I have Global Entry and it was on my reservation. When I printed out my boarding pass it was taken off. Plane was very stinky

The ticket price was amazing. It made the negatives acceptable. Friendly but scarce attendants. Although there was no electronic boarding pass for my phone, the printed one did contain useful information.

I was unable to find out how the $9 Club could save on baggage fees. No answer from online help. I thought baggage fee would be in line with American. But NO it was twice as expensive. Next time I will wear camping clothes and pack everything in my personal carry on. Web site is difficult to navigate.

Delayed for two hours then we board and sit on the runway for a half hour. Turbulence for the majority of the flight.

Had to pay $40 for carry on and 17 pp for seat assignmnent then didn’t have the seats chosen. They charge for softdrinks and no free snack. Flight arrived 3 hours late (weather) ... seats don’t recline - no entertainment at all and tray table couldn’t support a styrofoam takeout nor a laptop

This flight was so delayed without clear communication about what was going on. We were rerouted mid flight as well. They made me check my backpack, because apparently now you are not entitled to both a carry on and a personal item. Attendants were rude. No power outlets on flight. This was undesirable.

Friendly gate attendant. Flight was early into LGA. Going through check in and security was a breeze in Denver, even with the long lines, a lot faster than what was expected.

Wouldn't allow me to connect to the "free" entertainment. The leg room was lacking even for someone at only 5'7"

The flight and crew were totally fine. I slept the whole time.

There was not a single JetBlue employee at the Denver airport until exactly 2 hours before the flight. There were many passengers (upwards of 20 and many with small children) waiting around to check their bags and unable to access the food/bathroom/go through security. Everyone was confused and upset. While I understand that there are no flights for several hours prior to the late-night flight I was on, that does not mean that there is no need for an employee presence. Many people arrived multiple hours early because the most common destinations for Denver travelers are the mountain ski towns and the last departures of the shuttles that run from the mountains to the airport leave at 3:00pm. Therefore a large number of passengers arrive by 6:00pm for midnight flights and are left waiting in the check-in area until 10:00pm. The situation was made worse by the poor communication--there were signs saying that checkin was open only from 8:00am-11:00am, which left everyone very confused, given that we were on evening flights. There were many angry people sitting on the floor around the JetBlue counter.

Good choice of snacks for free. Leg room. Easy landing. Good choice of TV and movies.

No complaints. One of the flight attendants seemed kind of annoyed, and put off by any request anybody made.

On the overnight we got eye masks and ear plugs and pleasant lighting. It was very nice. Every one of the staff members were nice and accommodating.

Gate crew in DEN provided free refreshments at the gate during a 2+ hour flight delay.

The aircraft used for this flight comes from LGA as part of an out-and-back. Delays can be expected if there is an earlier departure delay in NYC. On 6/30, this aircraft was 2+ hours late while all other airlines (United, Southwest and Frontier) were all on-time.

Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated.

That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control.

The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.

Seating was wrong , they gave me a different customer's ticket and had me standing waiting for my seat . Attendant left empty bottle in seating area and walked away . Staff was loud and unproffesional.

The flight from Miami to Sao Paulo was delayed, therefore, I lost the flight from Sao Paulo to Asunción, those from Latam did not give me any solution and they sent me to the people of American Airlines saying it was their fault. I traveled 3 hours through the whole airport and they did not give me any solution, no new flight.

Upon arriving to the gate we were delayed 15 min. As the last few people were boarding the gate agents announced there was not more overhead space and we would have to check all bags from now on. I’ve seen this done before but I was very irritated because it seemed as if the gate agents were a little rough with the newly checked bags. As I felt like I didn’t have a choice I checked my bag reluctantly knowing I had a gift for a friend inside and continued boarding. As I boarded I was highly irritated to see more than 5 available overhead spaces for carry ons. I asked the steward why they made us check bags when there was still space and she barely stopped to answer and just said they have a monitor up front that tells them when it’s full. Clearly the monitor was wrong and common sense would lead me to at least take a look before LYING to paying customers. I was very hurt to see the gift I had just bought for my friend was broken when I opened my bag at baggage claim.

I liked the arts and craft show that was showing on the plane.

As I came into the airport I went to a kiosk to check in and the attendant at the kiosk basically took over my passport and started pushing buttons that I never asked her to push. I eventually got my boarding passes only to find I wasn’t assigned a seat for the first flight and I will get it later at the gate. After getting through security my name was called for a extra security screening which I thought was interesting since I have Global Entry and am an American citizen. Weird. Because my name was called I had to get to the gate early. Upon arriving to the gate the gate agent confirmed I have extra security screening and she would assign my seat soon. After waiting some time she assigned me to a middle seat in the last row of the plane! After boarding someone came and sat next to me that was overweight and should have been charged for 2 seats. With such a long flight it’s the least American can do.

The crew members were really nice and apologetic. I feel bad that they have to represent such a poorly managed company

Our flight was delayed until 1 am then pushed back again to 4 am. We werent told about our changes until the last minute. In general there was poor communication. We were told we would get travel vouchers and then told we would get meal vouchers. The meal vouchers were all disorganized, so my friend and I never got them. Pretty terrible experience overall. I'm surprised the passengers were so calm. I pretty much never write reviews, so I'm saying this because it was actually really bad.

Insufficient meals available for the passengers. Flight time was moved back twice and then up. It can really cause problems for people when departure times are moved up. In flight programs were good but no headphones provided. Good thing we brought some!

My red eye flight was quick once we took off.

We were delayed, then undelayed. There always seems to be some type of hickup with my JetBlue flights in and out of JFK. The flight attendant that boarded us made numerous mistakes when calling up particular rows, then yelled at the passengers to move back and get out of the way. Once we landed, they weren't ready for us at the gate so we had to sit on the plane for around 10-15 minutes until they found staff to receive us.

With the 3 hr delay for weather, I appreciated the snack boxes and water provided at the gate.

The flight attendants were very kind and hoped to make up for the pilot’s negligence.

Boarding was weird with a lack of overhead bins and then the pilot was inconsistent with updates to safety issues. We were delayed by an hour and twenty mins and then had to wait on the tarmac for another plane to leave the gate. Feels like I wasted two hours in limbo.

The Denver/JFK leg was 3.5 hours late I had to rush from Terminal 5 to Terminal 7 at JFK and nearly missed the second flight
