While I do understand that overweight people have the right to fly, they should pay for the space they occupy like the rest of us. This person literally should have had two seats."

Our 1hr45minute layover was completely taken up just waiting in random lines to have someone look at our passports, or ask us to pull up our full flight itinerary email (teh boarding pass was not enough for her....). I appreciate the security attempts but it was really over the top, and the staff had no idea what they were doing (were bad at directing people to the right place or explaining what they needed). Note that NONE of this was the fault of Delta or KLM, completely teh airport."

Crew only greeted white passengers with a smile - which is something I'm noticing in many Delta flights (don't see that happen on Virgin or Alaska) I could see the luggage handlers throwing each bag onto the conveyor belt like they had a personal vendetta against each bag. They made an extra effort to toss each bag IN THE AIR so it lands with a thud. Seriously apalling!"

After sitting there for one hour, they told us the problem wasn’t fixed and we have to change aircrafts. The other aircraft was all the way in terminal D (we were in terminal A) and the boarding process took a long time. Overall it was an awful flight and experience with American Airlines. I missed my mother’s birthday party because of the 2 hour delay."

Cons: "Since we have an AAdvantage CitiCard and are AAdvantage members, it is disconcerting to have to claim your privilege of 1 free bag and priority boarding each time. This is embarrassing at the gate especially since it looks like we are cutting the line. What good is this "privilege" if you have to assert it every time or hold a credit card in hand with your carryon and boarding pass. This should be included in our ticketing at the time of purchase and upgraded on our boarding pass if we use the damn card for the purchase. It is now not a "privilege" but an inconvenience."

Cons: "The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't much legroom in the economy section. Another problem - which is probably related to Heathrow airport and outside of the crew's control - was that the staff at the airport rushed us tremendously during boarding, saying that the flight would close half an hour in advance. I had never seen boarding close that early and it was very frustrating, because the boarding then took a very long time, since they searched us for no reason, and our flight ended up taking off 30 minutes late! As passengers, we felt very rushed, it seems, for no reason."

Cons: "The organization with American Airlines at Charles de Gaulle was absolutely pathetic. I understand it's a busy airport, but NONE of the other airlines had lines like American did. Then by the time you get up to an American airline employee, incompetence was written all over their faces. The straw that broke the camel's back was that they insisted on separating my partner and me while doing security questions, meanwhile other parties who were together were not separated (LGBT discrimination). This pushed us back 10 minutes--we were separated and he was having to wait for me after the questioning to get my bag checked, too. I'll add that we arrived to the airport with over 2 hours to spare before our flight which should have been more than enough time. We probably would have missed the flight if not for a few decent Charles de Gaulle employees who bumped us though lines at customs when they realized the time crunch, no thanks to anyone with American Airlines. I heard so many saying they will not use American Airlines again, and how saving a few dollars was not worth the headache. Flying is already stressful enough, don't make it that much worse."

Entertainment center on the back of the seat are so old it takes forever to download anything and it freezes all the time when it happens to work. The selection is very poor. The armrests were broken and could it move on the aisle side and could not stay upon the center side. I felt lucky to find my luggage at the end of the trip. I do love Finnair!!! And feel like you should tell AA to pay attention to the comfort of your passengers in coach class. They are only interested in business customers."

People were coming in line from every direction and it took forever to walk a few feet to get my boarding pass scanned. Then about 1hr into flight it's was freezing in the front of the plane, I was in row 5 and the only solution given to several of those who inquired about it was to "take a walk to the back, it's warmer back there". We were dressed for the winter up front and people in the back were comfortable. It was ridiculous. Mind you this was a tiny plane 1 seat on the right and 2 on the left so not a lot of room to stand and move around."

And then automatically scheduled us all for a flight at 10pm that night. Not ok."

I change the flight an hour after I mad the flight and they said because I did not use google chrome that the change were not made they waned me to pay 402 to change a flight that I booked for 194. I could have bought two more tickets for 284. The told them that is what I need to do. By the revues I saw on line the did the same thing to at least 10 other people. Frontier said that a customer only has 4 hour to make a change to a flight. I talk to sever travel agents and was told we have 24 hours."

Cons: "The price of the trip does not include a carry one. This is difficult when all other airlines are not charging for a carryon. This increased the cost of my trip dramatically."
Cons: "No one at Frontier desk. Sign stated to check in at kiosk or online, but there were no kiosks. Online check in was unnecessarily long and onerous, and then last step couldn't be completed; advised to download app. Then had to repeat process with app. Then had to go back to desk to drop off luggage; still no one there, very long long formed, and finally when someone came to the desk the line took 20 minutes. Every other airline has figured out how to avoid this!"
Pros: "Pros: direct flight at a convenient time, one of the cheaper flight options (which is actually not true)"
Cons: "Cons: They make you pay to select your seats, they make you pay to carry on or check baggage, they make you pay for any refreshments aside from water, there is no entertainment I am all for "no frills" flying but this airlines may take it too far? Also, they broke the handle off of my checked baggage (that I had to pay $30 to check). I reported it when I got home, but Frontier will not honor any baggage claims if made 4 hours after the flight. Probably won't fly them again."
Cons: "I showed up 43 minutes before the fight and there was no ticket agent. After waiting 5 minutes, I went to the kiosk to check in. I was informed by the machine I had to go see an agent. After searching the terminal and going to baggage claim to find someone, I was informed I had to be there 45 minutes before the flight because the ticketing agents are also responsible for boarding passengers. I checked the reservation and couldn't find any information on check in other than the cabin doors close 10 minutes prior to boarding. When I called the help Center I was informed they would not apply the payment from the missed flight and I would have to pay for the ticket again. Every other carriers I deal with has a 30 minute check in policy. If they aren't going to use the standard time frame they should make the policy clearer."
Pros: "It's cheap which is nice but beware of hidden fees"
Cons: "It's more expensive to CARRY on your luggage rather then check it!!!!! I feel like it's a sneaky way to charge you as people mostly try to carry on. They do that to AVOID extra charges. May sound petty but it really irked me. On another note, when ordering a cocktail you pay on a IPAD which asks you the percentage of gratuity you would like to leave. Grossly inappropriate as flight crew cannot except tips under FAA law."
Pros: "Super professional, courteous, and helpful flight staff. Seat was uncomfortable, but it was a short flight, so I had a weird plastic bottle of wine and cared less."
Cons: "I was told I could get another flight after Christmas. Since I work Christmas eve and day .. that is impossible. Why do you have to come up with the money to get another flight when it is their fault? Reimbursement doesn't help when you don't have the initial money to put out."

Cons: "In complete honesty, Everytime my wife and I have flown frontier, they have either been delayed, or we have sat on a runway for an hour waiting for a gate because of a delay. It is unfortunate. I feel that they are understaffed, and in the past we have said we would try not to fly them again. I feel after this trip we will make that happen."

Cons: "This was the first time I have flown on Frontier, and having purchased the ticket from a second party site I was unaware of the fare extras that I would be charged for rather ordinary things like a carry-on bag. Round trip I was charged $60 for my bag when I checked in, something I hadn't figured on while comparing fares and travel times. If I had selected a seat: $9. Any thing other than water: more $$. Now that I'm familiar with the Frontier model I will figure the extras into my comparison of fares when shopping for my next flight."

Cons: "Pretty much everything else. I checked in online - where they clearly state that there will be a bag drop for prepaid checked luggage. There was not. Instead there were three people behind the counter (only two were actually taking anyone from the long line) - who seemed completely confused. They at least knew that the gate had changed, but they didn't know where it had been changed to. I found it. It then proceeded to change 3 more times. The final change was not announced, we all just followed another passenger who had seen the change listed on the airport departure screen. The final gate was "39" a door in a hallway that opened up onto a tarmac. We waited there about 30 minutes (after the scheduled boarding time) before the door opened. They had no scanner for passes, so the attendant had to write things down on paper when we showed him our passes!! The actual cabin is tight, but that's to be expected. What wasn't expected was the random turning off and on of overhead lights throughout the (red-eye) flight. It was like a torture technique. To round out this great experience, the flight attendant instructed us to de-board the plane in order. Row 1 (left side) then row 1 (right), etc. This clearly pissed off many passengers who had no carry-on luggage and could have just walked off while those with stuff in overheads waited. When I finally got to exit the plane, I heard a guy somewhere behind me say "f-you" to the crew as they gave us the traditional "have a good day". We all felt the same, just didn't say so."
Cons: "It was almost 3 hours dleyed and nobody explain why, and we walk to airplan from outside it was terable."

All in all very nice trip. Leaving from TTN was an absolute PLEASURE especially when compared to EWR or even LGA. Will certainly do it again next time! Kudos to you Frontier!"

She rudely snapped at me "well you should have one" and then she walked away. She never came back with a menu. I was so stunned by her sharp attitude that even the girl sitting at the row across from me felt bad and asked for a menu from someone in her row just to give it to me. At that point I didn't even want to look at the menu and I didn't order anything. I probably would have otherwise. I don't know why this particular stewardess acted like that towards me as I had not interacted with her previously nor was I rude at all. All I said was "can I please see a menu? I don't have one." This was my first time flying with Frontier and I will probably not fly with them again. I will stick with United and Delta. I have never been treated like that on an airline before."

Prices are rediculas for a drink. One little bag of peanuts or crackers and a soda is not too much to ask. We already pay too much for the ticket and luggage fees now we have to pay for a snack and drink. This may be my last frontier flight. And when are you going to get a better boarding system so I don't have to crawl across two people to get to my seat??"

No one really wanted to help, and when they tried to re-book us for the next day, they flights were full. No real help from the airport crew. Another traveler who was there just when they closed the counter, also got turned away."
