I flew Hawaiian Airlines three times during my trip. Each time, when we went to baggage claim, it took about 45 minutes to an hour to receive our luggage.
Flight was delayed several times then eventually cancelled which caused issues with our hotel, car rental and tickets to planned event. We also spent unplanned expense with Lyft to and from the airport which was frustrating. Customer care was not present during whole time at the airport.
The flight was fantastic. All the crew staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and they went out of their way to help make it such an enjoyable flight! I think on such a long flight there should have been some food given. Even cheese and crackers and maybe some cookies!
I’ve been flying Alaska Airlines for over 30 years & The boarding personnel letting us in the plane were the rudest I’ve ever experienced. Seemed the plane was over booked & they took THEIR mishap out on my son in law… Treated HIM like absolute garbage to the point our family will not fly Alaska after our trips are complete this year. Sad. We loved Alaska until that experience. I hope others never see the same behavior
I only give it a bad rating because I missed my flight
Upgrading from premium class to first class caused me to almost miss my seat on the flight. The system “un checked me in”. So I not only lost my first class seat, but my premium seat too so I alsmot didn’t have a seat on the plane. The app did not let me know as it was showing my seat assignment all the way up until boarding began. This exact same thing happened to another passenger. And to top it off, I now have to jump through hoops to get my refund. Awful experience with Alaska, I don’t intend to fly with AA again unless there are no other options.
Flight was smooth, pleasant passengers and crew. Enjoyed the experience
I appreciated that the staff went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of.

Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
Quick and seamless boarding. No entertainment but fast Starlink wifi for this short trip and the staff was really friendly.
I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂
The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane
We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United

The flight attendants were great, I joked with one I can’t remember her name, a blond, really sweet. I thought it was run well very professional. This was great i survived Spirit, I know for which I speak.
Overall, it was good. I was seating next to a wonderful lady and did not notice how time flew. Thanks
My flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours in Chicago, but other then that it was a good flight.
