Cons: It was great! Left 5 minutes early and arrived 30 minutes early! My bag was waiting for me when I got to baggage claim - no waiting!!

Pros: Crew was good. Seating not comfortable for me needs to recline and should have movies or vidieo.

Cons: flight was delayed and the delay time changed multiple times. Originally scheduled for 7, moved to 9:20, moved to 8:17, boarded by 8:17, waited on the tarmac until 9. No power outlets on the plane.

Cons: I was squished between 2 people a lot bigger then me, I wish the seats weren’t so close where you’re touching the person sitting next to you

Pros: Good, cheap flight that gets the job done. No issues boarding, seats were fine. Cannot comment on most things as I fell asleep almost immediately.

Pros: Seats were very comfortable in first class. Very happy with that experience for short haul flight. Enjoyed the service. Flight attendant checked on me multiple times and offered beverages.

Cons: When there was a ground delay, Desk checkin people should not have said go get something to eat when the flight was delayed an hour. Apparently the captain sped up the departure and me and a whole row of people missed the flight despite sitting in front of them with the plane still at gate.

Cons: The frontier flight is affordable but then you get charged for every little thing like both a checked bag and even a carry-on bag. They didn’t offer a drink of soda for free

Pros: Boarding was on time and very smooth. We departed and arrived right on time as well!

Pros: This was our first trip flying on Spirit Airlines. I was surprised at how simple it was to check in, once I figured out their site is built for mobile used more than computer use, and how good the flight was. We had good non-stop flights and the crew was great!

Pros: The staff was excellent and the boarding process was quick and smooth. While the flight was delayed, staff really did a great job moving everyone along quickly and safely.

Cons: This was my first time flying Frontier. The flight was 2 and 1/2 hours delayed. While the boarding process was quick, the delay really put a damper on the flight. Seats were very uncomfortabe and seemed smaller than other airlines I have traveled more frequently. The carpet had gum all over it.

Cons: Avoiding the 40 minute taxi at departure, and finding better staff. We encountered the worst gate attendant and rude crew members who didn’t sympathize us traveling as a party of 7, with two young infants and one disabled adult.

Cons: Takes to long to get off the ground but that really can’t be avoided... still left and arrived at destination on time

Cons: Customer Service at the Priority Check-in could have been much friendlier, I’ve experienced much better customer service from Delta Airlines. Plus the flight attendants could have been more attentive that sitting up front in the galley and just chatting with each other.

Cons: The over weight passenegers need to keep their arms and elbows, within their seat space. And not been inconsiderate and turn a light on at night, while they are sleeping and the other person next to them, is not, because of it!!

Pros: The 787 is a nice aircraft

Cons: It should not take 2 hours from touchdown to the terminal. The flight arrived early but by the time the last passenger made it to the terminal, they probably missed their connection.
