New airbus has even LESS room!! Have to manhandle your personal bag out of the even smaller space under the seat! A soda is $3! There is Nothing to read anymore and the crew are overwhelmed with cranky people... making them cranky.

The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.

Virtually no food options.

It was an hour after boarding before take off. Another 15 minutes on the ground after landing waiting for a gate at midnight on a weekday. I understand that circumstances occur beyond the airlines control, but this has been routinely occurring on my trips with Frontier. Absent compelling reasons, I will not be flying with them again.

Crew was friendly, take off and landing were good!

Just a general observation I notice the more I travel...I really wish they would stop making the aisles of planes so small!

Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated.

That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control.

I just don't like being charged $40 on top of the fare to bring a carryon bag that fits above seat, this should be included in price and still have reasonable air fare. I chose this flight because of the fare then got hit with the extra charge for my carryon and we did not even get any pretzels or chips to snack on either for free. You have to buys snacks, not even a complimentarty snack, so because of this I will most likely choose to fly Frontier Airlines anymore. The flight was great though. Very efficient and timely and the Pilot was fantastic in his take off and landings. Very smooth.

The flight was first delayed from 10:40 pm to 11:20 pm. After boarding to leave by 11:20, the pilot announces they have a problem with a seat belt in the cockpit. This leaves us grounded till 1:00 am. The crew didn't lower the lights in the cabin so people could sleep, and this was due to "policy". If I can avoid it, I will never fly with Frontier again. What a disaster of an airline.

The flight attendants were so nice and accomadating. Even came by to refill our waters! I've never been on a flight with such friendly flight attendants!

Everything ran smoothly on this flight. No delays before, pleasant staff, great entertainment selection, okay food options, working equipment (e.g., tv in the headrest worked, seatbelts worked, lavatories were operational, etc.). This flight met all my expectations

The only hiccup was the wait time on the runway before take off. Not sure if that was the airport’s fault or the airline’s fault. We must have waited 45 minutes.

The flight attendants were very kind and hoped to make up for the pilot’s negligence.

Boarding was weird with a lack of overhead bins and then the pilot was inconsistent with updates to safety issues. We were delayed by an hour and twenty mins and then had to wait on the tarmac for another plane to leave the gate. Feels like I wasted two hours in limbo.

I can only surmise that they had already given away our seats, which were award tickets, GAINED BY BEING A LOYAL DELTA CUSTOMER. The gate agents were unapologetic and useless at rebooking, and I bought a ticket from Southwest instead. As i was trying to get to my sister's wedding, and repeatedly told the agents this, their behavior was particularly abominable. DELTA, YOU'VE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

Flight crew from Geneva was nice

The pilot held the Geneva flight for 35 minutes for late arriving inbound passengers. This helped them but hurt far more passengers connecting in Washington DC. We missed our flight and waited in standby mode all evening for a Denver flight.

Seats were nice and enjoyed the entertainment. Late flight meant loads of open seats and everyone was very happy about that.

Delayed a half hour to board because flight attendants other flight was late getting in, but they kept us informed the entire time. Wasn’t their faults. Once we were on the plane, our flight was delayed for an hour, once again the pilots kept us informed and it wasn’t their faults. But it was kinda annoying.

As i was trying to get to my sister's wedding, and repeatedly told the agents this, their behavior was particularly abominable. DELTA, YOU'VE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.
