Flight personnel were friendly, funny, professional, and attentive,.The plane was clean and my checked luggage was out inunder 15 minutes enabling me to catch the shuttle that left SeaTac 1/2 an hour after landing."

Cons: "We boarded, then were told to exit after sitting for close to 40 minutes on the jetway with NO AC. It was close to 2 hours until a flight could take us to SFO. It ruined my plans and I will be requesting a full refund from Alaska."

Cons: "By this time in my trip, my day had been so long, and I was still so upset over how late we were due to some selfish individuals and an airline catering to them, that I was not capable of assessing the flight. Icelandair did lose my check baggage. Which means that out of three times I have flown with Icelandair, they have lost my checked baggage twice. Another reason I doubt I will ever use Icelandair again."

Pros: "The ticket desk people were very nice in assisting us with ars baggage weigh in and tagging. The 2 flight attendants did a great job of handling a full plane of passengers. Nice legroom on the Embraer flight. We are arrived 1/2 early. The food and cheese plate was pretty good for the price."
Cons: "We were an hour late leaving the gate but the pilots made up for half of that time in the air. I was not bothered since that was the end of our trip and we had nowhere to be."

Cons: "It was the worst flight experience i have ever had!!. Our flight was scheduled for departure at 845 pm July 5th, and did not end up departing until 203 am!! We had to sit in the airport for 8 hrs, i barely had any money left and had to use it on food and snaks while we waited. The staff was very rude. I had asked them different times what was going on, because the time of departure kept changing and what were my kids and i supposrd to do, and they just said sorry and dont know what to tell you. After spending my last bit of money on food for my kids and i, I was told by another passanger that the airlines were giving vouchers for food. They never once in the 4 or 5 times i talked to them, offered or told me about the vouchers. It was a terrible experience all around!! We landed in portland at 330 am and had to still drive 3 hours home. we didnt get home until 630am. Ridiculous!!!! I was and am still very upset about the whole thing. Also the staff that was so rude in SaltLake City, every time i would see a concerned or upset passenger go up to talk to them, as soon as they would walk off the staff was over there giggling with each other about it. So Very RUDE!!! Another passanger said that Alaskan Airlines has habbit of having problems with delays . If this is the kind of experience that comes with flying Alaskan, then i will never fly with them again.!!! or go througj expedia"

Cons: "This 6:00 am flight consistently leaves the gate more than 10 minutes early. The ticket counter shuts down promptly (and in some cases even earlier) 40 minutes prior to departure. If you don't have your boarding pass in hand, you are out of luck even though the ground crew is about 10 feet from you and can see you through the glass. The airport clocks at Lewiston airport are all 3 minutes slow, except for the clocks in the TSA area which are all 5 minutes fast. Reported to the airline and to the Airport manager, Robin Turner, who was extremely condescending and rude to our party, even though we were trying to pass on information that the Airline employees had complained about the issue for months."

Instead, i checked in on time, and within 10 minutes we went from 'On Time' to four hours late due to equipment and crew. Very inconsiderate and unappreciated to your customer. The flight should have been free after such an inconsiderate gesture on your part. Instead, you send me a gift certificate that obligates me to spend more money with you in order to redeem it, and then within a certain period of time. If I have choice in the future, I'll lean toward a different airline than yours. You clearly do not value my time nor my business."

Pros: "The flight crew messed up, and didn't see that the people behind my row had a carseat that wasn't aloud to be in the exit row, so they asked my row to switch with them, we all said yes. In exchange for the inconvenience (especially because the seats we were moved to didn't recline) they hooked us up with a ton of free food, movies, and even beers! Everyone was so nice, and our plane had plenty of leg room. To be honest, Alaskan Airlines has become my new favorite Airline"

It felt like she was going too fast and didn't slow the plane down enough as we were descending d threw on the brakes feeling like the plane wasn't going to stop. Very scary! Return flight was much better."

I can understand for extra legroom or exit row, but for a regular seat, that is ridiculous. Then there was a fee to change priority boarding, so I could ensure I was able to have my carry-on with me, instead of risk having it go underneath. Unable to use the entertainment, as I was unaware had to use my own device, which I had not set up in advance."

I didn't purchase a sandwich but on the outbound flight, the two guys next to me did and were both vocal about their disappointment with what they received for $9. And they were strangers who didn't talk to each other the rest of the time, so I think they meant it. Also, entertainment: they had a movie on the pop-down screens, and 4 free movies to stream to your device using on-board Wifi, as well as 2 TV shows. So maybe I'm being harsh. But it was a transcontinental flight and they didn't have headrest screens loaded with movies. Is this only for international flights? The movies were bad, or at least not appealing to me ('Keanu' and 'Zoolander 2'). It was possible to pay for additional movies, but who wants to do that? It was sort of the EasyJet model, where you get good basic service but pay for everything additional that one gets for free on Delta. Maybe that was reflected in the price I paid for the ticket, but I was expecting that AA would be in the same league as United and Delta. One nice perk: free wifi for T-Mobile customers, including me."
