I went there and was told to go back to Terminal C, which was where I was until I printed the ticket at the kiosk and it indicated E. I went back to Terminal C and there was no signage to explain what was going on. So I had to go get in a line to get to an agent, who sent me through the entrance to C gates, where, it turns out, there is a passageway to Terminal E. This was tiring, carrying my bags, and a waste of time."

I don't fly everyday, so why would you expect me to know where everything is and exactly how your process works? The emotional exchange at the airport when I checked my bag. I was the only person in line and there were two JB employees behind the counter who were more interested in their social conversation than in assisting me. I made a simple request for assistance and was immediately blown off. I can't complain enough about this."

OH and the boarding process! thank you for COMMON SENSE, board the back of the plane first!!!! overall i am very happy with the experience. the economy seats gave as much leg room as the economy plus on United. as you can tell I hate united and have been flying with them a long time."

It would have been very helpful if the gate staff at LAX had advised me to not bother to try to make my connection, or called the next gate to tell them we were running over there. RUNNING. Or at least done something to act like they cared. I am disappointed by the lack of initiative. I understand flights cannot wait, and I would have greatly appreciated being saved the trouble of running to a different terminal and instead taking that time to change my travel plans. They may see travelers struggling like this daily, but to each traveler, a hiccup in travel plans trip is stressful and urgent. I ask Delta staff to please consider that when they come to work. Thank you."

Cons: "Delta Flight #1494 On my return flight, I had to pay for a 2nd ticket to fly out early since Delta was cancelling flights to the south and I didn’t want to get stuck in Philadelphia. When the plane arrived for a layover in Atlanta, there was a flight going on from the first 2 people waiting to deplane. In my distraction and fear, I left my water bottle next to my seat. When I realized that I had left it, I went back to the gate and told the gate attendant that my bottle was next to my seat. She would not call down to the plane, nor walk down, and told me I had to wait until the entire flight had boarded. I explained that my connecting flight was boarding across the airport. The bottle was expensive and had great sentimental value. A couple times, I tried to ask people boarding the flight if they would tell a flight attendant to retrieve my bottle. The gate attendant told the boarding passenger to ignore me. When the flight had completely boarded, the gate attendant went down to the plane only to return to me to tell me that the flight attendant(s) allowed the cleaning crew to take the bottle. The gate attendant called the cleaning service and then she told me that the bottle was waiting at the tower and that I could ask at my next gate to have the bottle delivered to that gate. Since my connecting flight had already started boarding I had to run/train it across the airport to arrive at the gate. When I told the 2nd gate attendant, the story and asked him to call the tower to get my bottle, he told me that “wasn’t a thing” and that the 1st gate attendant lied to me. I had to board since they were getting ready to close the plane. This incident was compounded to many unpleasant experiences I’ve had with Delta over the past few years (losing my luggage and lying about it, damaging my suitcase, etc., etc.). I don’t understand how you can continue to be successful as an airline when you run your operation the way Delta does."

Cons: "There is not so much as even a free soda on the flight. They charged me $50 for my carry on because it happened to be an instrument (a small carry on sized one). They insisted this was normal. Spoiler: it isn't. I have NEVER had to pay extra for a carry on based on its value. I was tired and had been traveling since 3am. I asked for a Coffee to wake up and was informed that they are NOT complimentary. I asked what snacks or beverages they had that were complimentary and they informed me there were NONE. Zero. What? I only had cash on me (my card had been lost in traveling days before) and I asked if they would either let me pay cash or be willing to just this once offer me a free coffee. They flatly told me no. It is worth noting that I was kind and courteous throughout learning this. I didn't take any frustration out on the flight attendants. But I was deeply disappointed. I'm am exhausted traveler on your airline in a bind without my card. Can you please just be kind and offer me a coffee on the house? Nope. Sigh."

Having enjoyed five years with Delta - I enjoyed my job and the people. No one seems to like their job now. Shame. Takes even more fun out of flying these days. It's a job - more people - more coffee - more sodas.... Don't LIKE it. . . give someone else the chance to fill that position. Flying Should be Fun. . . it's special!! every time."

Which I can understand. What I don't understand is why they continued displaying a mute TV set for three hours. Why not just shut it off? BTW, my daughter flew from LA to Boston that same day and exactly the same thing happened on her plane."

Cons: "My stroller was taken right before boarding (as expected), when it was returned after the flight it was broken. We were delayed when leaving PR, after a slow boarding process. Then delayed once more when arriving."

Pros: "The flight to Miami was changed to Chicago but it was still comfortable. The seats were nice and having overhead tv was still nice."

Cons: "The flight never happened, so all in all, things we're pretty terrible!"

Pros: "Crew was ok, did their best considering the circumstances, but even they were getting aggravated and were short with the passengers near the end."
Cons: "The Washington airport is horrible. The gate we left from was not a gate but a series of doors that buses came to. This wouldn't be so bad if they were able to handle it in an orderly way, but the airport showed complete incompetence in organizing anything and there were people everywhere trying to find the right door which kept changing on them, and the times kept changing...it was a mess. Then, when we finally got on the plane and were about to take off, the air traffic control tower called and said that their flight path was incorrect and to not take off...but didn't give them a new flight path for nearly two hours as we sat on the runway. Nationalize the airports in DC, fire the whole lot and start fresh, I'd say."

Cons: "Poor entertainment but other than that it was a great flight until we got to Charlotte the ✈it was thousands of feets to make touchdown went took off again a was scary moment for all the passengers."

Cons: "Bumping passengers with seated tickets so you can fly additional crew elsewhere is 100% unacceptable. Luckily I got on the flight last minute but only after dealing with extremely unprofessional staff/supervisors at the gate"

Instead I was put on an even longer flight, San Juan to Philadelphia."

Pros: "My experience with American Airlines was horrible I was on flight 1357 and me and my husband started boarding the plane my husband stopped so put the bag in his seat the flight attendant Sonya #695655 taliago Portuguese was very nasty rude and disrespectful and came off very racist she told my husband to sit down and move out the house as he was placed in his bag on top of his seat then when my husband told her he was placing his bag up over the seats she asked to see his pass his boarding pass then he told her he just wanted to put his bag up over the other seat because there was no more bathroom over his seat she argue with my husband after my husband left the situation alone she then comes in with another flight attendant who was more Ruder than her it was a 20-minute delay with the both of them yelling at us and threatening to kick us off the plane then didn't offer us any drinks or snacks she kept giving my huaband nasty looks the whole 4hours she was very racist and I would never take American Airlines again experience was horrible"

Pros: "The steward on the plane was friendly, funny and accommodating to all. He took time to engage some young children before takeoff. Took into consideration who was travelling together and left a positive impression! Plane boarded early and was loaded and ready to roll AHEAD of scheduled take off time."

Cons: "This was probably the worst handled flight I have been on; there was first a slight delay, then a longer delay, then a much longer delay, all of which one could find out only after checking online; there were no announcements about the delay until after the scheduled time of departure; then there was another announcement that there was a mechanical problem and we'll be apprised of the situation at 7pm (the flight was scheduled at 6:25). The person at the counter disappeared. At 7:30, the gate changed to a different flight altogether--still no announcement, still no person at the gate. When a different person finally appeared and I asked her what happened to the Pittsburgh flight, she said, it's here, it'll be departing at this precise gate shortly. At that exact time, the PA system had an announcement that the flight to Pittsburgh is now scheduled at gate 86 at 7.01 (yes, 7:01, even though it was already after 7:30). When we went to gate 86, there, of course, was another flight there. After waiting some more, the woman at the first counter now appeared at gate 86 and said the flight was to be at gate 88. Until the very end when we boarded, gate 88 continued to say the flight was to Columbus. Absolutely abysmal customer service. (Even the boarding was handled badly, but at that time we didn't even care.) I am never recommending Air Canada."

Pros: "I hadn’t been on a plane in almost 10 years. People were very helpful at the airports. The plane ride was comfortable. The crew was nice both ways. I would. The price was excellent!"

Cons: "It was very confusing as to where to get bag tags after encountering issue with printing from the machines. No reps were kind enough to spend 3 mins to look at my situation/case and provide immediate guidance. As a result, I missed my flight and needed to pay extra to get on one."

Cons: "The fact that I paid all this money and yet I couldn't get a decent meal. Unbelievable. I've been flying for years -- long enough to remember when flying was less expensive and we actually got more. Today we pay all kinds of taxes and fees; we pay to bring our luggage (as if we could pay for a ticket to go abroad and do so without clothing), and yet we get get less for our dollar. I wish someone in the offices actually thought about that AND did something to make flying with Air Canada what it was."

Cons: "In the past Air Canada has been great. This past experience makes me never want to fly again. In-flight entertainment is the worst I have ever experienced on an international airline. Entertainment options were very limited, and it didn't work for most of the flight (crew tried resetting the system, to no avail). Crew were inattentive and seemed more focused on hanging out in the back of the airplane socializing with each other. Food was terrible, and I am generally pretty easily pleased when it comes to food. Return flight was delayed twice without any announcements or explanations in the boarding area. Flights were completely full and airplanes were old and uncomfortable. This flight was cheap for a reason. Pay the extra amount and fly another airline."

Moreover there was no reservation made for me and I missed the flight since I lost the time by going back and forth to Delta and Air Canada offices to fix the problem. As a result I spent the night at Detroit and take the next day flight."

Cons: "Being stranded in Toronto for 24 hours with Air Canada unwilling to rebook us on other carriers to get us home sooner. Given our prediction of the missed connection and request for rebooking before our first leg of travel, it was particularly irritating that they would not help us get home the most efficient way."

Cons: "On my second flight, I was not fed dinner despite the evening time and the length of the flight, we weren't even provided snacks."

Cons: "The person behind me kept kicking my seat and yelling at me to not recline my seat. I called a crew member over and asked if I wasn't allowed to and he said well she does have long legs. I paid for economy knowing the room that I was going to be given .. If she didn't like having her legs squished she should have upgraded her seat and the crew member shouldn't have allowed me to be uncomfortable and not having the same luxuries as the rest of the customers."

Pros: "Our flight was delayed about an hour and a half because of earlier delays in the day and the ground crew and pilot kept us fully informed of the situations as they evolved. Because of the timely updates I did not hear one person complain in my earshot range. Apart from the delay the service was great, as always."

Pros: "This flight was operated by ANA (All Nippon Airlines). I cannot say enough to praise the workers of ANA. Despite all the trouble we faced with a late arrival from the states, EVERYONE associated with ANA worked overtime to meet our needs in every way possible!"
Cons: "Our late arrival from our stateside flight and the added stress and difficulties due to having to go thru customs in Haneda AND change terminals. A two hour time between connecting flights is NOT enough at Haneda! Don't do it unless you at least three hours!!! Our friends followed us on the same route one week later. It cost them over $450 in hotel, shipping, and transportation because of it!"
