Flight was delayed 14 hours due to DC air show and weather. Missed connection to MUC.
For my wife to be seated with our two children they put them in the last row on the plane where the seats don’t recline very much. The seats in front of them reclined fully which is basically in the lap of the last row which made it difficult to eat, move or watch the entertainment provided.
The entertainment options on the seat back video boards were nice.
There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!
Teeny tiny bathrooms, crew was not realistic about when we'd arrive.
Very bad! They kept delaying my flight and wouldn’t do anything about it
The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.
Due to late arrival flight we missed the connection. There's no way possible we could have made it through customs and made the flight to Prague given the time allowed. Even if there was no delay from MIA to FRA I question if we would have made the PRA flight.
Flight was not comfortable and crew was rude and not wanted to help, i would never choose united if there is alternate options . not cooperative with baby
Seat comfort is still an issue. Seats way too hard or lacking lumbar support. Entertainment system has lots of nice features like “Don’t wake me for meals”. The Bluetooth headphone pairing works well if you know how to make your pods available for pairing. While this trip I didn’t find any of the many many movies that interesting, there is plenty in there for all tastes. Crew were excellent. Captain was good about telling us how limg seat belt sign would be on while going around a storm system. Wi-Fi was quite good for only $8 bucks for mileage plus members. Be sure to load a credit card into your United app to pay for food or drinks.
Terrible steward... Plane was quite empty... I asked to move "back" in the plane and the steward said no... Unnecessary power trip of mediocre people.
It was a typical flight. We had a delay which seems to be the normality now. And we had no in flight service due to conditions.
It was a code share with Alaska - would have been great if I actually made it on the plane, claimed I didn’t have a ticket or a seat even thought I was checked in.
Plenty of overhead space but forced to check my carry-ons both legs
The flight from CLE to JFK was fantasti! Pilots and cre were informative and accommodating.
Everything was ok except that we had to de-ice the plane which took about 20 mins. I realize this is a safety issue, but it caused us to miss a connection in Charlotte by 15 mins which meant a four hour layover. I think the thing that bothered me was American Airlines knew we were only 15 mins late, so couldn’t they have waited for us? There were about 10 of us that had to take alternate planes. I remember recently waiting 15 to 20 mins for passengers connecting with flights we were on. Just wondering why they couldn’t do the same for ours.
Another American flight delay. Gate staff was gratuitously abusive of anyone expressing frustration. This will be my last American Airlines flight
Abysmal, getting delayed approximately 13 times, having to switch out a crew with another crew that timed out within an hour, and customer service representatives that abandoned the stranded travelers. Terrible service
Flight attendants used to be nice to people. And any flight over 5 hours should have some kind of food other than tiny pretzels and one drink comped.

Broken seat did not recline fully, broken footrest, no air vents, no electricity for charging devices, outlets for headphones or isb did not work. Rude crew. Horrible experience. Would never fly Lufthansa again
The Discover flight from TPA to FRA was exceptionally unprofessional and incompetent in organization. First the entertainment system was completely nonfunctional for the entire plane and no competent IT support to fix. Than they could not serve any coffee or tea because they ran out of water - reflecting the exceptionally incompetent management at Discovery and most embarrassing for Lufthansa and a German airline, more like a third world country. The food was mediocre at best and minimalistic for Discover, particularly with the much higher standards at Lufthansa.
Lufthansa's Miami International counter folks are very strict on carry-on weight. Can't be greater than 8 kg otherwise they force you to check it for a fee. Bags came out at baggage claim as soon as we arrived to that location (it is a far walk from arrival gate to bag pickup). We do travel with Lufthansa domestically and enjoy every trip.
It was a short flight, everything was good with it.

Lufthansa staff was fantastic, but the airport was a mess. I was at this airport in the past and I have never experienced any problem, but this time it was nutty because of soccer tournament: UEFA 2024 championship
What food? What entertainment? The questionnaire does not make sense.
The transatlantic leg was on Discover Airlines. I’m 6’2” and the extra leg room seat was acceptable, the seat it self was moderately comfortable (slightly softer than a church pew). The food was a standard economy fare. Frankfurt to Prague leg was on Lufthansa the business class was as advertised 10 across the board.
Hands down the worst travel experience period. Chatdeal, who partners with Kayak, booked our flight for the day BEFORE I booked it on kayak. All of our travel information in Kayak and on the Kayak app showed we'd be leaving on Oct 7th, however Chatdeal made all our travel plans starting on the 6th. I am not flighting with Chatdeal to get a refund as our entire trip which I've been planning for since March of this year has been ruined. This trip was intended for my husband and I to finally meet my in law's in India for this first time and his first time seeing his family since COVID started. DO NOT BOOK ANY FLIGHT WHERE CHATDEAL IS THE AGENT! This company has ruined a year's worth of planning and is trying to say I it's our fault and not theirs.
It was only an hour flight, but at that, it was still late
Departure was delayed leading to late arrival, 25 min wait for a gate. Basically, missed all our connections & had to be rebooted, which was a very long process.
Plane was extremely delayed, but not all of it was BA fault (some was). Worst part was lack of room - this had as much space as an Allegiant flight. I thought transatlantic usually gave you an extra inch or two, but not this one. Entertainment system sporadically worked and didn’t have great options. Overhead bins are old and tiny, not as good as aunties new planes.
The company that I bought my tickets through, Cheapflightsfares, failed to provide my confirmation information in a timely manner, so I was unable to check on at the country and therefore unable to make my flight. As a matter of fact, I STILL have not received the confirmation. After having read more and more reviews about the company, Cheapflightsfares appears to have scammed hundreds of hopeful travelers out of thousands of dollars. Please look into this company and, for the sake of anyone planning their next trip, stop allowing them to do business through you.

It was better than usual. I try to avoid American if possible.
The crew was attentive . The boarding gate was assigned incorrectly. It was closed and no directions were provided. The alternative gate was "next door" but it was my guesswork, not proper communication from the airport/airline. The flight was delayed over 1 hour. I missed a train connection. The amount of food was very minimal on this flight.
It was fine, seats were entirely too small. I’m not a huge man, and my hips barely fit in the seat.

The flight was delayed for more than 5 hours. It was a headache trying to wait for the plane after it got delayed over 4 times. Both Flights took were delayed for 4+ hours... After all the rebooking and navigating around the airport it was a complete hassle
The 2 hour flight from London to Prague didn't offer a meal or entertainment. It would be nice if they could offer something more besides a bag of pretzels, maybe a snack pack, and there's enough time for a movie or a couple of TV episodes, or even a nice magazine.
