It was as good as it could be. Flying is not a pleasant experience these days.
There was an unruly family behind us that made the short flight miserable!!! The cabin crew did nothing to contain it.
Flight delay was frustrating, also you cannot checkin online without delta app, web browser check-in throw errors
Got on the plane and sat there for an hour before departure.
Very large passenger too space from my own seat. Arm board couldn’t be lowered because of his size. It wads very uncomfortable trip, as the flight was full couldn’t move anywhere having back pain because of the position in which I was the entire flight.
Cramped seating for me. Luckily it wasn’t a long flight
5 hour delay. They blamed the weather but it was the computer issues they had been dealing with for days.
I usually have a positive experience with Delta. Complimentary upgrades are always nice!
The captain was amazing and kept us informed throughout that there would be some rough air. The flight also got delayed but we were able to actually leave on time, which was great.
The staff did not do a good job of getting everyone boarded quickly, so we missed our take off window and had to sit on the tarmac for 20+ min waiting for our turn. The plan was old. Pockets on the back of seats were torn and tearing off. One of the attendants was rude-she would ask a question but he walking away before you finished answering so she kept getting our drink orders wrong.
Like the fact that the boarding was expedited. But the delay and chaos around the onboarding was not appreciated.
The flight crew were very helpful. The seats were very close together. There was barely room to sit without touching the person next to you.
I’m an EP on AA every year for more than a decade but this was a very pleasant and surprising experience. Clean and sizable plane for HOU to CHI. 5 row first class. And excellent food in first class the steak option was really good. Your flight attendants even better. Seat 5A

Not a bad flight but a long delay boarding and taking off due to the pilot not arriving on time.
I would have preferred a flight voucher and to hop on a different flight. Delayed over 6 hours.
I almost missed my connection in Chicago due to having to wait on a gate to be open I am assuming. Having to run from E terminal to C terminal and I barely made it there before they closed the door. This may not be the actual airline's fault it's crazy how there is so little time between flight especially when they are placed so far apart in the airport.
The head rest is too big and cannot be placed differently/removed. Causes one head to tilt forward and increase back pain
Another delayed flight. When the delays exceed the duration of the flight, it’s a problem.
Trip was great. A wild landing in Ottawa with the wind and rain, but the pilot did a great job. Always love flying United.👍
Delays and cancellations. Mechanics weren’t on site. Replacement plane took hours to arrive although it should have arrived within 90 minutes. Flight back was cancelled. Ended up driving over 12 hours and wasting 3 days between everything.
Not one thing to like. Three flights all with “mechanical” delays. Never got to where I was going and spent additional $500 for a hotel room. American Airlines is the worst in the industry!
It was canceled at the last minute. While I was literally at the airport. Messed my entire trip up.
The flight was good. We had to spend almost an hour on the tarmac when we arrived in Dallas. Waiting for a gate. What’s the point of arriving early if you have no gate to park at?
Terrible. Flight delayed for more than 8 hours with only a $12 meal voucher provided for the inconvenience. The airplane did not have breaks on arrival yet they still made us go through the motions and board on time knowing we could not take off then sit for 40+ minutes before having to get of the time. A complete waste of my time. I cannot believe they can stay business with these shenanigans. I’ll avoid this company like the plague moving forward as the lack of accountability is disgraceful.
Not sure the logic of the boarding in Groups. I was loaded first on the aisle. Then the guy in the middle. Then the guy by the window. Constantly holding up the other people boarding behind them with us blocking the aisle and this happened in most of the other rows

Fantastic! If it had not been for a check-in agent in Knoxville I may have not gotten my passes on British Airways. I couldn’t check-in online because British Airways had messed us the info on my tickets to London & Inverness. AA’s was great! British Airways was a continuous series of delays and frustrations.
Pulled out of the gate only to sit in the tarmac for an hour and a half for paperwork. Paperwork. Went back to the gate to refuel.
The arriving flight was a few minutes late, but the gate crew helped to deplane and board our outgoing flight quickly and efficiently. We were able to depart quickly and arrive at ORD almost at the posted time. Great job.
