The lines were short. Staff was friendly. The prices were great! This is a very professional air line and I will definitely use them again. A few things to improve on: simple things like complimentary coffee or water would be nice. Also, a magazine for flyers would give us a nice touch of entertainment. These are small things that matter.
The flight was delayed 3 hours on the way out and the return was on time but the departure gate was changed and the terminal information AIRPORT-WIDE was not updated to include the sign at the gate. The lady did not announce the change and 3 of us missed our flight. The choice was to wait until Wednesday or purchase tickets from another airline. $1000 later we were on our way without an apology. I will never fly Frontier again. You get what you pay for.
got there safely and our checked luggage went with us ; plus the employees were nice but that's about it. Could've been worse but won't Frontier to make it so in the future.
We were late arriving on both flights, online check in didn't work, had to pay extra for ANY seat and for all other things that aren't normally paid for on other airlines and the airline overall is obviously barely making it. I thought that major carriers such as Delta and United were bad but Frontier and so many others that are cut rate airlines make them look not so bad which is why I'll go back to flying with them and Frontier will probably never see my money again.
Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)
The flight was extremely late arriving and yet the notifications I received said the flight was on time. It was so late that I missed my connecting flight and ultimately missed work. A reasonably priced flight ended up costing me almost $500 due to taxi, sitter, and lost wages. Not to mention the previous flight was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. Thankfully I was able to book a flight through Delta to make it home. FYI, Delta has it figured out. Comfort and style.

Flight left an hour late. Delay caused numerous travelers (including myself) to miss connecting flights. Plane was cramped and we had to sit there for over an hour on the tarmac while we waited for an issue with the plane's weight to be resolved.
Flight delayed so booked on another flight. Get to layover and was told that United tried but couldn't book the second leg of the flight after all. Before we left our original destination, they assured us all the arrangements had been made. Lying to customers doesn't look good for businesses.
