Kay is the epitome of greatness; she and her coworker really made a quick flight more desirable. Kindness is their portion and that’s amazing to me!!!

Upgraded to Comfort plus with three across on aisle and wall in front of us. When I went to restroom near end of flight I saw seats available all over. We could have been more comfortable if the seats were more equitably assigned or if flight attendants said something And movie crashed. We love Delta, but have had better flights.

Internet access was much better than non-existent American Airlines. Need higher speed, to watch entertainment on our phone would have been great!

I had an expired ticket for a free drink from the team. it expired during the pandemic. I purchased a drink when i think it would have been really sweet for them to honor it. Between trying to be safe and travel when i felt comfortable, I missed the deadline. It would be different it we hadn't been locked down all year. Just felt like if there was a time to be nice that was it and the stewardess mussed it. All good.

I was re-routed to Barcelona and then a very budgetary Airlines to Athens which was ridiculously tight again with seating and flight was almost an hour late. Luggage didn't come until following day. And to top it off, I thought I would be flying with KLM on both legs!"

Pros: "Flight was late leaving JFK. I paid extra for Comfort Plus and had the most uncomfortable seat ever. My back ached during and after the flight. Absolutely the worst seat ever that I have had flying. While it was a short flight we were supposed to get serviced during the flight, but there was no cabin service unless you were in 1st class. So much for the perks of Comfort Plus as there were none. Not even a glass of water. Wow! When we landed late obviously because we left late we were late and there was no ground crew to get our plane to the gate so we sat for over 1/2 hour on the taxi way waiting for ground crew to be available for us to get to the gate. To add insult of injury when we did get to go to the gate there was no gate available for use so we had to deplane in the rain down the emergency stairs. They said that if you had a problem with the steep stairs that they would make other accommodations. Probably would have been another delay so we all carefully went down the steep slippery stairs. I doubt that the stairs met any OHSA or safety requirements except for emergency issues. They were wet and slippery. This was the absolute worst trip that I have taken with Delta. It will seriously influence my future trip decisions."

Nobody can hear or see anything. Why not use the big LCD displays at the gate??? In the plane they had to restart the computer system as some TVs were not working and it took longer than they said. Toilets were kind of stinky and I could smell them from my seat on row 26. Blankets are way too thin for the blasting AC."

After that we had to go through another security point and scan our boarding passes, but most people could not get through with our boarding passes, so we had to get in another line to show our passes to our agent. It was very stressful since we were running late since the border control line was so long! While it was stressful, I am glad that they were careful regarding the security,"

Crew were non responsive no drinks served for four hours except one quick round 30 mins into flight! Luggage lost! Crew insisted we check bags as flight they claimed was too full for groups 789 to have room for luggage this turned out to not be true! We only had a 45 min layover not e ouch time for luggage to be loaded! Just annoying to be honest! Anyway we have a choice of airline so we can find another!

Of all the 4 AA flights I had during this trip, 3 had mechanical issues. And all flights had delay problems. Never thought about this from AA in regards to maintaining their planes 😕

Cons: "Two loud drunks talked loudly about inappropriate topics the entire flight while not wearing masks. Several people were not wearing masks and the crew never even tried to quiet them down or to tell anyone about the mask. I wondered if the crew agreed with what they were saying that’s why they allowed it. I say that because the one time a steward came to speak to them, it was in the most endearing way. The drunks were commenting that they were told there’d be alcohol and the steward said something like “It’ll be back soon. It’s just that things have been difficult. Have you been watching the news?” in the sweetest way. It felt like a wink."

I was informed by a customer going that way that I indeed could. When I got in line for the priority check in, the agent looked over and very loudly said that I was in the wrong check in area. Given the volume at which it was said to me I felt embarrassed, and was upset at the fact that I then had to respond that I indeed was in the correct location."

Told us that there was a sick passenger on the plane and asked if my friend and I would volunteer to take a flight out the next day, that star alliance would put us up in a hotel over night, pay for our evening meal and fly us business class in the morning, that all we had to do was wait at our departure gate And someone would call our name before boarding. We accepted, waited patiently, then we were scolded for having our checked bags with us and told multiple different conflicting stories about how we were to board our flight, that volunteers were no longer needed. I checked multiple times with check-in crew to confirm that the scenario was a go. They confirmed each time, so I canceled my accommodations for the evening in Lima. The change up at the gate left for a big mess to clean up. The gate crew kept arguing hat they never told us to cancel our Lima plans. But that was besides the point. The point was, they told us one thing, there was a major breakdown in communication among check in and gate crew as well as between all crew and me and no crew member took ownership or apologized for the flub up. And I'd like to point out, this was not a language barrier issue, all flight crew spoke English fluently. One crew member said all volunteers were obtained and they no longer needed us, another said that the sick person flying (the initial issue) was no longer flying, so no volunteers were needed. crew never owned that. they suggested that it was our issue that we canceled our plans. We were able to fix, but incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience."

They were offering $2000 and a hotel and meals and a flight out the next morning. However I did not have flexible travel plans and the stress of hoping to be allowed to board was unpleasant."

I sat in Newark airport for six hours (which included a maintenance problem, gate change and 1 more hour delay) until the departure of the next flight to Burlington."

Cons: "There was a computer problem on the plane that delayed the departure for 2+ hours. We were kept in the airport for the first delay but on the airplane for over an hour when the test was not passed. We were only apologized to and not give any compensation such as a beverage."
Cons: "I was seated next to a lady with a one year old child. In an effort to allow her to spread out and be more comfortable, I asked if I could move to one of the three empty seats together two rows up ( this was after all passengers had boarded and doors had shut.) I was tod there was a fifty dollar upgrade cost to sit there. So those seats remained empty the whole flight as I had a one year old to help entertain. I understand policy and upgrade costs ( those seats were not first or business class,) but once we were in flight I thought the attendants would use common sense and Cortes you which they did not. Very disappointed in there overall performance. They were neither friendly or courteous."

Cons: "We arrived at the airport with the standard two hour timeframe. The line just to check bags was so long, it literally was winding into the airport. I'm not sure how people actually made their flights. We were lucky enough for a tip that the curbside checkin was shorter and faster. Made it to our flight with 20 minutes to spare. Crew was not very personable and not accommodating to families. Frontier also nickel and dimes you to death now. You have to pay for seat assignments, which as a family of five is an unfortunate necessity. Also have to pay for carry on baggage. I get trying to save on flight room, but the backlog it seems to be creating for checked baggage is beyond ridiculous."

The counter crew are rude and seemed overworked. The airplane seats DO NOT lean back and they have no foam, only a hard piece of leather covering the metal seats. They put their price very low on the travel websites and get you that way. Later on the fine prints (which no one ever reads, btw), they state that there are extra charges for everything else. I am surprised that they didn't charge me to breath inside the plane! Im Chocked!"

Cons: "On our departing flight my husband and I had gotten us and our 4 kids up to the gate only to realize I had forgotten to add my lap child to my ticket. I get that it was not convenient but the lady was very short and rude and angry with us, she treated us like complete idiots. While it was an unfortunate thing to have slip my mind, it happens! I was bound to forget something when packing and prepping for me and 4 kids to travel. We offered to show our post on Facebook when our daughter was born as proof of age. But she gufawed that ridiculous idea. Because obviously we could have set up fake accounts and hacked the dates to make it look like our kids was under 2!! Really!?? A social security card doesn't even show birth dates. Anyway, the whole charade left us feeling very embarrassed, frustrated and like we were criminals or something. She handled things very unprofessionally and showed us no empathy whatsoever. She told us we would not be allowed onto our return flight without a ss card or birth cert. Which we got when we reached our destination. Upon boarding for the return flight the workers were great. They let us right on the flight and didn't even ask for the birth cert. or anything. They used common sense. Which is what I wished this other flight attendant had more of."
Pros: "At least the take-off and landing were on time. We landed actually early but that extra time was taken up having to wait for some problems eg, a plane in the way and an apron-operator not available. These were minor problems though."

I appreciated this, but the little room was dirty and stunk very bad. A relief to leave it! The charges for luggage (carry-on or checked) seem high, especially since you don't offer ANYTHING complimentary except water."

Would have liked to have known this explicitly in advance - I'm a graduate student and $80 is a lot of $ for me to spend without budgeting for it. A person has to actually ask for a glass of water on an across continent flight. There is no Wi-Fi. There is no movie. It was without doubt the most miserable flight of my life and there were numerous delays because of fueling and waiting for a gate. The steward who made the announcements throughout the flight spoke a lisping gobbly-gook that made him sound like a twelve year-old had commandeered the mic--in no way reassuring in terms of safety. I will never fly Frontier again--no matter how cheap it seems. I was shocked that an airline could be so much like Walmart in 1987."

Seats were literally just an inch of plastic completely straight backed. I was so incredibly sore by the end of my 2 flights that I was holding back tears. They have an extra charge for everything including bags and soda. I will never fly frontier again."
