Boarding was awful - no order, people cutting in line, completely chaotic Planes are very old and uncomfortable. Noticeable difference between Delta and United on same route.

They did not offer coffee on a 7am flight…awful!!

Excellent service. Flight attendance like Jessica,, on our flight, is a reason I wouldn’t mind flying through British Airways again. Jessica,, was very courteous and helpful.

The flight was very smooth and the meal in business class was great.

No explanation of why there was no snack and drink service (unless requested) when there was service in the other direction.

Delayed multiple times. Boarding was ok but getting off the aircraft was a mess. So disorganized with staff trying to help the elderly but completely blocking path for anyone else to move. Bathroom was disgusting, probably caused by one of the customers but staff couldn't care less to help clean it. No one wanted to use it since the floor was completely soaked so everyone just lined up the other restroom while the staff just chit chat with each other while looking at us.

I think the seats on some of their planes are uncomfortable. You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough.

Terrible, oxygen masks were deployed mid-flight. We returned to airport. Took additional 12 hours to get home.

Lack of information. No meal for a 6hr international flight that departs during dinner time

The announcements for loading at the gate for my flight from Phoenix to Mex City was all in Spanish. The English only speaking flyers had no idea the plane was loading.
