The flight attendant MS. Alley (?) was very rude in behavior. I was going to the toilet room; she stopped me on the way, and let another person behind me to go first. This happened in flight 630 from O'hare to Laguardia, on November 26, 2017. I was extremely disappointed at this behavior. Other crew members were very nice. Thanks Joe

Too MANY Announcements . There were too many automated announcements and crew announcements after take off. There were about 6-8 announcements during a 1.5 hour flight at 7am. The first 5 announcements were the same, no new information until 1hr into flight.

Exit row seat very roomy with plenty of leg room.

Flight from ORD to LGA delayed even though the plane was already at the gate in ORD. No announcement explaining why it was delayed. What was worse was that after landing at LGA, baggage tagged as Priority did not come out first, it came out much later - after numerous non-priority baggage came out. This is not the first time this has happened at LGA. What's the point of tagging it as Priority if it won't be handled that way?

Very efficient boarding, comfortable coach seats, good crew

No food! except pretzels and sandwiches for purchase. I didn't purchase a sandwich but on the outbound flight, the two guys next to me did and were both vocal about their disappointment with what they received for $9. And they were strangers who didn't talk to each other the rest of the time, so I think they meant it. Also, entertainment: they had a movie on the pop-down screens, and 4 free movies to stream to your device using on-board Wifi, as well as 2 TV shows. So maybe I'm being harsh. But it was a transcontinental flight and they didn't have headrest screens loaded with movies. Is this only for international flights? The movies were bad, or at least not appealing to me ('Keanu' and 'Zoolander 2'). It was possible to pay for additional movies, but who wants to do that? It was sort of the EasyJet model, where you get good basic service but pay for everything additional that one gets for free on Delta. Maybe that was reflected in the price I paid for the ticket, but I was expecting that AA would be in the same league as United and Delta. One nice perk: free wifi for T-Mobile customers, including me.

I liked that they thought that tic tacs is a solution to a 14 hour delay. Screw you, United.

Since I missed this connecting flight by 8 hours, the best united could guarantee was a flight 2 DAYS LATER. I had to sleep at the airport. No food vouchers, no compensation. Waited in Uniteds line for 3 hours just to talk to someone. They lost my luggage which I had PAID to check; it was sent to the wrong airport. They guanteed luggage delivery by Thursday night. It arrived Saturday morning at 3am.

Small plane. Very good service. Did not suffer through the crazy multi level boarding calls that some airlines have. No super secret airline clubs that board first. Flying into the Marine terminal is the best part of the trip.

The wifi didn't seem to work at all on the plane.

I choose flights based on their amenities and this one had offered full WIFI service which swayed me to choose to fly with Delta. I'm not sure who is to blame about this issue but I'm pretty frustrated that it was completely dysfunctional.

Very nice flight and attentive staff. Enjoyed the view of NYC as we flew up the East River, then looped over Nassau County to approach LGA.

The male flight attendant who handed out the complimentary drinks and snacks acted a bit strangely. I was very thirsty, and I asked him if I could keep the rest of the can of soda. He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird.

Just being able get home.

After madly rushing to get to the gate, we found out 5 minutes before scheduled boarding time that there would be a 15 minute delay in boarding. After that, we were told there would be another 30 minute delay. Once we were on board and the cabin doors were closed we were told there would be another 55 minute delay. Also, LGA is such a mess these days due to construction and would have been nice to get an email notification beforehand about it. We barely made our outgoing flight!

The Gogo Inflight wifi and entertainment did not work for even a minute. I choose flights based on their amenities and this one had offered full WIFI service which swayed me to choose to fly with Delta. I'm not sure who is to blame about this issue but I'm pretty frustrated that it was completely dysfunctional.

Small plane. Very good service. Did not suffer through the crazy multi level boarding calls that some airlines have. No super secret airline clubs that board first. Flying into the Marine terminal is the best part of the trip.

The wifi didn't seem to work at all on the plane.

Flight was on time, crew was friendly, plane was clean, and boarding was painless and efficient. Food was served which was a huge plus. I appreciate having a choice of almonds for a snack.

Aircraft seemed shabby despite refresh of Comfort Plus, food was really mediocre. Steer clear of the Asian Veg option.

The flight attendant MS. Alley (?) was very rude in behavior. I was going to the toilet room; she stopped me on the way, and let another person behind me to go first. This happened in flight 630 from O'hare to Laguardia, on November 26, 2017. I was extremely disappointed at this behavior. Other crew members were very nice. Thanks Joe
