Missed connection flight because denver air connections plane was delayed a broke
The crew handed out candy snacks, and water, which was great. However, the airport and airline are terrible at flying. Multiple delays on our departure flight and on return flight it was delayed so long that we missed the connection flight and had to drive home. Terrible service and did not get any compensation. All of their equipment was broken and they never tested it before the plane landed. We were stuck in Ironwood Michigan for five hours.

Excellent, from check Iin to arrival. I was apprehensive about flying a small plane between Ironwood and Chicago, but the flight and service was great. I noticed, after boarding , that my cell phone had little battery left. The flight attendant kindly lent me a charging device to keep me connected with my contact in Chicago upon landing. I will always remember that kindness.

The connecting flight came in 45 min late but everything else was great

Their snacks and hospitality was amazing. They offered full sized snacks. Im talking full sized water bottles, full sized snickers bars, gold fish, full sized canned sodas, what ever you wanted they took care of it for FREE. The crew was really nice and hospitable. I was honestly shocked
The flight was late. The crew was rude. There was no food. Cramped and uncomfortable. Nothing about this flight was good.
It was great. The gate staff were very helpful in Portland when my son forgot his rolling bag and had to go back to get it just in time to make it on the plane. We really appreciate that. Great job!
I don't know why flying out of Sarasota requires two plane changes.
This leg was much better, but we did have to have a 3 hour lay o er after coming from a very exhausting hiccup with our flight from BNA to Den
mandatory demand customer to check their carry on because not enough people check bags.
No trays in our seats, we sat in first row, purchased a business class fare. Had to hold our drinks and snack in our hands. No plugs for our cell phones. Had to pay for it a drink cocktail each. Seats so uncomfortable.
Bring back peanuts Take our drink orders when were all seated, especially after you switch to assigned seating.
The last 30 min or so, they put the heat on full. We thought we were being basted.
Delayed 4 hours due to mechanical issues. No mention of compensation for being over 3 hours late
They wouldn’t serve us 🥤 drinks, said there was too much turbulence, I must have been on different plane ✈️
I’ve flown Contour on 4 different flights in the last couple weeks and every one of the flights were significantly delayed. Like over 2 hours delayed. 3 of the 4 were due to maintenance and one was weather, which is beyond their control. If this continues, I will not fly them anymore. It makes me concerned that they don’t have great maintenance practices. The planes are very old and worn out and the interiors need improvement. I do like the amount of space you have between seats for legroom. They also started charging for bags recently, which I think the did when they partnered up with American Airlines as a codeshare partner. American is also a disaster of an airline so I wish they had some agreement with Delta. I am glad they offer a major airline parternership though. That is certainly giving people more opportunities. I won’t fly Contour unless they have a direct flight to where I am going. If I have to connect then I am going to take Delta. The bus at the DFW airport to get on and off the aircraft is a pain and adds so much extra time to your travel experience. I hope this is temporary while they are building a new terminal, but I don’t know.
Short flight so no entertainment and none expected or appropriate. Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. A good experience.
Love it. No Frills but better than Spirit No Frills. It's like a simple luxury private plane especially if you've got five or six people on it because then you probably got your own section of the plane.

Great flight, professional crew, convenient and interesting nonstop routes. Had trouble with getting precheck listed on boarding pass, but found that customer service was remarkably responsive via email — unheard of with other carriers. A great experience overalll.
I felt like a sardine in my seat. We all did. The plane was so small that I hit my head on the roof when I stood up from my seat. The service was good and the crew were nice.

Had a one hour delay due to mechanical issue. I didn’t think I’d be able to make my connecting flight, but they waited for me and greeted me when I arrived to help things run smooth.
We had a delay, but thankfully I made it to my connection. Overall it went smooth
O’hsre taxi and deboarding took 40 minutes. Needed 20 minutes extra time between connecting flights to avoid running through terminal.
Was great in general, try to respect time and excuses when slight changes have been made, appreciated!
Very uncomfortable seats and seat backs, and I am only 5’9”. Delayed due to crew issues, spent a long time with no ventilation. Teeny overhead bins. Wifi worked well. Arrived safely.
