It was as good as it could be. Flying is not a pleasant experience these days.
There was an unruly family behind us that made the short flight miserable!!! The cabin crew did nothing to contain it.
Flight delay was frustrating, also you cannot checkin online without delta app, web browser check-in throw errors
Got on the plane and sat there for an hour before departure.

5 hour delay. They blamed the weather but it was the computer issues they had been dealing with for days.
I usually have a positive experience with Delta. Complimentary upgrades are always nice!
long flights are never truly comfortable but the airline did their best. crew was great and the flight was safe.
The captain was amazing and kept us informed throughout that there would be some rough air. The flight also got delayed but we were able to actually leave on time, which was great.
The staff did not do a good job of getting everyone boarded quickly, so we missed our take off window and had to sit on the tarmac for 20+ min waiting for our turn. The plan was old. Pockets on the back of seats were torn and tearing off. One of the attendants was rude-she would ask a question but he walking away before you finished answering so she kept getting our drink orders wrong.
Horrible experience. They delayed our flight 7 hours!! We had to seat at the airport with kids on 4th July all day!
1 flight cancelled Had to fly out of different city Flight at new departure city was delayed 3 hours causing us to miss connecting flights. By the time we did make it to Prague our luggage did not. Had to wait day and a half for luggage to be delivered. Customer service was not good. Agents did not arrive at gate until 5-10 minutes before boarding
Awful. Delayed flights, missed connection to Toronto. Hotel vouchers were for already booked hotels x3. Giant waste of my time
Boarding was great, and the crew were very friendly. The seats must have been a bit on the older side and you could feel some of the seat components through the padding. Also, the plugs did not work on the row's entertainment screen or charging ports. Checked bag was transferred for connecting flight, and we appreciated how early we had the connecting gate information.

Over 5 hour delay with minimal updates or ability to standby for alternative flights. During boarding and 1 hr+ wait for takeoff, seats were drenched w water from air conditioning condensation and always leftover crumbs on carpet and seats
Boarded early, left early, arrived 40 mins early! A win win for me!
These airplanes should be illegal. The seats are two tight, it is a safety issue. Wheelchair support was ridiculously slow. We almost missed our flight.
Another delayed flight. When the delays exceed the duration of the flight, it’s a problem.
Trip was great. A wild landing in Ottawa with the wind and rain, but the pilot did a great job. Always love flying United.👍
My luggage was not sent with us. Not sure if this is Envoy Air responsibility but that was a very BAD experience
The planes can use an actual cleaning. The armrest and seats do not appear to be cleaned on this one and most other planes.
It was canceled at the last minute. While I was literally at the airport. Messed my entire trip up.
The flight was good. We had to spend almost an hour on the tarmac when we arrived in Dallas. Waiting for a gate. What’s the point of arriving early if you have no gate to park at?
Terrible. Flight delayed for more than 8 hours with only a $12 meal voucher provided for the inconvenience. The airplane did not have breaks on arrival yet they still made us go through the motions and board on time knowing we could not take off then sit for 40+ minutes before having to get of the time. A complete waste of my time. I cannot believe they can stay business with these shenanigans. I’ll avoid this company like the plague moving forward as the lack of accountability is disgraceful.
Not sure the logic of the boarding in Groups. I was loaded first on the aisle. Then the guy in the middle. Then the guy by the window. Constantly holding up the other people boarding behind them with us blocking the aisle and this happened in most of the other rows

Fantastic! If it had not been for a check-in agent in Knoxville I may have not gotten my passes on British Airways. I couldn’t check-in online because British Airways had messed us the info on my tickets to London & Inverness. AA’s was great! British Airways was a continuous series of delays and frustrations.
Pulled out of the gate only to sit in the tarmac for an hour and a half for paperwork. Paperwork. Went back to the gate to refuel.
The arriving flight was a few minutes late, but the gate crew helped to deplane and board our outgoing flight quickly and efficiently. We were able to depart quickly and arrive at ORD almost at the posted time. Great job.
