Loved the crew! Sucks that we went from 1 hour and 8 minute layover to a 3 hour layover. But weather sucks like that.
Everything could have benn better. Short fly, no food, no entertainment and no wifi.
On the return flight, flight attendant Britt went out of her way to inform passengers that several of us had tight connections.
Flight late, the waited for a long time for “personal” to arrive at gate to dock the plane in Rochester. So annoying. This flight was expected, why aren’t personel available for the jet bridge?
Kayak botched up the booking, i had to call delta and fix. In the process Delta failed to honor my comfort plus seat assignment that i had previously.
First class is comfortable. Enjoyed a movie and was able to relax compared to coach.
No pilots so we were two hours late taking off and then no gate agents when we arrived in Salt Lake.
Absolutely no communication on why there's a delay and multiple flight time reschedules. I would have canceled the flight and drove back home if I known it was going to be rescheduled 3 or 4 times.
Extremely disappointed with Delta. They canceled flight last minute and then I rebooked the other flights and with which were delayed as well
The flight was flying with 30% capacity. The flight my seat from preferred seating to back of the seat. Even though i can understand that this was to balance the flight weight. The flight attendance decided to do the serving near my seat and in the middle , their noices woke me up from sleep , when i realized that the service has ended and when they were going back asked for a coffee, for which they answered they have completed teh service in my location. That really upset me as they woke me up and also rejected the coffee i asked. I ended up landing with a headache, thanks to the crew that screwed up my travel
The plane home was a lot nicer than the one i arrived on. Seating was more spacious and comfortable
The attendant at the gate was not helpful at all and she was rude when we asked why the flight was delayed.
Great just wish they always had WiFi on every flight couldn’t even purchase it

Everything was horrible. They delayed my flight so I missed my connection flight and I lost my bags. I had to go to the same workers multiple times asking the same questions because everyone kept giving me different answers. One person closed down customer service because he wanted to go on lunch so there was like 30 people just waiting for hours because no one would relieve him.
Landing was technically perfect. What I didn't like is the pricey internet. Both flights with excellent crews. I'm 6 feet 210 pounds and could easily fit in the chair.
We were delayed and the bag charge fees are very expensive.
The flight was supposed to leave at 6:22pm we are just now leaving the gate after deplaning twice at 1:07am.
Food and entertainment see irrelevant to rate them as that’s not really an option anymore. The flight was fast and friendly. The plane was immaculately clean.
