Meanwhile, the trains at MCO are malfunctioning badly as they chaotically try to replace them. The boarding agent acknowledged these issues as she explained to me and 5 other people that we couldn't get on the plane that wasn't scheduled to leave for 12 more minutes. Finally, thank God, a supervisor arrived and called the captain of the plane who subsequently let us board. Completely unnecessary situation. Very disappointed."

Pros: "first of all, the flight attendants were SO friendly, especially compared to United and American Airlines. and FREE WIFI! oh and real snacks not shitty snack mix that United gives. OH and the boarding process! thank you for COMMON SENSE, board the back of the plane first!!!! overall i am very happy with the experience. the economy seats gave as much leg room as the economy plus on United. as you can tell I hate united and have been flying with them a long time."

Cons: "I came 40min prior to my flight and found out that it was too late to check in my bag. I rescheduled my flight for $50 fee to make sure I get in in time for my meeting. When I went inside, I found out that my original flight got delayed and was leaving only 15min earlier than my new flight, which then got delayed for another 45min...disaster. Essentially, I paid extra $50 for nothing. In fact, I would have been on my original flight and gotten to my meeting in time had they not had you are on your own attittude toward customers."

Got to my destination along with my luggage. Did not feel cramped on the plane and I was in a regular seat. Did not feel like I had to spend through the nose to just have a passable experience."

My flight arrived in time and I barely made the gate and TAP called my name as I was running to the gate on time, but since JetBlue changed my flight they said I couldn't get on the flight I was scheduled and purchased. So I had to get a hotel, neither paid for that or the money I spent in Boston for over 24 hours. Terrible work."

The pilot spoke to us clearly and explained the delay, etc. (due to weather)."

My biggest issue was that my boarding pass on the app was incorrect -- I changed my flight from May 17 to May 22 but the boarding pass still said may 17, so I had to get a paper pass from the ticket counter. This was after I called JetBlue, and they supposedly fixed the problem. The flight was extremely bumpy, the entire way. All this after a 1 hour delay for the flight. Thankfully, we had no connections."

There were no gate agents present and despite banging on the gateway door and other Delta agents at the adjacent gate, no one helped me. I can only surmise that they had already given away our seats, which were award tickets, GAINED BY BEING A LOYAL DELTA CUSTOMER. The gate agents were unapologetic and useless at rebooking, and I bought a ticket from Southwest instead. As i was trying to get to my sister's wedding, and repeatedly told the agents this, their behavior was particularly abominable. DELTA, YOU'VE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER."

I proceeded to try an get on the next flight at 8:20 while asking about a window seat the lady told me I would have to pay an additional $19! Well I had already paid $50. So the nice lady put me on that flight after I had already asked for window seat. She put me in the middle seat! I get that planes have problems and flights are delayed! There was so much bad yesterday then good and I feel like delta should know. It's more and more bad everytime I fly! Please fix these problems!"

Cons: "Checked in Over 2 hours early for the flight and was given the row right next to the bathroom and in front of a screaming infant for a red eye flight. The crew talked, or rather shouted in their back of the plane seats for the entire red eye flight while most of us were trying to sleep. I'm not sure if they were trying to talk over the screaming toddler or the general plane noise but being able to hear every word of their conversation despite the aforementioned and with active noise cancelling on seems unacceptable. They should be trying to control chaos not add to it."

My advice: be sure to pack enough for a couple of days in your carryon - and don't accept an offer to check your carryon to its final destination!"
Cons: "We had five pieces of luggage lost during our flight from the U.S. to Spain. When we arrived in Madrid we were told that all five pieces had been located. When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall."

We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

They book me another flight which has more connections. When I was waiting for my next flight there were actually more flight going and direct to Geneva before my flight. I even ask the gate personel if There is more seats avilable for one of those flight before my flight. They said yes but because I had a luggage it will take time to transfer my luggage and they will end up being delayed. United airlines is HORRIBLE!!! My flight were delayed and with that they should have more consideration for those costumers who were delayed. But instead of being kind and considerate. They had book me a later flight and the worse thing is the itenerary had more connections. Very Exhausting. The other costumer when we were in the line at the costumer service desk some people were given flight which are like 12 hrs away. How Horrible service. I WILL NOT FLY WITH UNITED AIRLINES AGAIN. Very POOR SERVICE."

Pros: "I like that I was added to the upgrade list. I used to loathe flying with United because the staff and crew were simply terrible. They were rude, unhelpful and could care less about what you needed. However, since that unfortunate incident of dragging that poor man off the plane a while back, you all have been trying very hard to get your butts in gear and do better and I see it. Keep improving the training is employees and I’ll be proud to fly with you all again."
Cons: "However the list is so long and not realistic that anyone will ever actually get upgraded. Im usually number 40 or higher and there are often maybe 4-6 actual upgrade seats. Guess it’s just a way to let everyone one where they stand so I gets it snktball awful."

Cons: "United has a system glitch and we were delayed. I got in around 1 am instead of 11 pm. I decide to order a glass of wine and since they don’t give receipts. I found out i was charged for 2 glasses instead of one. To top it off the co-worker i was traveling with didn’t get charged due to the inconvenience and delay. i travel a lot with United (higher status than him) and would have liked that offer (and not get charged one i didn’t order) being a mileage plus and credit card holder. I did go on line and ask for a credit and they did make it right and give me a credit."
Cons: "The plane was over two hours late! They decided to use a plane from Tokyo, so we got to wait for customs. I had just lost my mother and all I wanted to was get home. They kept saying soon. It doesn't seem efficient to use an international plane for domestic flights!"

I hit the call light, tried to catch them as the crew was distributing headphones, and the light got turned off by an off-duty flight attendant without checking that we needed something. I got it in the end with an apology from crew but I still don't feel terribly safe Also, the paid entertainment system that my neighbors purchased seemed to be down with static for a portion of the flight."

They charge for snacks other than 2 oz. of pretzels. If this is considered part of the hospitality industry, the company gets a failing grade. The individual staff do the best they can."

When we tried to follow directions, we were not able to check in. Without checking in, we could not reserve seats. After numerous phone calls, to various numbers, we were not able to check in or reserve seats. By continuing to ask questions, to try and understand, we were told we were "under airport control". This was an "at random" situation and online check in was not available. Only 5 minutes earlier, we were still being instructed to check in online! We had never heard of this. I contacted a neighbor, who flies often internationally and within the U.S. He said it had happened to him once. He agreed that driving to the airport in Sacramento was a wise decision. This is not what we wanted to be doing 1 day before departure. At Sacramento we found a kind gentleman who saw our dilemma and checked us in as a favor. We saw assigned seats. He suggested we request to improve our seats the following travel day. It was a very challenging morning. As I tried to improve our seating the following day I was told, by airport staff, that this happened because we booked through Kayak? Rather with an attitude that we should have booked differently. This was a vacation we had looked forward to for years. I worked hard at not letting this difficult start damage my trip. Upon arrival in Amsterdam, I tried to learn more, to prevent a similar situation on the way home."

My fiancé wrote two complaints to the airline during our wait - none of which received a response. This airline is unprofessional and I will not fly it again."

I ended up ubering home, an hour drive. Frontier sent an apology e-mail with a $50 re-emburstment; since my time, missed ride home, and money spent is equivalent to a $50 voucher to their airline. Again withing a 10 hour period I called to reschedule my flight and again they wanted to charge me $115 this time because I had to change airports withing the same DC area. on my way from new mexico to colorado (driving) I got into a major car accident involving a semi in the desert on a high way and ended p with no car in TAOS New Mexico... when I called to again rebook my flight I was at the end of my patience I honestly had felt that the universe was conspiring against me keeping me in NM. I This time though I requested to speak to a supervisor and sure enough he was able to help me with out any extra charge to get my flight booked. The level of satisfactory customer service shouldnt be reserved until the customer is pissed off. nothing was more infuriating then to have outsourced customer service from india telling 99 99 99 99 99 and that he cant do anything about it.... When we tried to check in early for each leg of our round trip flight we found out that the flights were very overbooked and to reserve a seat on the plane we had to pay extra regardless of where we sat. When you factor in the carry on bag charges we ended up paying an extra couple hundred dollars on top of the price of the tickets. I will not be flying Frontier again, especially when a couple of the other budget plane companies don't charge for carry on bags or to simply get a seat on the plane we had already paid to fly on. I also was surprised to find out that I even had to pay for a cup of water mid-flight. I thought that it was against the law to refuse water to someone when they are thirsty, but the flight attendant assured me it wasn't."
