Cons: "I had selected a new seat when I checked in online but my boarding pass reflected my old seat and for a nearly four hour flight only offering snacks once and water a couple times felt like it should have been more. There were also people watching movies without headphones on a red eye and there weren't any crew asking them to wear headphones since people were trying to sleep."

Cons: "I dint know i needed a chinese visa to travel to shanhai, My flight began on denver then seattle and from seattle i wasnt able to fly to china. I received no help at all, all they did was cancel my booking not received any kind of refund and i got stuck in seattle, i had to buy new tickets to go back to denver after losing my flights and not getting a dime back, this is unacceptable!"

Pros: "Dexter Alaska agent in Seattle helped get me to Portland then Medford a day late."
Cons: "Denver agents seemed not to care at all and said I could not get a hotel voucher in Seattle. Phone agent said I could get a hotel voucher because it was mechanical failure. arrived late late late into Seattle to be told there were no hotels available. I had to be insistant to get agents to make the effort to get me routed. They to me I would have no hotel and then wait until 5 pm the next day to fly to Medford. They gave no food vouchers. I had to pay for a hotel I never slept in in Medford and meals. Seems like Alaska has few flights out of Seattle and Denver and no other partner agreements to help route you. Really horrible bad experience. Not what you expect when you patly $500 plus trip insurance. Pathetic."

Headrests on window seats in the exit row don't move. No free in-flight entertainment. Since there's relatively no equipment cost to airline to allow streaming to personal devices, this is pretty disappointing."

She used the claim that the flight was overbooked and 20 people needed to check their bags, then threatened to randomly take them. Meanwhile, 60% of passengers were boarding without roller bags. When I boarded the plane, which was almost full, at least half the overhead bins were empty. I had already gate checked my bag to avoid a confrontation with this pushy lady. Ridiculous!"

I am stuck in Seattle with a service dog who I might not be able to purchase more dog food for because of hotel fees, I probably won't be able to pay for rent at home, and my flight has been changed THREE TIMES IN ONE DAY. I was supposed to leave yesterday, then I was supposed to leave 3 hours from now, and now I don't leave for another 24 hours, and will have to pay ANOTHER DAYS WORTH of hotel fees. Thank you for sending me to the poorhouse, and possibly getting me evicted from my apartment, Alaska Airlines. My service dog and I get to spend 8 hours in an airport tomorrow morning, because checkout is at 1 PM. UNLESS THE FLIGHT CHANGES AGAIN AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER NIGHT."

Cons: "Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips."

Cons: "I bought a ticket thinking i bought it through kayak but I actually bought a ticket through a third party in India. Where no one spoke good English. I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country."

Cons: "The crew forgot to turn the heater on in -3°F creating a situation where the lavatory water lines froze. This caused a two hour delay which made me miss the second leg. Because I missed the second leg I was put on the very last flight out of ATL and got to spend Xmas eve in the airport."

Cons: "The Entertainment sucked. Again I was sitting in comfort class which in theory should buy you more comfort and better entertainment. There was a ton of movies from the 90s and the same movie selection from about 6 months ago when I traveled with them. Also, what is going on, with having to use your own cell phone to watch movies on the plane? Whatever happened to the screens in the backseat of the front seat? I ended up with neck pain from trying to watch a movie on my phone. Delta has become very cheap. It is going into some serious decline."

Cons: "Let me just say that I’m a loyal Delta costumer until now. The flight attendants (the two women) were an absolute nightmare. They were so rude and condescending. I was carrying with me my service dog and a bag containing an expensive medication (it couldn’t go on the top bin). Despite being in the comfort class and having the seat next to me empty, we were tight for space. The flight attendants were unreasonable and forced me to put my medication on the top bin despite the fact I had told them it was extremely delicate, that it that to go upright, and that I needed to keep it with me. They did not listen and pressured me into giving them the medication. The medication could have easily gotten broken. Thankfully it didn’t but this is no way to treat a human being."

Cons: "I fly Delta quite often, and am usually pleased with their service, but the morning of June 23 was terrible. I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

Cons: "I drove 5 hours to get to the airport and unfortunately ended up delayed because of traffic and slow shuttles from parking. I arrived 1 hour before the flight, but security was so slow I didn't get to the gat until 10 minutes before arrival. There were no gate agents present and despite banging on the gateway door and other Delta agents at the adjacent gate, no one helped me. I can only surmise that they had already given away our seats, which were award tickets, GAINED BY BEING A LOYAL DELTA CUSTOMER. The gate agents were unapologetic and useless at rebooking, and I bought a ticket from Southwest instead. As i was trying to get to my sister's wedding, and repeatedly told the agents this, their behavior was particularly abominable. DELTA, YOU'VE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER."

They described how they waited until group 3 was called and then went right through. While we were waiting, we watched them do it again. If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced."

Airport is terribly designed, lacking clear signage and navigation. TSA was a disaster and no one seemed remotely concerned about my father’s comfort or needs."

Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

Cons: "This was a long non-stop flight from Miami to Denver. Over 4 hours. So I took the plunge and bought first class. I always fly first class on any flight over 2 hours. However, I was disappointed. The food was so-so and insufficient. The drinks were also not enough. The video displays were small and poorly located for the movie. The seats seemed uncomfortable. All and all I have come to expect a better experience from American Airlines in First Class. The ticket was expensive."

Then I was told AFTER on plane consumption of my own alcohol that this was a federal offense. Epic mess up you guys.."

I did not know my seating had been changed."

Pros: "People were courteous as expected but as usual the 1st class took precedence. Big deal they pay extra for what, not to eat 1 ounce snack foods and cans of soda."
Cons: "The room and the food was horrible. Seems like every time I take a flight people get stuffed into planes like sardines. Also the food selection was nonexistent. There was not enough qty for each person on the flight and the food choices are subpar and very expensive. If u ask me with the exorbant cost of flight to include now the cost to bring luggage is horrible. What happened to the days when airlines actually cared for their customers. I guess those days are long gone. I have been in he military over 17 years and not once have I received a courtesy upgrade to 1st class and I have flew over the world. Guess it's all about the money. And have to pay for entertainment....go figure and why isn't there outlets on every seta in every row. Is that too much to ask!"

Pros: "My wife and I arrived at airport in Tampa and tried to check our bags in and United ticket counter wasn't working properly. It was malfunctioning. A United agent helped my wife and I very professionally and got everything back to working like it was supposed to."

Cons: "I brought a carry on and had to check it because I was in group. I was not happy. It took 25 minutes for the first piece of luggage to arrive and of course our bags. Last on the plane took a while."

Cons: "I was flying from Pittsburgh to Chicago to Fairbanks. My flight from Pittsburgh was delayed. My connecting flight from Chicago to Fairbanks was in the very next gate. But as I exited my first flight, my connecting flight pulled away from the gate. I was extremely disappointed."

Pros: "Except for the boarding process, the flight went smoothly, the crew was friendly and I had no problems."
Cons: "The boarding process was confusing. I was issued a boarding pass with "see agent" instead of a seat assignment listed. When I saw the United agent at the gate I was told "don't worry we'll find you a seat." I was confused because I felt that I was treated as if I was flying stand by when in reality I booked my ticket in advance. Everything worked out in the end--I was one of the last on the plane but I got a seat and had no issues with finding a place for my carry-on--however, I prefer having an assigned seat to avoid the anxiety of not knowing what is going on during the boarding process."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled due to plane operational issues, could not get a flight out until the following day. Very disappointing"

Pros: "New aircraft, great crew. Arrived a tad early. Easy boarding a deplaning. Ground staff very professional."
Cons: "Paid extra for economy plus. It's still pretty tight on legroom. The new seats have *very little* storage space for personal items like a bottle of water, tablet computer, book, etc. Really, it's insufficient. Blankets too small and thin to compensate for cold cabin temps."

Cons: "The flight left early cause the storm and I had to spend the night at the airport."

Pros: "Has aisle seat so I could stretch one leg."
Cons: "Was crammed in the back with not enough knee room. I'm not overweight, (5'11", 200 lbs) people (including flight attendant kept banging into me as they went past. 1 flight attendant (middle-aged man) obnoxious. Lots of empty seats in the "economy plus" section, once flight was in motion...attendant refused to let anyone move. United obviously shortened up the leg room and space towards the back of the plane to make room for "economy plus" then just left those seats empty when passengers refused to pay the additional $170 (what obnoxious flight attendant said) to sit there. I will look for other carriers..."

Cons: "On a flight as long as this one was it should have included FREE use of the movies, TV shows, the entertainment feature ."

Cons: "My flight out of montrose to Denver was late by 50 minutes or more. So I didn't have a chance to take my flight from Denver to Austin. So I was at the Denver airport for five hours. To catch the next flight. But I understand that things happens. All of the personnel was really help full. No complains about that. I will do it again. I hop to have better luck whit my intineray"

Cons: "I did not make it on time to a wedding because of the delay & problem with the plane."
