Pros: My flight was amazing---amazing in the fact that I had to be on top of flight status and was rudely spoken to by the sellers of the ticket. They almost cancelled my entire trip, even though I paid for it, because while at work I could not pick up the phone when they called me. This site is seriously a scam to buy your ticket from. I survived and was able to go---but I would never encourage anyone to buy through this site, unless you just really love living a nightmare. If you love nightmares, why not. Go ahead.

Cons: I had very bad emotions sickness from London to Dallas TX. After I got on the plane I asked one crew member if I have any chance to switch the seat to sit by the bathroom because I am very sick, but seems no one cares. They said there is nothing they can do and tell me to get back to my seat. The whole fight I was sick. It was a horrible no crews member were asked me how I felt. No crews member checked me if I were ok. I had fever and so sick. There were late. I never have any bad fight like this forever.

Pros: Great light, great staff. They did not have any movies or music you could listen to, but everything else was fabulous.

Cons: Sat on the tarmac for 20 Minutes, after taking off late. Arrived to my connecting gate 10 Minutes prior to scheduled departure with no delta attendants in sight and watched my plane sit at the gate and pull away with no way to get on board. Now I’m waiting unnecessarily for 4 hours on another flight.

Pros: Excellent flight with efficient service. Flight was on time and friendly staff

Pros: Boarded and left JFK on time and arrived 15 minutes early to Seattle. Love DELTA.

Pros: Better than average entertainment system for domestic flights.

Cons: Boarding done against logic: my seat was in the last 5 rows of the cabin and I was scheduled to board in the final group. When I got to my seat the first 30 rows were nearly fully, but the back of the plane was half empty. The whole time the gate agent was urging passengers to move faster through the aisle, but Delta should really rethink its boarding strategy. It shouldn't take 40 minutes to board a 757.

Pros: Lots of empty seats, we got some sleep.

Cons: Delayed, but not announced all at once. People could have been put on other planes if the delay had been honestly announced

Cons: Not on time, flight got cancelled and they just rebooked to the next day with no support for overnight stay, rental, etc.

Pros: The service on the non stop flight United Airlines from San Francisco to Osaka was excellent.

Cons: I wish there could be more movies about nature on the entertainment network.

Cons: We are okay with seat area but would ask that united freeze seat backs. The inconsiderate bumpkins in front of us put seat back and then leaned forward the whole flight. we could not even put our tray table all the way down. Coke spilled all over us in turbulence as liose tabke bounced significantly more than if set in place. Give people rude, freeze saet so cant recline or remove tray tables so we dont hurt ourselves due to rude people.
