waiting rebooked boarding pass upon arrival.

Cons: Even with an upgraded seat purchase they were uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. This is an ongoing problem on most airlines. One would think that with technology, a better system could be designed...

Pros: THE FLIGHT WAS PLEASANT

Cons: I DIDNT LIKE THAT THE TICKET I BOUGHT DIDNT HAVE LUGAGE INCLUDED! I HAD TO PAY 100 EUROS FOR 1 LUGAGE. I COULD BELIEVE A LONG COURSE FLIGHT, A 10 HOURS FLIGHT AND NO LUGAGE! VERY ANOYING!

Cons: We ended up with two center seats. Person in front put back her seat so I couldn't even fully unfold my service tray

Cons: My flight was delayed more than 1 hour at least after overlay of 4 hours. I missed my flight from Vienna to Yerevan and the portion of my trip was detoured to Moscow and from there to Yerevan instead of 3 hours took me 8 hours. As a result of rushing and running in Vienna to catch my flight to Yerevan I feel and injured my hip, I would like a compensation , Please contact me at armine100@cox.net or phone 703-609-8649

Pros: Food great!

Cons: Limited space , very narrow and not very clean. I seated next to a dog, pet. The whole trip the dog was sitting on the floor next to me:(, although it was a very quiet and good dog. Crew not very friendly . They were tired I believe .

Pros: very nice flight, good attendants, plentiful with food and drink although dinner was dry (pasta) but tasted fine. Planes (I had to transfer) were on time and efficient. My carry on luggage was weighed which was unusual to me. It was overweight but the kind clerk checked my bag through with no charge as a favor. A pleasant surprise!

Cons: Had to make a lot of calls to clarify things. Website not always clear. An example is that I paid extra to reserve seats early and when I went online to do other things, although it showed that I had a seat reserved, it also said no reservations were being taken for the flight in a highlighted notice. Turns out it was just a general blanket message but to me it looked like my seat may have been cancelled. All phone representatives were courteous and helpful although sometimes their accents were strong and challenging to understand but they didn't mind repeating themselves until I understood.

Pros: I do not know how to go about contesting his, but we bought 4 tickets to South Africa on Swiss air and Edelweiss via Zurich. We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards.

Cons: We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?

Pros: We got to London on time

Cons: Is an old plane with a old hard product needs to be retired or retrofitted

Pros: Comfortable seats and did not have to pay extra for a carryon luggage

Cons: The boarding process was quite chaotic and slow. There was no oversight of what people were putting in the overhead compartment so many were putting both their carryon suitcase and under seat bags up there leaving no room for our suitcases by the time we boarded. The flight attendants were eventually helpful in finding space by making people remove smaller items, but it was time consuming and avoided on most airlines we typically fly by enforcing bag rules as passengers are boarding.

Cons: Seats recline too much making leg room more nonexistent than ever

Cons: Was almost impossible to make this connection. Honestly I probably should’ve been moved to yet another later flight. Ground crew said my bag had made it on board, so i waited and waited but it never showed up in Kraków. Lost luggage team was helpful and told me it didn’t make the flight - it was on the next one. Hopefully it gets delivered soon but it will be difficult bc my air bnb has no buzzer

Cons: Need longer transfer time in Frankfurt airport. They use buses to airplanes and that eats up time. Also, passport control line can be long. Fights to and fro gave us barely enough time and we were last ones to board

Pros: Maria in Winnipeg tried to find me decent connections. She did book me into a hotel in Boston as I missed connection 3 times!!!!

Cons: Flights that arrive and leave on time. How can one plan a trip if flights are continually cancelled or delayed. Very frustrating and a very unhappy customer.

Pros: The gate crew were very responsive and told us accurate estimates about the delayed departure time. They even distributed snacks for us.

Cons: The flight crew was subpar. We had been delayed by 2 hours and they did nothing to assuage anyone’s frustrations. Service was minimal and lacklustre. In flight WiFi didn’t work with any streaming service. Plane was noisy and old. Seat was about worn through. Truly the worst in flight experience I can remember having domestically.

Cons: Delta Comfort isn’t so comfortable. Seats are too skinny.

Cons: The unfortunate delay prevented me from attending my grandmother’s wake. Fewer delays would be helpful.

Cons: I have used the same carryon on several trips & only Swiss would not let me carry it inside telling me it was a bit high. Disappointed & surprised since never before I was told I had to check-in my carryon containing some essential items.

Cons: The breakfast was very poor. Two different servings of OJ(why?), non fat yoghurt and bread. Coffee came with only one cream. Media screen and audio did not work, and usb charger kept turning off. Barely able to recharge phone over the span of 10 hour flight! My next neighbor had same problem.

Cons: In B222, Headphones didn't fit well in the audio plugs on the sides of the seats thus making very poor quality sounds while listening to music or videos. That wasn't an issue in B149. Just to let you be aware. Thanks.

Cons: The seats that I purchased were “premium economy” the only thing premium was the price I have flown premium with other airlines and there is a difference in leg room and seat size. There was none on this flight. The seats were the same size and room as regular economy. Not what I paid for. I will never fly BA again.

Pros: Very nice crew. The flight attendant brought me a second dessert after I raved about it (excellent strawberry mousse!) Warm croissants and bread for breakfast! The even came with seconds. Yes! Delicious Easter eggs on both flights. Good selection of movies
