I actually have no complaints. All went well on both legs of my flight.

The crew was pretty friendly - friendlier than the other Frontier crews we had.

Delay after delay after delay. Took us TWENTY extra hours to get home. Missed work and caused huge inconvenience to family and friends. Terrible airline, terrible experience.

Added cost just to get a window seat, carry on bags, and all food. Won't fly them again if I don't have to.

Nothing... Entire experience horrible for my 17 year old.

They also paged us and called us for a forgotten item in the plane.

The crew at the gate as well as the crew on the plane were excellent and very helpful. The gate crew made rerouting very easy.

The 3 hour delay made for an exceptionally long trip. Delays are so very common on United; especially when connecting through O'Hare.

Flight delayed due to weather. Rebooking was a zoo, had to pay for hotel room and worst of all waited over an hour at baggage claim to get our bags back. It's taking us 2 days to get from Albuquerque to Austin.

Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

The $20 in extra charges for the most uncomfortable seats ever. I was also never made aware of the extra charges for carry on items. At least be up front about it. Made my round trip ticket almost $100 more in fees.

Arrived well before the flight to check bag which I paid $35 (highest rate for check in bag yet-compared to other airlines). Took over an hour to check bag as there was one person checking bags at DIA. The other employee was assigned to the customers who had paid a premium fee. Many of the customers left the long lines and went to curb side to check their bags. When I arrived at gate, flight was delayed. I got on the plane and into my seat. Unfortunately, I was not paying attention and sat in 8F, not 8E. There was a woman and her daughter who came on late and they gave 8E to the daughter. Moments later a woman, came and asked me to show my boarding pass. I took out my phone but forgot I had switched it to airplane mode as we were due to leave. In a full flight, the woman (Robin), started telling me that I was on the wrong flight and that I was on the later flight. I couldn't bring up my seat assignment because I was frazzled and embarrassed as she insisted I get up and leave with her. I thought we were going out to check my assignment, but when I got out to the gate, I realized that the plane was leaving. Robin and the crew realized they had made a mistake and told me the only thing they could do was get me on the 10 p.m. flight out of Denver. Never have I been treated so poorly. All someone had to do was ask my name which did not happen until I was totally humiliated as I struggled to get off the plane and was out at the gate. I was reimbursed my flight and was given a check and a $15 voucher for dinner which didn't cover my dinner. I took the later flight and arrived home at 0100 a.m. My husband had to come home from the coast (2 hour drive) to take care of our dogs who were waiting for me to come home to feed them and get them out of the heat.

Arrived twenty minutes late. AA refused to accept responsibility for this and compensate me, even though my transportation had departed without me as a result of their tardiness.
