Movies on my phone are great. It would be nice to have a gluten free snack option.
It was what i expected. I like the movies you can access from your phone. It would be nice if there was a gluten free snack offered. But I did bring my own snack knowing there would not be a gluten free option
The flight was peaceful, just s slight turbulence, pilots and crews were all nice and made a great job! Arrived safely in the Philippines. Thank you ya’ll!
Ontario airport boarding was very easy to park and access, is clean and TSA took 10 minutes total. Check-in was a breeze and cruise was very nice.
American Airlines II: Delay Boogaloo. Multiple gate changes, delays, boarded and then MORE delays. I hate to say this won’t matter, but posting stuff about major corporations in 2026 is a post-modern “scream into the void.” Was multiple hours late coming home, so there you go.
Awful, tons of delays, I got into Chicago multiple hours late meaning I hit the very traffic I tried so desperately to avoid. Just empty apologies from American Airlines text alerts. Trash behavior from a trash airline.
The flight attendants were very friendly, efficient, and helpful. The plane was ahead of schedule, and it all went very smoothly. Thank you.

We got delayed getting out of DFW for broken overhead bins. Once the flight got underway the captain kept the seatbelt sign lit the entire flight despite little perceptible turbulence, preventing use of the rest rooms and any sort of refreshment service in the main cabin.
Flight delays for communication overall not a good experience uncomfortable on the plane. Person in front of me reclined his seat, putting them inches from my lap.
My flight today was cancelled because it was Spirit Airlines but have received no refund.
THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AND CANCELED FLIGHT. REPLACEMENT FLIGHTS WERE 300% HIGHER SO MY FAMILY COULD NOT GET TOGETHER. WHY AM I GETTING THIS SURVEY?????

There was no flight. Spirit went bankrupt Right before my departure and kayak did not refund me any money. I would like my refund kayak. How can I get it? Please let me know. Thank you
Spirit is awful, and cost me an extra $400. On the flight to the destination they staff was rude and did not even offer water during the flight. On the return flight, while on the way to the terminal, Spirit cancelled the flight. This is the second time this has happened, and I believe they should compensate for the additional cost for incurred for the return flight. Spirit simply offered reimbursement for their cancelled flight, and did not take into consideration the cost for a last-minute flight home. The TSA agents expressed how Spirit often cancels evening/night flights, and shows no concern for the passengers.
They didn’t put my luggage on my transfer so I had to spend the night in Detroit. They said my luggage would be here in the morning and they’re still searching for it. It did not arrive apparently.
We were delayed and the bag charge fees are very expensive.
The flight was supposed to leave at 6:22pm we are just now leaving the gate after deplaning twice at 1:07am.
Food and entertainment see irrelevant to rate them as that’s not really an option anymore. The flight was fast and friendly. The plane was immaculately clean.
